Maximum Human Conditioning: Due to his training with Batman and further training after his supposed death, Jason achieved a physical and mental condition that was nigh-superhuman( in DC's standards, not the real world's). Through special dieting plans, rigorous training, meditation techniques & exercise regimes, he had developed that strength, speed, metabolism, stamina, longevity, reflexes & agility that are at the near the limits of a super-soldier's inhuman capabilities. By matching his former mentor in combat, he has proven that he is physically far superior to most Olympic athletes, just as Batman is.

Nigh-Superhuman Strength: Jason was extremely strong and was at peak human range, having been rigorously trained by Batman then further training from himself and Deathstroke to his very limit of strength. He could easily pin Batman down with one leg, punch him hard enough to send him rolling a few meters across an entire room, and even broke free of his stranglehold when Batman ambushed him near the militia's long-range missile launcher; feats that cannot be accomplished by an ordinary man. With one kick, he could break a locked high-strength steel door open and carried Barbara Gordon across his shoulder with absolutely no strain. Jason at the peak of his strength and using muscle control can easily tear metal structures, lift a heavily muscled full-grown man over his head with one hand and throw him several meters just like Batman and Nightwing. He is strong enough to break through a submarine hull with a single punch, effortlessly lift a man over his head with one hand and throw him several meters through an airplane window, casually kick an airplane door off the hinges while it's flying, send Deathstroke flying with a kick, break the neck and arm of a superhuman Talon, throw an alien with one hand, flip Susie Sue on her head (she weighs over 600 lbs), hold the roof of a collapsed building and support the weight of a enormous cruise missile for an extended period of time. Red Hood's strength and brute force is comparable, if not equal to Batman's and is practically superhuman; showcased when he cut a dinosaur's head off with one slice, overpowered a large group of Venom-users, struck Lobo to the floor, leg flipped Bane on his head even Supergirl commented that "he is far stronger than any human" and "no human should be this powerful". This type of strength also extends to his legs, allowing him to jump very high heights and leap long distances. Using highly effective muscle control, Red Hood can apply practically superhuman force in his physical attacks to match Meta-human super-soldiers like Ravager (who easily has the strength of 10 men, possibly a dozen or more).

Nigh-Superhuman Speed: Jason is immensely fast, with his speed he could catch-up or outrun moving vehicles, likely to always be first in running-races and have great reactions. His speed was at the highest limit of human potential. He was known to be slightly faster than Batman himself, likely due to Batman's immensely bulked up physique. Jason was shown to be fast enough to dodge the Batmobile's riot suppressor rounds which move as fast as a bullet, and easily keep up with Batman in combat speed. His running speed is superior to Batman. He can run and move at incredible speeds comparable to the finest human athletes, much faster than normal humans. He has outran a moving vehicle and hit Green Arrow before he can even react. While unarmed Jason once blitzed an entire GCPD SWAT team before anyone could even pull the trigger. Red Hood has been noted to have superior combat speed than Tim Drake, as he admitted that Jason is a faster fighter than himself. Jason's speed allows him to be more than fast enough to stab Onyx so fast she didn't even notice. His fastest feats of speed to date is accurately shooting a gang of thugs faster than the eye can follow, despite guns already being aimed at him, and evading superhumanly fast spear strikes from an ancient-enhanced martial artist so fast he formed multiple afterimages behind him. He is faster than Batman but not Nightwing.

Nigh-Superhuman Durability: Jason's muscles and bones are much harder/denser than normal humans due to his training as the second Robin, extended beatings from the Joker for a year, and his immense training after his "death". His rigorously trained body is at the very peak of human durability, meaning he could take getting beaten by a thick metal baseball bat and it would break, regularly falling a couple of stories, getting shot in non-fatal areas of the physical body. Jason can possibly survive an entire building collapse and withstand beatings from untrained super-humans. He has shown feats of bodily resistance to the point that he took Batman's full unrestrained attacks, and showed minor discomfort when the Joker beat him in the face with a metal crowbar. His muscles and bones are far tougher and vastly denser than ordinary humans; making him extremely durable to certain degrees, enough that he can tolerate massive amounts of physical pain and damage. His physique which is rigorously trained to the uttermost human limit and is extremely tough and resistant to damage, which allows him to survived dangers that would have killed most other people, like being slammed straight through thick reinforced concrete with little to no injury. He is able to withstand being stabbed and shot multiple times. He's survived being blasted with a bazooka, multiple nuclear explosions underwater, being set ablaze by a flamethrower, and withstood blows from superhuman opponents such as Deathstroke, Frankenstein, Bane (on venom) and more.

