Chapter 15: New Workshop, Completed Project, New Projects, and Exams(Gasp)

Pure white spread as far as C2's eye could see, and howling biting wind could be felt on the uncovered parts of his face. Hanging from his back is a rather large red backpack and a pair of binoculars at his side. Taking the backpack off his back he put it down on the ground.
"This spot should be good…" C2's muffled voice rang out for none but himself to hear. Spreading out his arms he formed a Y shape with his body as an intricate light blue Magic Circle formed above him that began exponentially increasing in size till it was more than ten Kilometers in radius. With a twirl of his hand, he sent the Circle approximately half a kilometer into the sky, with another twirl a border appeared on the underside of the circle and extended down into the ground.*
Bringing his hands closer together C2 gave a small clap sending a shockwave of Golden Magic Power across the snow-covered landscape and into the Blue Magic Circle dyeing it in Gold. This Gold Magic Power is him having added「Denial Of Nothingness」into his Magic Power giving it a guide on what to change since he can't do large-scale changes like this with it. He can only change everything within a hundred-meter radius at maximum without a guide like what he is doing.*
Then, as soon as the whole Magic Circle was dyed golden everything around him started to change at a visible rate, slowly the landscape changed, and a giant circular building was erected. The building was around a hundred meters tall, in contrast with the surroundings it was dark grey with hundreds upon hundreds of pulsating lines running across outside it, all connecting to Eigth Towers standing at a staggering two hundred and fifty meters in height all in the middle part of the building, another Eight smaller Towers stood on the outer part of the building.
Each of the towers represented a Chess Piece, the eight smaller outer towers were White Pawns, all having golden lines connecting to lines on the building. In the inner part stood another seven pieces: One Queen, Two Bishops, Two Knights, and Two Rooks. The Pieces, like the Pawns, were all white they however had Golden decorations fanning out like leaves from their bases. An ethereal light could be seen wafting off each Piece, Light Green for The Queen, Purple for one Bishop, Green for the other, Dark and Light Blue for the Knights, Yellow for one of the Rooks, and Red for the other.
Finally in the dead center of the building was The King Piece, this was C2's magnum opus… the [Quantum Mind Engine], quite possibly the greatest Quantum Computer that will ever be built in this entire Multiverse. It had taken him quite a while to come up with as he was stuck thinking in the Machine sense of a Quantum Computer when he should've thought along the lines of Magical and Biological. So here stands a computer that even without「Heaven's Feel」would be able to predict the future. Because of this, he repurposed it to manage his new massive Workshop as well as the other Fifteen Towers and their future relay pieces.
Nodding his head in satisfaction C2 sat down at the central area of the workshop. Now that he had finished this project he only had three others he wanted to do at the moment, one quite easily achievable with the new workshop and the other two the same but would just take a bit longer. Waving his hand through the air a hologram pops up and the surroundings start to change, now instead of the empty, bland room it was before the walls and ceiling were decorated with empty display cases just waiting to be filled up with all the weapons of both Legends and Media he has created. Although most if not all were just mere imitations since he couldn't 100% replicate them, he still nonetheless filled up the Display Cases with all sorts of different weapons he could remember. Tens of Excaliburs were there just out of principle. Most of the duplicates were because of the FATE franchise, High School DxD was also to blame with the SEVEN Excaliburs, not from different timelines or something like that, no, because of the original breaking into seven fragments.
Now for the other two projects. One was something every Evil Genius(self-proclaimed) needs, an AI. He was specifically going to base this one on Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus* from FATE. The difficult part was simply getting a truly sentient AI, so he would wait till he got his hands on「Evandal's Seed」since it would be most helpful with it being a Soul Seed, maybe it would even allow him to finally create proper Homunculus. The second project was an amalgamation of the Evil Pieces from High School DxD and the Gnoses of Genshin Impact. It would take some experimentation to find the right material to use but he could do it rather quickly all things considered.

