{A/N:One of the changes he made to world now is that half Ghouls can eat human food but eating humans is more nutritional for them, he will also start Akatsuki but won't be mercenaries but just a way to identify them, and the members going to be like 4-6 total, may add more IDK. (1 Years Later)

It's been 1 year since I got my mask and I've become a A rated Ghoul in this time. I've been planning on saving Rei or Juzo in this time since he would be a good addition to my team, and I've already tipped off the CCG for where they at, I plan on breaking in when their raiding the place. All I've got to do is wait till night.

(That Night)

Right now I'm in my Akatsuki robes with my mask on hiding on one of the pillars inside the stage of where they pit people but from how dark it is people can't see me and the fact they don't look up.

[Oh, the raid is starting.]I say to myself hearing footsteps surrounding the building and people on the roof above me ready to deploy CRC gas. I then jump down between Rei and the random poor guy about to get killed.

[Hey! I'm trying to kill him here! I need good boy points!]Rei says to me talking about the guy behind me. I then walk up to him and chop him in the back of her neck to knock him out and catch him while he's falling and throw him over my shoulder.

[Sorry for interrupting your fun, but I think she would be a great addition to my team, and I think you have more problems to worry about.]I said to the crowd and they start to get confused from what I said but then CCG deployed the CRC gas and started to bust in so I used the chaos as cover and escaped from there.

(In Abandoned Building)

Right now I'm at the building where I killed my first person, it was a good place honestly, but it's mine now. I'm just waiting for Rei to wake up to give her my offer of joining me.

[Uh! Oh, you're that guy from before, hey, mind telling where I am?]He asked me.

[Oh, you may know me as the One Eyed Fox, but my real name is Ryu Kaneki, and right now you're in my make shift base after taking you out that hell.]I said to him.

[Oh. Thanks I guess, what now?]He said to me.

[Well I wanted to know if you wanted to be part of my group that I'm starting.]I said to him.

[Aren't you a Ghoul though?]He said questioningly since it's true, why would I, a Ghoul, want to work with a human.

[Well, it's because you have a lot of potential, and I could make you half Ghoul if you want.]I said to him.

[Really? That'd be so cool! Having all Ghoul eyes.]He said to himself.

[Um yeah, well you'd only have one since you'd be a half breed, I'm also one but I'm a natural one and not artificial one.]I said to him and he just looked more amused.

[Well you want to?]I asked him since he hasn't answered.

[Uh huh.]He said while nodding his head with a smile.

[Great! Well think about what type of Kagune you want then and I'll come back tomorrow.]I said to him walking out waving my hand behind me.

[Bye, bye mister!]He said back and started exploring, I've already secured this area as mine so Ghouls don't come here and I trust in his fighting capabilities and that he won't leave.

When I was back in the 20th Ward I was heading to Anteiku until I saw a young version of Akira Mado getting cornered by some guys in an alleyway who I noticed to be Ghouls. I then put my mask on and jump up to the edge of a roof on one of the buildings over looking the alleyway.

[Heheh! Hey, boys, we got us some food, maybe even have some fun with her first.]One guy said which disgusted me so then I jump down but used my Rinkaku stabbing it into the buildings so I'm suspended above them.

[You know guys, it's not cool to prey on kids, right?]I said ominously above them which confused them since they didn't notice me and when they see my mask there's fear in their eyes.

[Wa-Wait! We're the same, right?! So why fight us?]he same guy from before asked.

[Oh trust me. While we may be the same breed, doesn't mean I consider us the same.]I said before launching myself at Akira and pulling her into a hug and turning 180 so her back is to them so she doesn't have to see me kill them. After that I let her go and prepare to leave but notice someone about to come around the corner from hearing them.

[Hey shitt-]But he cuts himself short seeing the Ghouls dead and me next to his daughter.

[Oh! I guess you killed them all. But no matter, I'll just kill you.]He said running at me but I just jump up and latch myself to the edge of the roof with my hand.

[You know, instead of attacking me, you should be thanking me for doing what you couldn't have been able to do, protect your daughter. Cause she would've been dead or near death if I didn't arrive, so you should pay more mind to your daughter seeing as she's the last thing you have left. I know what the Owl did to your wife, I know he broke your family, but, that doesn't mean we're all the same. I'm sure you know that from my profile and the specific people I target, so you should know that we have families and feelings to, and that while some Ghouls deserve death, others don't, and in my opinion, investigators are necessary for those out-of-line Ghouls, so thats why I mostly cripple the ones I run into or leave them somewhat injured.]I said and I'm about to leave but I hear Akira say something.

[Will I see you again?]She asked me to which I just nod and give a little salute and leave.

(7 Years Later)

It's been 18 years since I've come to this world and have become SSS rated along with Rei becoming SS rated in these years, when I asked Rei what Kagune he wanted he said an Ukaku so I hunted down an SS rated Ukaku user and got his organs implanted in Rei instead of just the Kagune sac since I don't want to deal with that frames bs like the quinque squad. I've started dating Touka and Hinami in this time{I really don't think I can make it proper instead of bs, unless ya really want it won't show scene.} and three years ago me and Rei started decided to lay low and started working part time at Anteiku while simultaneously going to school. Right now I'm sitting with Hide and Ken and Hide's laughing at Ken right now.