Nigh-Superhuman Endurance: Jason's body possessed extraordinary metabolism, and, combined with his intense training as the second Robin, this further enhanced his tenacity, and gained physical endurance which could be considered near superhuman. Having survived a year of continuous and brutal torture at the hands of the Joker and ultimately surviving a gunshot in an extremely weakened state, Jason possessed a strong will, body, and mind. During his brutal ordeal with Joker, he learned to withstand relentless torture, and in turn, attained a massive amount of tolerance towards pain, physical or otherwise. Years later, Jason's rigorously retrained physique was immensely stronger than before.

Nigh-Superhuman Agility: Jason's agility is greater than that of a Champion acrobat and superior to any Olympic-gold athlete gymnast that has ever competed. He can coordinate his body with flawless balance, equilibrium, flexibility, bodily coordination and dexterity. This agility allows him to have a lot of midair maneuverability and perform gymnastic and acrobatic moves that would be very difficult or impossible for normal humans, such as easily front-flipping through a narrow window and flipping around gunfire as a teenage Robin. Jason can vertical jump at least 10-15 ft in the air without a running start, possibly more when pushed. Red Hood has been shown keeping up with an acrobatic-Talon that possesses speed and agility to that of Nightwing. He used gymnastic and acrobatic agility to survive a fall Starfire surely thought would kill him. Even Batman made a mental note to himself; commenting that he isn't just fast, but agile as well.

Nigh-Superhuman Stamina: Jason's highly trained and developed body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing chemicals in his muscles, granting him near-superhuman levels of stamina and lung capacity. He could exert himself at peak capacity in all physical activities for hours without tiring or slowing down. His lung capacity is so great that he can hold his breath underwater for extended periods of time with little to no strain at all. He can exert himself at peak capacity without slowing down for several days before showing signs of fatigue or began tiring, even if he is extremely exhausted physically and mentally.

Nigh-Superhuman Reflexes: Similar to his speed, his reflexes and reaction time is honed to an extraordinary rate and is seemingly superhuman; and is far superior to normal humans.. He could easily match Batman's own reflexes during their short fight, and even dodge bullets fired at him from Black Mask at point-blank range, while still reacting to simultaneous attacks. He is capable of quickly reacting and dodging rapid gunfire at point-blank range from multiple gunmen while evading simultaneous attacks from multiple enemies on many occasions, though he can get hit if there are to many to evade. Jason's reflexes allow him to casually weave through machine-gun fire on a regular basis and block an arrow fired by Green Arrow with his knife.

Nigh-Superhuman Senses: Jason's natural five senses were at the highest caliber of human potential; making his sense of sight, touch, hearing, smell and taste extremely precise and accurate by human standard. He can concentrate his senses to see accurately from moderately far distances, acutely touching ink on a page, hear and distinguish small sounds, have smell capabilities like a primate, and tasting more accurately than normal humans. This makes him highly alert to danger and aware of the surroundings around him; this ability was not classified as 'superhuman'.

Nigh-Superhuman Healing/Metabolism: Jason could heal much more rapidly than a normal human athlete, which enables him to heal broken bones, torn muscles, several gunshot & knife wounds and other severe injuries within several days and most lesser injuries like cuts, scrapes and burns within hours. This is likely due to his greatly accelerated metabolism was further enhanced through his intense training and nutritionally-strict diet. He also ages slower than normal humans, though not to a 'superhuman' degree.

Genius-Level Intelligence: After being adopted by Bruce, Jason received excellent education and rigorous mental training from both private tutors and Bruce, thus has deep knowledge in many subjects including Science, Math, Medicine, Geography, Criminology, World History and English. Due to being heavily tutored by Bruce and further training after his 'death' his mind has been greatly enhanced through years of mental training. Like Batman he has perfect recall, accelerated learning aptitude, eidetic memory, and photographic memory. He was also able maintain straight A's during his time in the Wayne Industries school for troubled teens. Jason is shown to be highly skilled in mechanics, as he was performing maintenance and upgrading his motorcycle, car, and helicopter, Bat-Gordon's exoskeleton. He also is proficient in business management which was seen by formerly runing, owning, and managing Penguin's Iceberg Lounge Club/Casino. He has a college GPA of 94.8, can understand/study the Tamaranean language, and is even smart enough to track Starfire's alien spacecraft while it was cloaked.

