While I was downloading the next file, I discovered that SILAS'S LETTERS are all completely void of redaction, meaning no information is hidden, but the dates are out of order and could lead to some inevitable confusion. Dr. Owens: Hello once again listeners.....my name, as everyone knows is- You know what, you already know it, let me just move on. Today is February 17th, 1984 at approximately.....4:31 PM. Now, this may come as a surprise to most, if not all of you, but I actually originally came up with the research for this project that Silas has come up with. Well, for now, me and the Professor are trying to figure out some way to transport whatever had ||MESSAGE REDACTED|| my daughter from my home to here in the ||MESSAGE REDACTED||. I don't exactly know WHAT that...thing is, but it does not belong on this corporeal plane of existence........
{Sigh sound}
Dr. Owens: ....dammit....this is all my fault...if only I hadn't ||MESSAGE REDACTED||, she still would have been here.
{Sniffle sound}
Dr. Owens: ...no...I can't keep dwelling on that. The only thing I can do now is focus on moving forward to find her. Not just for my sake, but for Penelope's too. Her heart was broken so much more than mine when she found out that her ||MESSAGE REDACTED|| was gone. Despite all of the hatred Penelope has told me, I still need to find my daughter. I need to find Sa||MESSAGE REDACTED|| Owens. Penelope made me promise her that I would always think of her as dead until I find ||MESSAGE REDACTED||.....so yes, for those wondering, Penelope is not actually dead, but because of my promise, I must think of her as passed away for now. Ok. Enough of the sob story from me. That isn't why you're listening to this.
{Clearing of throat + rustling of papers}
Dr. Owens: Back on what I was saying before, me and Silas need to find some way to transport the ||MESSAGE REDACTED|| from there to here, but as far as I have seen, it just is not. Movable. I have tried, trust me....TRIED to use any human means to even take hold of it, but nothing will work! And while I'm working on a way to try and obtain this thing, Professor Silas is here drawing blueprints for the ||MESSAGE REDACTED|| that we are trying to build...the next few days I'm going to continue the research and see what I can gather by experimenting with whatever this thing is we are dealing with. Unfortunately these next few sessions of research are going to have to involve me working much closer to the ||MESSAGE REDACTED|| than I have before. If I do not create another audio file in the next few days, something terrible has happened to me. Wish me luck. And until then.

There are more accounts following this, so needless to say, Dr. Owens has survived whatever he has come into contact with.

By the way, according to local news from 1984, there had been a large series of murders on children in the area before the death of Noah and Levi, so the last intercepted account must have been covering the children that were murdered by the serial killer, and must have been who the voice was speaking of.