[Oh come on! It's not that funny. Back me up here Ryu.]He said to me.

[Come on Hide, stop bullying him, some people are into that.]I said to Hide but he ignores me.

[Look don't do it. Trust me. She'll think you're lame.]He said to Ken.

[Then O'll take her to Big Girl for hamburgers.]He said to which Hide started laughing and I started snickering a bit too.

[I'm being serious guys. Come on, stop laughing.]He said pleadingly.

[I know. It makes it even funnier. You can't take her to a place called Big Girl.]Hide said to Ken.

[You know he's right bro.]I said to Kaneki.

[Since when were you the expert.]He said to me to which I only raise an eyebrow in a knowing way and he looks at Hide instead.

[Fine then where would you take a date?]He asked Hide.

[Thats easy. I'd pay attention to whats the girl into, then pick a place I think she'd enjoy.]Hide said as if he was a expert.

[Such as?]Ken asked him and he proceeded to get flustered.

[Look, if she's into books then a book cafe would be good, shopping you go to the mall, games then an amusement park or arcade. Things like that.]I said and got a look of appreciation from Hide.

[So who is she?]Asked Hide suddenly getting Ken flustered.

[Which one of these chicks are your lady friend?]Asked Hide and then the door bell went off indicating someone walked in and I see and saw the bitch that will almost kill Ken which angers me because I've become attached to him over the years as a brother but I know what needs to happen to him in the future.

[Thats her. Thats the girl.]Ken said to us.

[You and her would be like "Beauty and the Bonehead".]Hide said.

[Alright. Well, my break is over so I'm gonna get back to work.]I said before heading to the back.

(Next Day at Night)

I've been following them since their date started since I don't want anything to veer off cannon and to make sure Ken doesn't die. When Ken and Touka cross paths Ken doesn't notice her and she's about to call out I go behind and tap her shoulder on her right without anyone noticing so she looked there and I'm there on the roof of a building and I just shook my head indicating not to and then she doesn't and keep walking with her friend Yuriko. Then everything went as cannon and once the beams fell I called the ambulance with a burner phone so they couldn't track me just in case.

(After Discharging)

[Hey bro, you feeling better?]I asked him outside the hospital right now after seeing him get out.

[Yeah I am. But food feels weird to me, I can taste it but it doesn't feel like food.]He said to me.

[Yeah they told me. It'll probably pass.]I said to him dismissing it. Then everything went as cannon but not as bad cause he could still taste and eat human food but it didn't feel like actual food like human flesh would. Everyone at Anteiku has been worried about him since he'a been acting different and right now I'm following my brother through the alleyways to where he would find Nishio.

[Good riddance. You should know better than to trespass on my feeding grounds.Huh? I've never seen you before.]He said while Ken was shivering.

[Whoa, how come only one of your eyes is red? That looks pretty nasty. Did you think you could hunt for food on my feeding grounds and get away with it?]He asked Ken and then I was done with his shit and appeared behind him with my Rinkaku out and against his neck.

[And who are you to threaten my bro?]I asked him from behind.

[Wait. Ryu?! What are you doing here?!]He said but struggling since Nishio has him in a chokehold.

[And who might you be?]He asked not letting go of my brother.

[I'm nobody to you but this isn't your feeding grounds anyway. Just cause Rize's dead doesn't mean that this is yours, leave it to Anteiku on how the system works.]I said flashing my Ukaku and Ghoul eye at him and pressing my Rinkaku harder against his neck making him let go.

[You know I don't understand why we got to run every single little thing by a bunch of fence sitters like Anteiku.]He said aggressively.

[It's because you were weak.]I said as if it was a fact.

[I don't appreciate being insulted by a punk kid with a smart mouth.]He said and I could tell he wanted to escape my grip so I loosened it and he got out and ran back creating distance between us but then Rei appears on my right and Touka on my left.

[Hey Ryu why didn't you say we would be having fun?]Rei asked me with a smile.

[Yeah, it would be a good fighting experience.]Touka said with a smile.

[This is why. I mean look at him, he's about to jet.]I said and then they pay attention to him and see he's backing up slowly to leave.

[Uh Ryu? Touka? Rei? What's happening?]Ken said from behind us and we look at him and Touka notices his eye along with Rei.

[Oh, you're like me! Did you do this Ryu?]Rei asked me cause he knows that Ken was human.

[No, it was probably the organs he got transplanted-]

[Ah! He ran, too bad.]Rei said interrupting me and made us realize he ran too, while he is confident it doesn't mean he's arrogant.

[Wait! You guys are Ghouls?]Ken asked us.

[Yeah, sorry bro but we couldn't risk our existence, but now that you're one of us you know.]I said to him and smile and then he looks at the body and reaches for it but stops himself.

[*sigh*Just eat it. It's better if you accept it.]I said to him and he starts to reach for it but stops himself again.

[No, I can't. Part of me wants to eat it, but I know if I do I won't be human.]He said to me which makes my sigh in disappointment.

[I can't be a Ghoul. Not if this is what it's like, I've never fought before and I'm supposed to kill to eat! Well I won't! Because I'm human!]He said while breaking down which made me realize that this is the famous protagonist monologue.

[Sorry bro. But you need to eat, hope you forgive me.]I said after ripping one of the bodies organs out and shove it in his mouth forcing it in his mouth, eating it.
