Chapter 3 - Taken

Faith was sleeping soundly in her bed with her cat when she was awoken by the sound of her dogs barking loudly downstairs. The cat got scared and ran under the bed, and Faith looked at the clock to see that it was three in the morning. She rubbed her eyes and got up to check on the dogs.

When she made it downstairs, she found that both dogs were still in their cages, but they were acting aggressively, as if they wanted out. Faith told them to stop barking and made her way back to bed, but she couldn't sleep. An hour went by, and not a sound came from the dogs, so she went back downstairs to check on them.

To her horror, she found both dogs lying on the ground, not moving. She went to touch one of them, but when she did, someone grabbed her from behind. Faith broke free and ran, throwing books, plates, and anything else she could find to defend herself. She fought bravely and hard.

Unfortunately the kidnapper caught her and put a cloth over her mouth. Faith struggled to break free, but after a few seconds, she passed out. The kiddnapper then dragged her to a van and drove off with her.

When she woke up, she realized she had been kidnapped. Her hands and feet were tied together and her mouth was covered.  She tried to look outside but the windows were covered as well. She tried to break free but the ropes were to tight. She sat there laying on the floor of the van for what seemed like hours . When the van finally stop, she closed her eyes pretending she was still asleep, hoping he would leave her alone.

The van door slung open and he grabbed her.  She was scared and opened her eyes

And started to kick and wiggle to break free. He therw her down and uncovered her mouth and put another cloth over her mouth and withing seconds. She was asleep again. He picked her up and took her inside. He opened a door and threw her in the room. He slammed the door and locked it. Leaving Faith alone in the dark.
