10 Mr.Harris's class

"Nice to meet you, I'm Stiles Stilinski." Stiles extended his hand and Elias did the same. "Elias Michaelson," Elias used a bit of strength as he squeezed Stiles's hand, " It's nice to meet you as well."

Stiles only raised an eyebrow at the amount of strength Elias put into the handshake, not realizing that yesterday that amount of strength would have crushed his hand.

"I saw you on the Lacrosse field you and the other guy, I think his name was Skip-"

"Scott." Stiles interrupted.

"Yeah You and Scott, you guys looked like pros out there but I heard from the principal you guys couldn't even make the bench during last year's tryouts." Elias focused on Stiles's heartbeat waiting to hear what lie he would tell.

"We practiced all year, not making the team only made us work harder." Stiles's heart skipped a beat as he easily lied.

"Now class flip to page ten and will begin exploring the art of poetry." Stiles quickly opened his book centering it so Elias could see it as well.

"How'd you get the principal to escort you around," Stiles whispered as the teacher began to talk about the art of creating limericks.

"My Dad donated a good-sized fortune to help the school."

Stiles paused remembering the man from yesterday. "That was your dad?"

"Yeah Why?" Elias raised an eyebrow causing Stiles to shake his head.

"No reason he was just a little scary," Elias chuckled hearing that you.

"You have no idea." Elias didn't explain further as they began to pay attention to the teacher. Time flew and before he knew it the first bell had rung.

"C'mon Eli I'll show you to our next class." Lydia's voice as she began walking towards Elias and Stiles.

"Dude you know Lydia." Lydia stopped a couple of meters away as Stiles grabbed on to Elias's shoulder.

"Yeah, Why."

"She's only the most beautiful girl in school, how'd you get her to talk to you, and was that a nickname I just heard her call you?" Stiles rambled on causing Elias to laugh.

"You have a crush on Lydia?" Stiles frowned hearing Elias's question. "Of course I do, I mean who doesn't."

"I don't, The Queen of Beacon Hills high has no effect on me, she's even forcing me to bed friends with her." Lydia cleared her throat causing both Elias and Stiles to turn and look at her, She tapped her wrist twice pointing towards her imaginary wristwatch.

"Can you introduce me, please I just want her to respond when I say hi." Stiles joined his hands together in a prayer-like pose he begged. "Pleeeeasssseee."

"Later Stiles." Elias threw his book bag over his shoulder walking towards Lydia.

"Took you long enough, now I only have three minutes to greet the masses." Stiles watched from afar as Lydia pouted.

"Greet the masses?" Elias questioned from beside Lydia.

"Fine I'll just say Hi to Allison and Jackson Keep up I still need to check my makeup." Lydia walked towards her Locker where Allison stood waiting.

"Lydia what took you so long."

"Sorry Allison, I had to wait for the new guy. Allison this is Elias he was at the Lacrosse practice yesterday. Elias this is Allison my new best friend." Lydia motioned to open her Locker leaving Elias and Allison to themselves.

"It's nice to meet you, Allison, I heard from Lydia you just started yesterday."

"It's nice to meet you as well and yeah my family recently moved to Beacon Hill's. It sucks leaving all my friends behind again."

"Yeah I know what you mean, I had to leave my grandmother and sister."

"Well at least I have Lydia she accepted me immediately, Yesterday was by far the best first day of school I've ever had."

Lydia closed her locker looking at Allison she smiled. "It wasn't hard to accept you, we have so many things in common." Lydia stopped as she saw a guy approaching their group.

"Jackson." Lydia ran forward jumping into his arms things quickly got awkward as they began a full make-out session in the hall.

"Elias this is my boyfriend Jackson, he's the captain of the Lacrosse team."

"Babe don't forget I drive a Porsche."

"Then that makes two of us, I'm Elias nice to meet you." Elias reached for a handshake.

Jackson paused for a second before doing the same, "Wait so you're the owner of that Blue Porsche?"

"Yeah, my dad gave it to me yesterday as a birthday present." Jackson nodded as the handshake ended.

