(I was gonna say Samael ears millions of high tier stones but that's kinda unrealistic because they only do Inns and Restaurants, the Midas Pavilion's probably richer than the Forte family. I said before they are one of the richest families but they are definitely not one of the richest businesses )

Sami's bid seemed to set off a torrent of bids, many freshman put out offers as they also wanted that piece of land for their new guild, even seniors put up bids due to the discount when expanding as it would make it so much easier for them.

The price soared, Alice stepped out of the room and was watching the crowds nervously, they seven had seen so many unsatisfactory guild residences and the one satisfactory was being bid on but countless people.

Alice swivelled her head at a ridiculous speed, the bones in her neck made a sickening crunching sound, a stoic face was gazing at her. Alice's face became scarily dangerous, the man looking at her was her half-brother, the original crown prince.

The man just lightly smiled as if he met a long lost relative and looked away. Alice took at closer look at him after all she had never seen him before, he was in the Academy as soon as she was born, the only reason she knew it was her half-brother was because she saw a picture of him when she was younger and he still looked the same as back then.

The man had medium length strawberry blonde hair and a clean shaven face, he had sharp and slender eyebrows that were always relaxed, you could see no emotion, except a slight smile on the side of his face.

He was quite tall around 1.88 metres tall and had quite a lean physique but with each movement he made you could see his muscles rippling, his body was clearly packed with a lot of power. He had lightning blue eyes similar to The Emperor and was wearing black and gold clothing. Like most cultivators he was quite handsome.

This man seemed polite at first glance, even harmless but he was a smiling tiger, he was Magni Brego. "50,000 high-tier stones."

Alice clenched her fist her beautiful eyes were filled with anger. Samael stepped out the box and followed Alice's gaze, looking towards the senior above them and asked Alice, "Who is he?"

"It's Magni, my half-brother."

"Oh shit," Samael chuckled, "Well this must be a warming family reunion."

"Shut up Sami, he is increasing the price of the residence and he's clearly doing it on purpose."

"Don't worry eventually he will run out after all, he still has a guild to run, he can't use all of hs liquid assets."

"Fine, but be careful, he's cunning he won't destroy the ''friendship'' between us yet at least not until he is sure of victory. He is 41 years old he could have definitely stepped into Emperor realm but he hasn't he probably wants to continue to build power and return back to Britannia with full force and try to dethrone me."

"Of course my liege." Samael said doing a mock bow.

"Dickhead."

"Hey that's not very noble of you to say is it."

Alice just rolled her eyes, she couldn't be asked to reply to her childhood friend.

Seeing Alice not reply to his antics Sami continued to bid, "55,000 high-tier stones."

Magni looked towards Samael, smiled and went back into his V.I.P room.

"Will this piece of land go for 55,000 stones," James the auctioneer looked around but no one replied, the price had become 10x the amount at the start, no one would dare to spend that much."Well then 3.... 2.... 1 and this wonderful residence will go to private room number 8."

The group of seven had just gotten their foundations to build the strongest guild in the Academy. Alice looked at her guild mates and smiled happily. The rest of the auction went smoothly Magni also bought something a medium sized piece of land a few hundred metres away from his guild, as if to return the favour Samael doubled the price just before the previous crown prince was going to seal the deal.

Void's Owl went towards the back of the bidding house and payed the price for the land, as they were walking out they were approached by a beautiful woman. She outstretched out her hand towards Alice, "Hello my name is Omaira, I am the 24th Ranked Architect in the whole sect and I really want to build on your land."

Alice looked taken aback by this wild but also scholarly beauty, Omaira was of Arabian descent, she had black markings across her face, it did not seem like paint but as if it was a permanent part of her. Her bronze skin looked divine in the autumn sun. She was heterochromatic one eye was a sickly green and the other was a shadowy black.

She wore grey and black clothing, she seemed to be around 1.70 metres tall and was very slim. However everything mentioned above was not the most eye catching thing about after all she had beautiful butterfly wings behind her. Omaira was an half beast.

The wings she had were the same colours as her eyes, the main part of it was that toxic green and the edges were that shadowy black. Her wings also had the same black marking on her face, they were divine. She had a wingspan of 3 metres and the wings were just a little taller than her. Surprisingly the wings had a metal sheen to them, when they moved in the air you could hear the sound of steel clashing.

"Don't be overwhelmed, there is only about 500 architects left in the Academy, that is why I'm rank 24. I was in the Auction just now and when I saw that piece of land being sold I just knew I had to build on it so please, please let me do the honours."

Alice was thinking about who she would get to build their guild as soon as she left the Auction House if someone has offered to build it of course she will accept.

She smiled at Omaira, "Well we leave our selves in your hands."

"Thank you so much."

The eight of them travelled towards their newly bought territory and sighed, the picture didn't do it justice it was more beautiful than they imagined, the luscious trees the emerald grass and the abundant aura, it was perfect.

"Yes, yes, yes, this is what I wanted, your guild house will be the best thing I build yet." Omaira had already taken off spreading her wings to look around the property. Her differently coloured eyes were full of eagerness.

The other seven looked at each other in dismay, they clearly underestimated the Half Beast's excitement.

Beastmen

Beastmen are hybrids between humans and beasts. There are so many of them due to high reproductive rates of both humans and beasts. They live on their own continent similar to demons and there is one Empire and all types of beast men live there. The Empire is called the Alium Empire

Beastmen have access to all elements they may lean in a certain direction depending on the type of beast parent they had like if a lightning bear dad they would probably have lightning affinity.

Beastmen live on a continent with a lot of spices so they see that to make money.

Beastemen have 3 forms, a half beast form with human and beast features, a pure beast form which would look like whatever beast they are descended from. For example lightning bear farther, lightning bear pure beast form and finally a human form.

Beasts

There are two types of beast, Spirit Beast and normal beasts both can cultivate however Spirit beast have much longer lifespans without Cultivation and may have magical properties such as a fire breath before cultivating.

Normal beasts like a pet dog or something, have to learn to cultivate or eat a treasure to break their species shackles.

Beasts live all over the world you can find them everywhere however a lot are concentrated in the Beastmen continent.

They can have any element. They don't focus on any industry but most of time live in seclusion or small villages and tribes.

Beasts have two forms human and beast :0.
