8 Handsome Boy Next Door

2 days after the exam, Teacher Anne went back to the Mansion to give Xander and Grandmother Lee the results of Xander's examinations.

Teacher Anne handed the folder to Grandmother Lee. Xander stood beside Grandmother Lee without a hint of nervousness. Teacher Anne wasn't shock or surprised to see that Xander was calm. She knew that this handsome young man is a genius afterall.

Grandmother Lee opened the folder. The first thing she saw is the grade 6th exam. 100/100 is written in red.

She opened the next page to see the 7th grade exam. 100/100 again.

Grandmother Lee flipped the next page with her heart beating faster in each page. 100/100, a perfect score again.

After Grandmother Lee flipped through the last page which has a perfect score again. The folder on her hand almost fell on the floor. A shock expression couldn't be concealed on her face.

"You're as shock as I am, madam Lee. Xander is truly smart! He's a genius." Teacher Anne smiled and added, "Xander could even skip a few grades."

"No, it's alright. I don't need to skip a few grades." Xander said immediately hearing what Teacher Anne said. He didn't at all expect that he would get a perfect score in all his tests.

Teacher Anne laughed at Xander's reaction and continued to talk with grandmother Lee about Xander's tests.

Xander wore a black turtleneck tucked into black jeans with a black leather Gucci belt. A pair of black combat boots and a beige knee length unbuttoned trench coat.

Today is the day where he will move into the apartment his grandmother bought in the city. All of his things are in the moving truck which is owned by his grandmother.

Currently Xander is putting on Zeus' red collar. After that he clipped on Zeus' leash on him. Xander stood up properly with Zeus' leash on his right head while the other hand is holding a phone.

Grandmother Lee handed Xander a phone before he went to Zeus. The number of grandmother Lee, the mansion's butler, the chauffeur, and the head maid is saved in his phone. Xander hadn't checked the news about Choi Daniel in the news yet but he will later.

Xander walk out of the Mansion with Zeus. A few employees that are taking care Xander's things stated at him with open mouths.

"F*ck, he's handsome.."

"I think he's a model or a celebrity or something."

"Are we allowed to ask for an autograph?"

Xander heard their whispering and sighed. Thus handsome face gets too much attention. It's not like he hates it.

Xander took a black face mask his grandmother handed him earlier this morning and put it on. Now he understand why the old woman gave him this.

"Xander, call me everyday alright? Or else I will kick you're face the next time we meet." Grandmother Lee threatened with a smiley face which makes the threat even more frightening.

"Haha.. Of course, grandma." Xander smiled before giving his grandmother a hug.

"Alright, alright. You go now. Remember to visit this old woman!" Grandmother Lee said seriously before she handed Xander a bank card.

Xander stared the black card in his hand with a mouth slightly open. Did his grandmother just hand him a black card just now?

"Grandma, wha-"

"Shush. Buy whatever you want. That card has unlimited amount." With that the old lady went back inside the Mansion, leaving the speechless Xander alone.

'How can I hide my background when I carry around a freaking black card?!' Xander thought.

Xander sighed and shake his head before going inside the black Mercedes s-class.

Who would believe that he is just an 'average' man if they saw him ridding a Mercedes?

Xander got off the car and opened the back seat for Zeus to get out. Xander took the leash before Zeus could jump off. They aren't close to the apartment that Xander's grandmother bought but Xander wants to be drop off here.

"Young Master Xander. Are you sure that you want to be drop off here? The apartment is still not-" Xander cut of the mansion's butler that accompanied him.

"No need. I felt like I want to walk there all of the sudden. You can go back to the Mansion now." Xander waved at the driver and the mansion's butler.

The two guys inside the car hesitated to leave their Young Master. Their Young Master hadn't left the Mansion for so long. The city was different from before. Wouldn't he get lost?

"I know that directions to the apartment, old butler. I have a phone here. I will call you if I'm lost, alright?" Xander assured the worried men in the car.

"Alright, then young master." With that the Mercedes drove away.

Xander sighed. He only did this to not attract suspicion. Why would someone in a freaking Mercedes live in a cheap apartment?!

Xander put his mask up as he walk out of the secluded area with Zeus by his side. Xander didn't see any people after a minute or two walking at the streets.

As he made his way nearer the apartment they are people walking around. Xander gained a lot of attention. Even though he was wearing a mask the people around him knew that he is a handsome man!

Xander's jet black hair moved softly along the air as his tall figure move forward. His eyes are visible to the people around and they must say that they had fallen in his eyes. They were too beautiful!

Zeus also gained quite the attention. He is afterall a very handsome~ and cute dog.

"Gah! Look at that guy. He's so f*cking handsome!"

"Look at the dog. It looks very cute! I want to touch it but I'm scared."

"Good lord. My luck is very good today. I just saw a god infront of me."

The people whispered while talking to each other. The two pratoganist of the talk could only sigh. They were too handsome no matter how good they tried to hide their beauty~.

Xander walked in a white building with 4 stories high. As soon as he stepped inside he was an elevator with a under maintenance sign. Luckily his apartment is just of the 2nd floor.

Xander walked up the second floor with Zeus walking beside him. His eyes caught sight of the moving delivery truck employee going inside his apartment with a Grey couch.

Their are 4 apartments in each floor. On the second floor, Xander's apartment is the farthest from the stairs.

Xander waited till the moving delivery truck employees are done. He gave them money to buy drinks for themselves before they left.

Xander was about to enter his new apartment when the next door apartment's door opened. A girl near Xander's age walk-out. She has long brown hair with warm skin tone. She is a bit above average and has the height around 165 cm.

The girl carried a black garbage bag with head phones on her head. The girl bop her head a few times before she closed the door.

Xander stood there in front of his door open door with Zeus beside him. This time Xander wasn't wearing his face mask.

The girl unintentionally took a glance at the man next door. She knew that they are having a new neighbor today and she wasn't excited to meet them or anything.

But who would of thought that their new neighbor is so handsome!?

The teenage girls mouth opener slightly while her eyes widen. She quickly took of her head phones and put the on her shoulder.

"H..Hello." The girl manage to greet.

"HI, neighbor." Xander wave while he smiled brightly before entering his apartment with Zeus.

After the door of Xander's apartment closed. The girl still stayed at her position, frozen.

The boy next door is so handsome!!
