On that same evening, Dimitri has been staying far from the eyes of the Palace guards. The security has always been too tight during the evening.

More guards roam around the premises in pairs as they walk around every corner of the palace grounds.

The Alpha King's palace is known to have the best security in the country. Russia would love to kidnap their palace tactician to spill more of their secrets. 

Some speculate the tight security here is done by none other than the king who is "rumored" to be this so-called tactician. 

But again, that's the only source he got.
