The Ninth Elixir

Crevyn is a student of the College of Mystic Arts with an affinity to animals, especially those with magical properties of their own. He is one of a chosen few to undertake a quest for the Ninth Elixir. The finder’s reward is to be claimed by one of the arcane Masters.<br><br>But Crevyn’s opponent is a man used to winning, who will use any means at his disposal to ensure he brings back the Ninth Elixir.<br><br>At the risk of losing to Garvit, Crevyn still take time to help those in need. But even if he’s successful in finding the elixir, the trick will be surviving the challenge.

Chapter 16

Kano stood next to Madan Kano wearing an open gold tunic that displayed his chest to perfection, and plain white pants. His tails, bright and bushy, undulated in random patterns. A crown of ivy was set at his brow. He looked incredible, and for a moment nothing and no one else in the world existed as Crevyn crossed the courtyard to stand beside his mate.

Thunder rumbled overhead, although there wasn’t a cloud to be seen. But as he glanced up, Crevyn was surprised to see cloaked figures walking slowly along the courtyard’s ramparts

There was no time to consider it now as Crevyn reached the circle and the bouquet was taken from him. Crevyn gazed at Kano as Madam Audra loosely bound their hands with gold and white thread. Taking a step back, she held up her hands.