Lazarus-Enhanced Capabilities: As of his perfect resurrection by the Lazarus Pit, he no longer ages & regenerates from injuries at a very fast rate, allowing him to perfectly cheat death on several occasions. His strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, durability, and metabolism/immune system have been enhanced even further. Due to being immersed in the Lazarus Pits, Jason possesses some magical abilities.

Magic Negation: Jason was taught a powerful, arcane martial arts strike by Talia al Ghul, that only a force of true good is capable of delivering. This technique was created by Ducra, as a way to strip away the powers of the Untitled.

Summoning: Jason possesses the unique ability to summon the All-Blades. A pair of mystical blades manifested from Jason's own soul, designed to kill magic-based threats. Jason has even shown the ability to summon dozens of All-Blades at once.

Skills (After the soul enhancement):

Master Strategist & Tactician: Having trained under Deathstroke, Jason possesses immense skills in military grade tactics, strategies and protocols. He has the disciplined mind of a true military commander with the strategic mind of Deathstroke. His tactical skills are equal to that of Batman, and has outsmarted him on multiple occasions.

Leadership: Jason has learnt how to lead an entire army with extreme charisma, intimidating techniques and the power of suggestion. He is also skilled enough to help his army adapt to the Batman's tactics and fighting styles.

Master Martial Artist: He has been rigorously trained by Batman in almost every form of hand-to-hand combat, swordsmanship and other Ninjutsu-based abilities. His primary form of combat is a mixture of Aikido, Silat, Boxing, Savate, Ninjutsu, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, and Krav Maga; though he has mastered other styles as well. After his "death" Jason was trained by Deathstroke, he later gave himself an even more rigorous training than Batman himself to become Batman's equal and possibly surpass the Dark Knight. Batman calls him a master of Martial Arts. Jason Todd is a highly skilled combatant trained by Batman. Although he was always more of a brawler as Robin, following his resurrection, he gained more training and demonstrated himself to be far more skilled than before. Jason is a master martial artist, having received training from many of the world's most skilled fighters, including Batman, Nightwing, Bronze Tiger, Lady Shiva and the All-Caste. He was considered the All-Caste's most successful pupil, earning him respect and secrets only he has been able to unlock. Even Damian Wayne, who doesn't have a very high opinion of Jason, considers his older brother to be one of the greatest fighters to have ever lived. Demonstrating himself to be far more skilled than before, he is capable of defeating multiple opponents such as a room full of Russian-mobsters, a room full of ninjas, Spyral trainees, undead Talons, and Metahumans simultaneously by manipulating or breaking limbs or spines, and can even fight blind. Red Hood has also defeated a group of aliens in just seventeen seconds while holding back. As part of his Robin training, Bruce taught Jason a technique called "language of combat," wherein he can communicate with others while fighting. Jason is skilled enough to beat a weakened Deathstroke, and even Ra's al Ghul in combat. Jason admits that whenever he fought Batman, he always held back due to their relationship.

Master Marksman: He has shown a remarkable proficiency with firearms as well as other military-grade technologies and weaponry. He also has a unique pair of pistols which turn into a powerful sniper rifle. He is also a deadly in the art of marksmanship which enhanced his ability not only with firearms, but throwable weapons too; such as knives and shuriken. Jason's marksmanship is slightly superior to Batman's and may be on par with Deadshot's. He is one of the top 5 marksmen in the entire DC Universe and is highly skilled in throwing projectiles, firearms, and archery. He is capable of shooting a man at a long distance, whilst being physically attacked by several other opponents. This evidence further proves him as one of the best marksmen in the DC Universe. Jason rarely ever misses his targets 9 times out of 10, unless it is inhumanly difficult or outmatched.

