THE MYTHICAL FOREST

With fatigue written all over their faces from being without food for days and not drinking any water for days, the Aragon Solders and people went further more into the woods for two days and one night. Livio, Titus, Lovis, and Commander Flavio are moving ahead of the others while walking side by side with Flix. Suddenly, Flix hears the sounds of a waterway flowing, and he pauses, assuming that he is hearing things.

"Do you hear it? Livio and the other four people who were walking close by stopped when Flix asked a question out of curiosity,They listened intently until they heard what Flix had heard, at which point they exclaimed in shock and happiness. Unaware of their surroundings, they ran to the water that was flowing down, prompting the civilians and other soldiers to stare at them and wonder why they were happy considering how hungry and thirsty they were.

"Guys!!! What's your destination?" When the Overjoyed Boys are called out but are ignored, General Caecilius orders them to pursue them. When they do, they come across a river flowing with people racing to get a drink

Cassyus tries to stop them after noticing the sun shining over them, but they ignore him and carry on drinking.

"The sun is out" Cassyus says, one more time, causing them to all stop suddenly. They all look up at the sky as the sun warmly strikes them,

After days of darkness, Livio exclaims softly, "The sun is out," and the crowd cheers as they all notice the sky is now lit up.

"But how is the sun out?" General Caecilus asks Cassyus, who unwittingly turns to him and diverts everyone's attention away from him because he himself has no idea how it happened.

"Mother, look!" In a conversation with his mother, a little youngster points out the river's color, which they had overlooked because they were so happy and it had multiple hues like rainbows. Drawing the soldiers' and the people's attention, they were terrified as they stared at the flowing river, peered into the split forests in front of them, tried to see through the forge, and eventually saw a spirit in the shape of a dog coming out of the woods. The soldiers drew their swords and prepared to engage in combat.

Chant "Chryses Rullus!" they heard a voice scream out, As some of the troops turned to face the ghost in the appearance of a dog and waited to see who it belonged to,

"You piece of shit, you were told not to frighten them!" They all stare at the two ladies who emerged from the forest wearing fine clothes as another voice shouts profanities.

"You, Xanthia, are the one frightening them." A beautiful young white skinned woman spoke as she turned to the equally beautiful brown skinned woman next to her and glared at her before returning her focus to the terrified individuals in front of them

Herta softly apologizes, "I'm Herta, and this crazy being over here is Xanthia," as she attempts to reassure the soldiers and civilians who were still staring in awe at the dog-shaped spirit.

"Come on, Chryses Rullus; you're frightening them." she yells as the dog approaches Herta with enlarged eyes,,

"Told you He's creepy" Herta rolls her eyes at Xanthia murmurs.

"Who are you?"..." General Caecilus commands as he fixes his attention on their peculiar friends.

"I am Xanthia, daughter of the god of the sun...that's my handwork over there," Xanthia says as she proudly points at the sun as Herta rolls her eyes at Xanthia's haughty nature, causing the people to gasp.

"I am Herta the soul of the forest, Daughter of the god of nature," Herta says catching them off guard as Cassius realizes who she was and walks forward as he takes a bow

Herta and Xanthia, both celestial beings' daughters who were born at the time of the gods' conflict with the sea god, grew up together since their moms were close friends. Being virtually sisters, Herta and Xanthia do everything together, play together, and go hunting.Herta is the generous and kind one, but she can become insane when irritated, and Xanthia is the harsh, sassy one, but deep down, she's a softy. They have a great love for one another.

"My highnesses, we apologize for invading your space," Cassyus said, bowing before the two stunning women.

"Actually, our fathers sent us to collect you, so everything is good." Herta says reassuringly as she gestures toward herself and Xanthia, who casually nods and winks at a staring Lovis who was entranced by her beauty. Meanwhile, Livio strikes his brother while glaring at her, and Herta hits her on the head.

"We've watched them travel for days, let them in," Xanthia replies casually, as she turns to face the Aragon people who all seem unimpressed by her response.

"So, you observed us?" says Livio, who is clearly not amused by what he has heard as he turns to face them.

"My apologies, what she meant was we made sure you weren't being followed," Herta corrects, glaring at Xanthia in the process.

"So you're aware of the red dragon," Livio says, gazing at the women.

"Of course Duh, We're Goddesses what do you expect," When Xanthia responds casually, Livio rolls his eyes at her response,

"Stop being mean." Herta mumbles softly and tightens her waistband.

"Aren't Goddesses thought to be lovely?." Livio murmurs softly so she wouldn't hear.

"Thought humble humans are not allowed to respond when talking to heavenly beings", Xanthia responds while smirking to indicate she heard him as Cassius apologizes on his song's behalf, and Livio looks at her in disgust.

"Okay, Let's head in," Herta says, attempting to ease the tension as everyone moves and the soldiers lead the way, some in front and others behind.

