After Akimitsu returned home, he did not rest but immediately begin to plan the next step in his power upgrade. He activated his Innate Gift and found himself floating in a starry sky full of bright dots. He looked at the brightest one around--which was the Shinobi World--while thinking to himself.

'To accomplish an Ancestral Awakening, I need the chakra of the Ten Tails to activate my gene and turned into a real Otsutsuki. Unfortunately, I cannot become the Jinchuriki of the Ten Tail as the clan would immediately realize that I had a God Tree inside of me.

'With Black Zetsu under my control, this is not a big problem. The problem I'm currently facing now is time. Only a year has passed in the Shinobi World, meaning that there are still more than 20 years until the Fourth Shinobi War; I do not want to wait that long.

'Maybe I should start it ahead of time? No, the white Zetsu army is not ready, the Akatsuki have no real powerful members, and I cannot leave any trace of my existence in this world--at least traceable ones.

'In that case, I need a way to freely travel to different eras of the Shinobi World. If I remember correctly, in Boruto, an ancient relic was discovered in the sea near the Land of Fire. This relic was an Otsutsuki weapon called Karasuki that allow the user to travel through time. I could use it.

'No, that relic could identify Urashiki Otsutsuki, meaning it could identify bloodline. According to what the latter said, only an Otsutsuki could activate it. So, there is an issue of whether I could do so, and even if I could, there is a high chance that I will be recognized, thus leading to more trouble with the clan.

'In that case, my other option is the Ryumyaku that appeared in the movie. It could send Naruto and his group 20 years into the past. If I connect it with my Time-Related Dojutsu, I could probably control to what year I can travel to.'

After making a plan, Akimitsu entered the Shinobi World. He also left a Shadow Clone in his place back home in case someone came looking for him.

After arriving in the Shinobi World, the first thing he did was to contact the clone he left there and made sure that there was no problem with his plans. Then, he left for the desert city of Loran.

He easily passed the guards of the city to reach the location of the Ryumyaku. There, he saw a kunai inserted into the floor with Sealing Justsu Formulas around it.

Akimitsu did the same thing that Mukade did in the movie and absorbed the sealing formulas. However, he did not absorb it on his body, but on his left eye--which had the ability to move time backward to 15 seconds.

With the energy of the Ryumyaku, Akimitsu controlled the specific time he would like to travel forward into the future. With a flash of light, he disappeared.

Soon afterwsrd, Akimitsu found himself in certain ruins, with no one in sight. He located the nearest person, controlled them through Genjutsu to learn of the time period.

"It seems that I have succeeded."

Following this, Akimitsu tried to use his Rinnegan once again.

"Well, the plan to use this opportunity for my Rinnegan to further evolve and acquire the ability to travel a few seconds into the future seemed to have failed. Well, it does not matter as this was a long shot to begin with."

The next step in Akimitsu'ss plan is to make sure that he traveled to the future, and not some parallel universe of the future. So, after meeting with his clone, he knew that he succeeded.

Akimitsu blended in the void as he watched the Uchiha clan being massacre by Itachi and Obito.

'Everything went according to plan. Uchiha Saki played the role of Shisui and guided Uchiha to his ideologies of peace. And after his death, Uchiha Itachi even awakened his Mangekyou Sharingan.

'However, one of Saki's eyes is in Itachi's hand, while the latter was also taken by Danzo--just like Shisui's. I can't let that happen.'

He made a hand seal to activate the sealing marks he placed on the eyes, then they appeared right in front of him--just like the Minato Namikaze's Flying Thunder God Technique.

After Itachi and Obito finished their massacre, they left. Akimitsu then showed up to dig out the eyes of all the Uchihas.

Soon after he left, Danzo showed up with all the Roots members. His covered eye was bleeding. After seeing that all the eyes of the Uchiha clan members were missing, he was furious.

"Damn, Itachi," he roared. "First, he uses space-time ninjutsu to take Saki's eyes back, and now, he took all the eyes of the other clan members. What's am I going to do now?"

'Wait, there is still someone left: Sasuke Uchiha. I can take his eyes. But I have to be more careful, otherwise, Itachi will do everything possible to kill me. Since he has the strength to massacre the entire Uchiha clan on his own, his strength should not be underestimated.'

Meanwhile, back in his secret base, Akimitsu stood in a large room with all the Uchihas' eyes with him.

"The Giant Tenseigan on the moon was created by combining all the Moon Branch Hyuga clan's Byakugan into Hamura Otsutsuki's eyes. Now, I can recreate the process. Although I do not have the Sage of Six Path's eyes, I have the eyes of his son's reincarnation."

Placing Madara Uchiha's Rinnegan in the middle, he activated a special Jutsu created for this occasion. Soon afterward, all the eyes of the Uchiha clan members floated in the air, then they fused with Madara's Rinnegan, rapidly turning it into giant size.

Looking at the giant Rinnegan, Akimitsu smiled with satisfaction. "Although this one is only a quarter the size of the Tenseigan, this should be expected as they have been sacrificing their eyes for countless generations."

Akimitsu then looked at both the giant Rinnegan and Tenseigan, and he was genuinely happy. "Now, everything is ready before I can achieve my Ancestral Awakening. All I need is some chakra from the Ten-Tails Beast and absorb these two giant eyes, I will be able not only to achieve a successful Ancestral Awakening but also keep both my Tenseigan and Rinnegan Powers. And they might even form a new eye."

Nodding in satisfaction, Akimitsu had one thing left to do before he jumped into the future again.