"Well we should be heading to class," Lydia said wrapping her arm around Jackson's.

Entering the classroom Lydia, Jackson, and Allison quickly took their seats.

Elias walked towards the teacher "You must Be Elias I'm Mr.Harris pay attention in my class and we won't have a problem." Mr. Harris stood looking around the classroom.

"Since everyone else has a partner I'll have to pair you with my Student helper. Mrs. Morrel, I hope you don't mind. Mr.Michaelson Marin is a senior who is only here for the experience try not to slow her down"

"Not at all Mr.Harris." Elias quickly took his seat next to Marin, She looked familiar.

"Alright Class get to work on the worksheet we began yesterday. Marin, I hope you'll catch Mr.Michaelson up through teaching and not just giving him the answers." Elias watched as Marin shook at the sound of his last name and he remembered.

"Yes, Sir." Marin quickly answered before turning to Elias she was surprised by his eyes. His pupils were an abyss like black, dark like the night sky. It didn't take long for her to become lost in them.

"I remember you now," Elias said with a smile. "You visited my Grams a couple of summers ago." Elias's voice shook Marin from her trance as sheer thought about what she had just said.

"Your Grams?" Marin raised an eyebrow waiting on him to elaborate.

"Shelia Bennet, If I remember correctly you were there about a spell." Marin froze as the realization hit her looking at Elias she couldn't help but compare him to the image of the cute little boy she had met years ago.

"Last time I saw you, you were so little, what'd you do hit a growth spurt."

"Something like that."

Marin laughed hearing his response, punching him in the arm, "Fine don't tell me, not like I cared anyway."

"To me, it looks like you care a little more than you're letting on."

Marin crossed her arms and frowned hearing Elias. "You know what I think I'll leave you to answer yesterday's question alone."

Elias immediately regretted his last statement, who knew girls could switch up so fast. "I apologize, dear Marin, from what I've heard Mr.Harris is a dullard when it comes to students failing to perform well in his class. Forgive my rudeness from earlier, and save me from this external conflict."

"Has anyone ever told you, your usage of sweet words and flattery could use a little refining," Marin asked with her arms still crossed.

"Someone might have mentioned it once or twice."

"Well, we can work on it Friday, Lydia's having a party, how about being my date?"

"Lydia's having a party on Friday?" Elias broke from his act surprised by the question.

"I was sure she would have mentioned it, by the way, you so easily blended in with her group."

"Not of my own free will," Elias joked. "And yes I think I will be your date on Friday."

Marin smiled pulling out a blank piece of paper she wrote down her phone number and slid it to Elias.

"Pick me up at 7:00, text me later and I'll give you my address." The bell rang and Marin quickly put her things together not forgetting to remind Elias to text her before leaving.

The rest of the day flew by and Elias found himself relaxing as he drove home, parking the car he grabbed his book back before heading inside.

Entering the house he found Elijah sitting at the counter a glass of bourbon in his hands.

"Did anything interesting happen at school today son?" Elijah asked as he looked up from the papers in his hand.

"I'm going on a date," Elias smiled.

"When," Elijah took a sip from his glass.

"Friday, why," Elias frowned. "You're worried?"

"Of course I'm worried son 2 days ago you resembled a 12-year-old and now you're going on a date. We don't know what you becoming a Lycan mean's right now, We need to be careful."

"You don't want me to go?"

"Friday is a full moon, If the moon effects you in the same way it affects other werewolves that means your bloodlust will be at its peak. You won't be in control like when you first shifted, can you handle the consequences if something goes wrong."

Elias quickly thought about the other night when he had bitten both Stiles and Scott, the powerlessness he felt as he had no control. As his instincts willed him to run, to bite, and sure he didn't kill anyone but who's to say things will be the same this time.

"Fine, I'll tell her I can't make it tomorrow at school."

"Go get cleaned up, lunch will be ready soon."

AN: I struggled so much writing the part with Marin if anyone is wondering who she is just look up Marin Morrell. In this story, I've changed her age. I might release another chapter today.
