PROLOGUE

The three realms had fallen into chaos. Not because of the reasons you might imagine but because people couldn't adjust to the changes that took place. A lot had changed. Most people never expected that thousands of years later, the three realms would have an Overlord. The Overlord that was feared and despised by everyone because of his cruel and despicable character. He ruled with an iron hand though most people had never seen his face.

Things had changed. The balance of good and evil had suddenly shifted to favor the evil. But even the dark realm had no peace. They were constantly on their guard afraid that the Overlord might strike at anytime. Darkness covered the three realms.

Back in the Celestial Heavens, different people gathered eagerly waiting. The place was full of tension and chilled air filled the room. He was known to be the best storyteller of the three realms.

"Mr Liu is here! Mr Liu is here!" The crowd cheered happily.

An old man entered and anticipation filled the air. They were all waiting for him to tell the next big story.

"Today, I'll tell a story of the greatest overlord that ever lived. You all know him as Min Fengge." Mr Liu said

The whole room became silent. Everyone knew about the Overlord showed no mercy and those that mocked him never lived to see the next day. And the heavenly realm had it worse. The gods in the heavenly realm practically lived as the servants of the three realms. The once upon a time prosperous heavenly realm was now the mockery of the three realms.

"You all know him to be despicable, cruel and blood thirsty. But Min Fengge wasn't always like this. He was once a naive, innocent and kind hearted man who had fought diligently for the heavenly realm. He was the pride of the heavenly realm" Mr Liu said

"Mr Liu! We all know that you make a living by telling stories and we are risking our lives by just listening to you! But please do not tell lies just to make some money!" A young man wearing a sliver star badge said indignantly.

Judging by his outfit, he must had been from the Fate Pavilion. They were in charge of reading the stars and deciding the fate of the mortal realm. The crowd started murmuring, obviously agreeing with what the young man had said.

"Yes! We all know that the Overlord hates the heavenly realm! If not for the nature realm, the Overlord would have complete power to destroy us!" Another man said. This made the crowd go wild the more.

"Gentleman, please be calm. Let's allow Mr Liu to talk" A servant working in the tea house said trying to calm the crowd

Mr Liu smiles faintly and shakes his head as he strokes his white beard.

"You all don't understand. Lemme tell you a story....." He said