"Is it okay for you to come out alone?" Julius asks as he holds Princess Domitia, and waits for answers as Princess Domitia gazes at the Herta.

"Who claimed that we were alone? Herta was about to react when Xanthia replied with a sneer, pointing at the trees as they saw enormous warriors staring back at them with gazes in their souls, which caused Herta to frown at Xanthia who was walking casually.

"Where are we headed? Commander Flavio inquires as he takes a look around his surroundings as Herta and Xanthia lead the way in.

"Take a wide guess," Xanthia advises as she and Herta giggle amusingly.

"So you inadvertently follow us, then? "Well too late, you can't turn back," Xanthia exclaims as she causes everyone to look behind her and realize there is no way to turn back, causing them to stop abruptly. Xanthia then watches in amusement as the forest trees change as a golden tree door open

"Welcome to the forest of ușoară," Herta exclaims as she and Xanthia enter.

The Aragon soldiers and citizens look on in awe as they silently acknowledge the beauty they see.

"Yeah, I get it, it's beautiful," Herta says, as she softly smiles and turns to face them she then notices as people emerge from the trees, she spots a man striding smoothly in their direction and three knights approaching them with deadly-looking gazes.

Father!" He chuckles quietly at the sight of his daughter as Herta approaches him, saying,

"I see you've brought our wandering visitors." he said in a deep voice, his eyes beaming at them in greeting.

"This is my father, the god of nature," Herta says triumphantly as she grips him close as the citizens of Aragon all bow in submission.

"You need no introduction, Your Highness,"Cassyus exclaims as he lowers his head and the god of nature looks on in awe.

"You must be Cassyus the soothsayer, the sky god chosen," The god of nature chuckles softly as he speaks, raising his hands to represent how they rise up from the ground.

"The blessings are still absurd in our opinion." A voice adds that the man emerges from the light, dressed in white, shining so dazzling and elegantly. Three knights can be seen following a man as he walks toward the god of nature, who laughs heartily as he does so.

"Oh, please, don't frighten off our guests," The god of nature laughs jokingly as the god of the sun rolls his eyes and turns to look at his daughter

"After spending days with the creatures of nature, you've lost track of who you are, Xanthia! I can see you didn't miss your father." The sun god speaks as he reaches out for his daughter, who comes to him smiling and bowing respectfully. He hugs her and whispers, "I miss you my baby girl," to which she replies softly. As they part, he looks at the Aragonese who have bowed before him.

"Cassyus, and Aragonias, Let's take a walk shall we?" The god of nature speaks as he strolls beside the god of the sun and their daughters, with cassyus and the Aragonese populace trailing behind them.

The god of nature begins, looking at Cassius, who nods softly,

"We're also aware of the fool who blocked the ears of the sky god." The god of the sun speaks as he pauses walking briefly, turning towards Lovis, who hides his face in shame. Taking a deep breath, the god of the sun continues his walk as the god of nature chuckles at his friend's behavior,

"I doubt the sky god would be merciful." The deity of nature talks while casting an apologetics-like look at Cassyus.

"My Highnesses, it's all fine; we'll gladly accept any punishment. Cassyus replies as he falls to the ground in humiliation,

"It's all right, I doubt the sky god wouldn't be kind. He has an outrageously deep love for you little beings." Lovis shakes his head in bewilderment as the sun god speaks while holding his head high in pride.

"As father, as daughter I see," Livio murmurs as he rolls his eyes. Julius and the other soldiers beside him laugh softly as they mistakenly believe no one heard them pause in their steps and receive glares in their direction as they lift their heads as Commander Flavio approaches and hits them with the realization that they are being stared at.

"Oh you little thing have no regard for your god."The god of the sun glares at Livio as he bows his head in submission after being caught and exclaims,

"Your highness, please accept my apology; he is just a young child. Cassyus says, staring at his kid before apologizing to the sun god.

"It's all right, he was only yanking your legs," The god of nature remarks as he chuckles, staring at the god of the sun, who was still looking at Livio with a smile on his face. Cassyus and the Aragonese soldiers and civilians follow behind them, but Livio stays behind, taking a deep breath to calm himself down and smiling to himself.

"Do you have the decency to grin at this time? He hears a voice next to him and turns to see an unidentified figure glaring at him.

"You are who?" Livio sneers at the stranger.

"Your brother messed up our world, do you think you should be smiling? You believe you merit that? the man adds, staring at Livio angrily as he approaches him.

We'd really appreciate it if you shut your mouth up and don't go fucking things off for us like your brother did," As he walks out angrily, the man adds, slapping Livio on the shoulder and leaves him alone with his thoughts.

Livio is shocked by what he's heard, and he looks sadly at the man he just spoke to as he did at his brother, who is walking helplessly and dejectedly among the Aragon people and speaking to no one.

As Livio watches his older brother wipe away tears, he wonders, "guess the people are upset just like I am and you are suffering silently because my anger.