Master of Stealth, Infiltration, Sabotage, Espionage, and Escape Arts: Since his presumed death, Jason lived in complete anonymity that most of the people who knew him thought he was dead. As the Arkham Knight, he could freely move about Gotham City while remaining undetected by the highly vigilant Batman, and even managed to spy on the latter without Batman noticing. He was able to infiltrate the high security facility of Gotham city Central Holding and secretly assassinated Tweedle cousins, he was able to personally laid a successful ambush on Batman a feat that not even the most intelligent of Gotham City's criminals could accomplish. Jason was originally skilled in stealth when he was trained by Batman. He has further increased his Ninjutsu skills exponentially. Jason is capable of breaching very high-security facilities with ease and without being detected. He is skilled enough to infiltrate Tim Drake's hideout without his knowledge, also he has shown enough stealth prowess to track down and scout Batgirl's top secret hideout, despite her intelligence. Jason has proven capable of infiltrating the Black Hawk Organization, the Spyral Organization, a terrorist airplane, even broke into Supergirl's apartment and snuck away from her while she was using her super-hearing.

Master Acrobat: In his training as Robin, he had been taught acrobatics and gymnastics routines. He further practices his abilities as the Red Hood even going so far as to chase the Bat Family around just to test his speed.

Deception: According to Batman, Red Hood was a skilled liar.

Master Computer Hacker: Having been heavily taught by Bruce Wayne in computers and networks, then drastically improved by Tim Drake, Jason was easily able to hack into LexCorp computers in less than five minutes, bypass the US government's military database, break into Batgirl's advanced security networks. His skill in computers, networks, and technology is now far superior to Barbara Gordon's and Tim Drake's.

Master Escape Artist: Jason was once heavily chained, held at gunpoint by two men and surrounded by a total of four armed men plus Captain Boomerang and managed to slip free. When his body was securely chain-locked in place by Ra's al Ghul, he still escaped in plain sight without much effort. He was also sure of himself that he could breakout of Belle Reve the most secure place on the planet.

Expert Guitarist: When Jason wanted to unwind, he would get an electric or acoustic guitar to play, quickly becoming an expert at the instrument within a year. He knows how to play many genres, but mainly likes playing the Blues.

Master Intimidator: He was able to intimidate Gotham mob bosses and Black Mask. He is also very feared by the thugs on the streets of Gotham. He is also famous in the organized crime all around the world for his ruthlessness and brutality. Although Batman has the edge in the 'fear' category, he is still highly intimidating due to his Batman-like mental and physical prowess plus the willingness to kill.

Master Inquisitor: Jason is adept in the use of interrogation techniques, employing anything from law enforcement methods to outright torture. Several techniques have been seen, include hanging a person over the edge of a building by one leg or chaining a person upside down and beating them. All of which are techniques he picked up from Batman. He usually just plain uses his frightening appearance to get answers.

Master Tracker: Trained in hunting and tracking techniques by Batman and League Members from African Bushmen (the Ghost Tribes of the Ten-eyed Brotherhood, among others).

Master Vehicular Driver: Jason has expertise in evasive driving and combat piloting a variety of vehicles from motorcycles, cars, boats, airplanes, and helicopters to being trained in the Middle East by an ace pilot to fly helicopters and planes.

Indomitable Will: Jason is able to function while tolerating massive amounts of physical pain and won't stop a mission until it's done.

Investigation: Due to his training with Batman, Jason is an excellent detective. He can easily start to paint a picture of a crime scene without running any tests, and even determine which weapons were used, based on evidence.

Lip Reading: Bruce taught Jason how to read lips when he was 12.

Lock Picking: Jason was taught by Batman to pick locks in his second week of training.

Master of Disguise: He was trained by Batman himself and the All-Caste and the League of Assassins to blend in anywhere and become anyone.

Multilingualism: Taught by Batman, Jason is fluent in several languages having spoken English, French, German, Italian and various others.

Occultism: Jason, through his training with the All-Caste, is knowledgeable on various mystical concepts.

He uses also knives, shurikens, throwing knives, swords, sticks, staffs, and batarangs and can even turn something as simple as a pen into a deadly weapon. Jason has even showcased high proficiency with whips against an opponent with superhuman speed.

Master Swordsman: Due to his training over the years, Jason is a master swordsman. He has even been able to keep up with the likes of Ra's al Ghul in a sword duel, and even disarm him. Jason has been shown to be skilled enough to hold his own against the Green Arrow in a sword fight until he ultimately lost but in the New 52 he fought him again and won this time.