"Alright sit down everyone!" C2 heard their Instructor yell at the class snapping him awake from his contemplation(He was sleeping).
"Now, like I mentioned last week there will be a written exam today, so I hope you came prepared." As the instructor's words rang out an almost collective groan rang out in the classroom.
"I didn't study at all!" C2 could a familiar, yet shameless voice ring out from the other side of Kim Suho, it was Chae Nayun.
He could also see Suho giving him a look that practically screamed 'Please lend me your notes' although knowing him it was most likely for Chae Nayun. Letting out a small sigh C2 took out a small notebook titled [Everything You Need For This Exam.] with some flavor text under it that read [So Simple Even A Toddler Could Understand!]. He was already laughing his ass off internally as he had made this notebook just for this moment, the best part was however that he did not make it simple enough that even a toddler could understand, it would however be a major help to anyone who understood the material slightly to begin with. So basically it would help anyone but Chae Nayun.
And just as he had predicted Kim Suho handed it over to Chae Nayun without a second thought and gave C2 an apologetic look afterward, but all he got in response was a small nod and a smirk. C2 was not mad at all since his plan was set into motion as he got to see Chae Nayun's hope slowly warp into despair as she read from the notebook.*
Before Chae Nayun could say anything however the Instructor had already begun the exam. This meant that she could not speak at all lest it be considered cheating and she would fail on the spot. C2 just turned his attention to the Exam paper and quite quickly filled out most of it only paying special attention to two specific problems.
[Problem 19*: Describe the monster, 'Pygmalion'.]
[Pygmalion's are a type of Malevolent Ghost that typically manifests in the Phenomenon Realm(Herby referred to as PR), they are highly intelligent, even more so than most Humans(not saying much but still). Through the PR a Pygmalion possesses Humans and acts like the one they possess, this would be quite easily spottable if it was a normal Malevolent Ghost as they typically only have the average intelligence of a human toddler, however because of their extreme intelligence they have learned to use the PR to read the memories of the possessed.
Due to their behavior and intelligence, some Scholars argue that they should be classified as Djinns. I, however, believe this to be a, quite frankly, stupid argument. Pygmalion's are natives of the PR and not something that was once Human. They are monsters and should not be thought of as human. They may be born out of humanity's desires that collect in the PR but they are anything but human.]
[Problem 36: State the attributes that humans can manifest with the Phenomenon Realm.]*
[This is quite a broad term… While what most people think of when the Phenomenon Realm(Herby referred to as PR) is mentioned is Magic, this however is only one of the many things it deals with, to better explain it let me give a brief overview of the three "Realms".
First, we have our realm, The Material Realm(Herby referred to as MR), it is, in essence, just what we physically perceive around us. Air, ground, gravity, and water, are just some examples, but that's the gist of it, the whole universe is part of the MR. The properties of this Realm are thus: Human, Body, Life, Death, Time, and Space
Second, we have the "In-Between" otherwise called PR(Phenomenon Realm). This is the place where all Magic Power originates from as it's, in simple terms, the glue that holds itself and the other Realms together. As stated in an earlier problem, this is also where all of humanity's desires end up, thus forming Malevolent Ghosts. However, that's not all this is also where the Mind(Subconscious) and the Soul of all beings reside. The properties of this Realm are thus: Desire, Emotions, Mind(Subconscious), Soul, Mystery(Magic), and Psychic Energy.
The third is The Astral Realm(Herby referred to as AR), otherwise called The Spirit Realm. This realm is quite honestly really hard to explain so I'll do it best I can… Although one would think with the name that it's the origin of magic, it's the origin of Elements(Otherwise called Spirits), this is where all the Elements of our world's "True Bodies", so to speak, reside. This means all those famous Spirits in Legends and Myth are real they are just not in properly in our world but in their own. Another thing about it is that it's where things such as [The Akashic Records], although if any human tried to read it their head would pop like a balloon from information overload. The properties of this Realm are thus: Spirit, Element, Mind(Conscious), Knowledge, and Legend
Now that I've gone on this tirade let me just get to the point. The Attributes Humans can manifest with the PR are Mystery(Magic), Mind, and Soul. With enough training though we can also use it as a Medium to create our own Realms. Food for thought.]
With a satisfied smirk on his face, C2 stood up handed the paper to the Instructor, and walked out of the classroom as it was the last class of the day.
"Pizza time…" He muttered under his breath as he closed the door behind him.

Note 1: I must clarify that this happened over about 1 hour. He needed time to build up this much Magic Power, so in total, he nearly emptied his reserves 12 times. In general, assume, even though I may only explain it in a single paragraph, that most of these "big" magical feats happen over several minutes if not hours. Also side note: All C2's True Magics are nerfed to all hell since not only does the world need to adapt so does he.
Note 2: Unless stated he isn't using True Magic and is just using regular magic.
Note 3: Git gud scrubs. I fucking memorized how to spell her name! I'm simply built differently(incorrectly)! This is a huge accomplishment since I can barely spell my name. (←This is an actual fact about me!)

Hello! Nearly 2k words this time! And I gave myself a headache writing this chapter… eh no matter lol. So just a fair warring I guess? If I don't post at all this month it's because I'm hella busy(by my standards). There you've been warned.
