The Number Five volume thirty One

Before I could get another word out, a small creature ran into me. as I was turning to see what had hit me. A shadow figure ran past me. I couldn't get a look at the thing, while glancing around I noticed there were quite a lot of older people. walking around Daragain noticing several stores with different signs on them. the signs were very unique to me, everything is very new to me. I mean I spent two years with Steve, also with his family still couldn't understand. realizing that these people wore different clothes than me, most of them were ripped or covered in stains. two out thirty people wore something that skinned when the sun hit it. Darkouls put his two cents in," this is way different than Steve's world". the confusion that was planted on me backed up the statement, the only thing I wanted to do was to sleep on a bed. like I did before coming to this place unwilling, I stopped one of the skinny people. " sir, how did you get those skinny clothes?!", he glanced at me with anger. while checking me out he misunderstood me, I guess the clothes I was wearing was a major hint." well first I'm an adventure, second that's where most of the money comes from". I replied back to him," an adventure?", he raised the sword pointing to a building that matched his shinnyish. as I made my way to the building he followed behind me, the glares that he received made me a bit worried. " don't worry bout the stares, it has nothing to do with us. their glares are more of grief than anger.", that raised my supposition of this place. we stood on the stairs leading to the entrance of the building that he belonged to. I can feel the glory roaming off the building, it still didn't make sense to me. I mean the life I had lived before didn't either so that was no surprise, he stepped in front of me placing both hands on the doors. both doors slowly opened before me. when the doors were wide open he said with a satisfying voice. " welcome to the Daragain guild!", his voice did not match the atmosphere of the building. a bunch of table were empty, dust was forming. well at least their were some people, their attitudes all said the same. the man that guided me to this place made it seem, that this would get rid of all my problems. I couldn't tell if these people were older than me or younger than me, he wrapped his arm around me. with a smile on his face " come let's get you registered with the guild". walking down the building their attitudes change, I can understand a newbie going into a claimed territory. he slammed his left hand on the front desk, the woman behind the desk. jumped once he did it, while shaking" w-what can I d-do you for?'. he pointed behind him " I got a brand new adventure that is dying to be registered to this fine establishment". she looked past him her face was bland barely any emotion to it, she reached under the desk pulling out a long sheet of paper. slamming the piece of paper onto the desk trying to intimidate me, once the paper slammed the desk. the wind from the force made it fly onto the floor. I bent over to pick up the paper, I heard laughter coming from in front of me. my guide was laughing at the failed intimidation. I placed the paper back on the desk, her face was bright red. she handed me a pencil, I took a look at the paper. filling in the blanks on the paper, " name Marcus, Age 17. height I've never got that so I left that blank." the last two were very interesting the first one was " class" the last one was "magic". I asked the woman behind the desk, "what is class and magic?". she stood there dumbfounded as if I was completely dumb. my guild explained the class first, " we have your brute force classes like me, I'm a knight. this is also known as warrior class, any class that has a lot of strength and durability fall into the class of warrior. next is your casters their are three types of casters mages, priestess, and last is witch doctors. it's very rare that anyone is a witch doctor. these classes focus on intelligence, also faith. now the last class is the support t class these classes aren't really good at a anything they are more well rounded besides the beast tamers. the beat tamers went extinct around ten years ago same with the crusader's. theses classes are very important they are basically their to carry around any specific drop items that are found. while explaining these things to me, a globe was dropped onto the table. once the globe was dropped a crowded was formed around us, " sorry for this it's been six years since any new adventurer joined the guild." the gloob was clear, before I could understand what this here for. my guide butted in" I've forgot about this part of the registration",. " basically if you place your hand on this globe if will shine if blue, green, red,or white. sometimes it can glow two colors, we never seen two colors before". my hands were shaking with nerves, the concept of magic was very confusing to me. my hand plopped on the glob, the glob starting shaking furiously. going through all the colors trying to find the best for me, the globe stopped shaking the final color was something. that wasn't mention to me, that color was pitch black. the building was stunned I would figured that would have been excited for this. my guide was stuttering " w-w-well this is very odd", I responded back. " why!, what does black mean?!", the buildings atmosphere changed. this changed was nothing I've ever experienced, it was filled with eagerness.
