"Gods, what the hell is going on?" 

'My whole body hurts. Is this my punishment? Those monsters are fucked, arrrrgh! Who the hell is this guy, and why is he pointing at me, and why does he look like a turtle?!' 

My vision started to blur again, and when I finally could see, I saw a very old man with a turtle shell on his back. I look to the side and see a beautiful girl with flame-colored hair and cat ears.

'Wait, does everyone here have animal characteristics? Well, fuck!'

"The universe has brought us the Dragon Warrior!" I then heard an ethereal voice. 'Do they know about me? But from their reactions, I think me being chosen was a shock to them.' 

Several short, feathered men quickly came and carried me into the Grand Palace away from the crowd. Well, at least I have some time to think alone while turning my attention to this blue screen floating in front of me.
