8 Rinnegan

A few months passed by since Akimitsu acquired Nagato's Rinnegan, and he already started the process of awakening one of his ones while training with Madara's. He could feel a mighty power slowly brewing inside him, but he also knew that it will still take a few more months.

To ensure that no problem occurs, he removed the Byakugan in his palms and place the Rinnegan there, while his eyes remained in the shape of the Mangekyou Sharingan.

One day, while waiting for his evolution to finish, Akimitsu felt a tremendous amount of chakra in a distant place, so he immediately teleported there.

Then, he saw the Nine-Tailed Beasts rampaging throughout the Leaf Village, destroying everything in its path. All the Ninjas in the village banded together to try to stop it.

"So, Obito finally attacked the Leaf Village," muttered Akimitsu. "The annihilation of the Uchiha is in my best interest, and their eventual downfall began with this event. However, there is still one missing piece: Itachi Uchiha."

After that, he teleported to the Uchiha compound, looking for someone. Soon, he discovered a young Uchiha who was holding and protecting his younger brother. This Uchiha was unknown to the family due to his low talent.

'One of the reasons that Itachi made the decision he made was because Shisui influenced him, and he managed to awaken his Mangekyou after the latter's death. But now, Shisui is dead, so I need someone else to take his place.'

In the past few months, he has been slowly hypnotizing this young Uchiha, given him similar views and philosophies as Shisui. Now, it was time for the final step.

While the young Uchiha was protecting his younger brother, suddenly the kite in the latter's hand flew out. The innocent child loved the kite very much, so he left his big brother's arm and ran after it.

The young Uchiha--whose name was Saki--ran after his little brother with all his might to prevent him from being hurt. Unfortunately, he was too late. After one of the Kyuubi's attacks, a piece of debris came out of nowhere and impaled his younger brother.

As Saki watched life faded from his big brother's eyes, his own eyes suddenly changed, and he awakened a newfound power.

As soon as Saki awakened his Mangekyou Sharingan, a seal appeared from his body, making him passed out. Akimitsu appeared and took out his eyes and implanted them on him.

"It seemed that I was right. With similar ideologies as Shisui, his Mangekyou Sharingan's abilities are somewhat similar. Unlike Shisui's Kotoamatsukamu that silently changes a person's will, this guy's ability allows him to turn someone into his complete puppet and forcefully bend their wills to his. And unlike Shisui's ability, the victim has no chance whatsoever of waking up from the Genjutsu. The downside is that only one person can be manipulated every 20 years with each eye."

"Still, what a terrifying ability. This kind of power cannot be left unchecked to this brat."

So, Akimitsu placed a seal on that ability. Without removing it, it is impossible to use this Dojutsu. Of course, Saki will still think that he can cast it.

After doing all this, Akimitsu returned the eyes to its owner, then he placed Saki in a safe place and change his memories to him passing out after awakening his power. Once he wakes up, Saki will play the role of Shisui in mentoring Itachi, and when the time comes, die for the latter to wake up his own Mangekyou Sharingan.

As Akimitsu watched the young Uchiha's body on the floor, he thought to himself: 'With the abilities that I have learned from Black Zetsu, it has become very easy for me to hide from the Sage of Six Paths and the Divination Abilities of the Great Toad Sage. However, I still cannot leave any traces of my existence on this planet, otherwise, if Jigan and the Kara group take notice of me, and learn of my identity, I will force to flee the Otsutsuki clan. Otherwise, why would I have to go to such length to annihilate a mere Uchiha clan.'

Soon after that, Akimitsu teleported to the compound of Fugaku Uchiha. Inside a room, he saw the young Itachi holding a baby Sasuke. Without alerting anyone, he secretly stole some chakra from the newborn.

Soon after that, he teleported to Naruto's home. After waiting for both Minato and Kuichina to die, he also secretly stole some chakra from him. Even the Nine-Tail did not notice his action.

After returning to his base, Akimitsu looked at the two chakras in his hand as he muttered: "Naruto and Sasuke are this generation reincarnation of Indra and Asura. So, their chakra should accelerate my awakening." He then absorbed them.

A week later, AKimitsu's eyes turned into a purple with strips, in the middle was six tomoe.

"It seems that my study in the past few months was not in vain. I awaken a variant Rinnegan that has the power of my Mangekyou Sharingan, just like Sasuke."

(AN: According to my research, Sasuke's Rinnegan is not the Rinnesharingan, but a variant of the Rinnegan. The Rinnesharingan is the one in the middle of Kaguya's forehead.)

After acquiring his own Rinnegan, Akimtisu gained access to all the Six Paths Abilities that Pain had, and his own specific ability like Madara's Limbo. His own Mangekyou Sharingan ability have also evolved, thus granting him newfound powers.

For once, he can travel across dimensions just like all pure-bred Otsutsuki, instead of just his own Mirror Dimension. His Time-Backward ability turned from 5 seconds to 15 seconds, and he could use it five times a day.

As for his specific Rinnegan ability, Akimitsu was very happy with it.

After his awakening, Akimitsu proceeded with his next plan.

He took out a frozen body that was sealed away in a scroll; it was his younger brother's Akio body. Using Wood Release, he healed him using a large amount of life force. As soon as that was done, he woke him up.

As Akio watched his dying brother, a powerful force came from his eyes. In the real world, a repulsive force suddenly came out of Akio's body wanting to destroy everything in its path. With a quick reaction, Akimitsu made a hand-sign, and Akio's chakra and eyes were sealed.

"He directly awakening the Rinnegan? It seems that my younger brother's talent was truly extraordinary--especially compare to mine. Now, his value has dramatically increased."

He walked to the passed-out Akio and took out his eyes. "Well, this has saved me a lot of time and effort."

Akimitsu then contacted Black Zetsu and told him that he can 'summon' Madara's eyes so that Obito can continue with the Eye of the Moon Plan.
