1 Power levels.

Law 0- Has no control over the law itself but can control it in the body.

Law 1- Can control the law outside the body but can not leave contact with the body.

Law 2- Can control the law for a short distance. (The distance depends on the level of the law and what law. Let's say someone has a natural law then that person with have more distance cause it nature.)

Law 3- Can control the law to form/control objects but only for a short time.

Law 4- The very first time to tap into the law.

Law 5- Can control the very law but only to a very, very small degree.

Law 6- Has more control of the law and knows some knowledge of it.

Others will be added later as the story goes on.

Also, it is a modern futuristic planet.

Did not make it clear enough I put it down below for the explanation of the laws.

Let say that two people have the fire law, the same color, the same fire, and the same heat, but one thing or multiple things will be different for each person. If two people shot a fireball at someone, one could heal the person and the other could act like a regular fireball or cause pain that worse than being tortured. Also, it not just going to be the regular laws, there is going to be weird and crazy laws, the MC is going to get a weird but kind of powerful law if he uses it right.
