Trial Run

"Deus Brain have managed to locate another location that is connected to the Kingdom and the King!" Emma shouted as she jumped out from her table and looked towards Deus who instantly jumped out from his chair.

Deus instantly ran towards Emma and stopped right beside her while she sat back down on her chair, he looked towards Emma's computer screen and smiled widely "Amazing! This is just what the Defense Minister wants! Send that coordinates to my tablet right now! I'm going to meet the defense minister!"

Deus ran back to his table and grabbed a large black tablet that was sitting under a tall pile of papers. He pulled the tablet and threw the papers around the room while running out from his laboratory "Why did he have to do that? He could pull his tablet slowly. Phew..."

KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK! Deus was standing right in front of the Defense Minister's office and knocked on it a couple of times while holding his tablet with his left hand, he knocked a couple more times and suddenly stopped "Come in!"

Deus instantly opened the door and looked towards the Defense Minister who was smoking a large cigar while holding a small round glass that was filled with brown liquid "Ah! It's you, Deus! What do you need from me this late? You're lucky I'm still here."

"Good evening Defense Minister sorry for bothering you this late, I came here because we have found another place that has a connection to the King!" Deus explained while walking towards the Defense Minister's table.

"Finally you found another one! Where is it this time? I hope it's in the middle of a city this time like the first place that we attacked, not like the last ten places that were just some random run-down houses and factories." The defense minister asked and drank his alcohol while putting his cigar on an ashtray. Deus puts down his tablet right in the middle of the Defense minister's table and pushed it towards the defense minister who slowly puts down his glass.

"No Sir, this is an amazing place to attack its right in the middle of one of our largest cities," Deus explained while the Defense Minister looked towards the tablet and smiled widely.

"YES! AMAZING DEUS! This is a perfect place! Send that Merge that you told me the other day, it will give us an amazing show!" The Defense Minister laughed while Deus grabbed his tablet and nodded.

"Right away Sir." Deus bowed towards the Defense Minister and left the room while the Defense Minister continues laughing and smoked his cigar. Deus instantly ran through the long and empty hallway and went back into his laboratory.

"Emma! Bring Merge number three to the platform! I need to take a look at it before we launched it!" Deus shouted as he ran inside the laboratory while looking towards Emma who quickly nodded and ran back to her desk after putting down a pile of papers on Deus's table.

Deus walked towards a glass door that was beside his table and walked through it, he closed the door behind him and walked down a small metal staircase while looking ahead towards a large metal platform that was at the end of the staircase.

He looked towards his right side and smiled while looking towards rows of large glass tubes that were filled with dark green liquid. The tubes were hovering a couple of meters above the ground and were connected to a railing system that was a couple of meters above the tubes.

CHICNK! GRRRR! GRRRRR! The tubes slowly moved around and Deus arrived at the platform, he quickly walked towards the edge of the platform that doesn't have any railing and smiled widely "Can't believe I have made this much of them, I was so lucky that Brain only took thirty-five times to make."

A large tube that was filled with bright red liquid suddenly stopped right in front of Deus's face and he smiled widely "Project : Strength, Project : Berserk, and my durability research all of them combined inside a single body! This is one of the most beautiful babies that I have ever made to this day!"

"It's maybe the simplest baby out of them all but he will work amazingly!" Inside the tube, there was a gigantic crimson red smooth skin creature that was roughly two and a half meters tall. It was covered in muscles and Deus looked towards its head with a wide smile on his face. There were a pair of wide eyes that were closed shut with a freakishly wide mouth underneath it, that has large yellowish and sharp teeth which were peeking out from its closed mouth. Deus looked down and stopped at the creature's hand that has a palm twice the size of Deus's head with long and sharp fingers attached to it.

Deus smiled widely while staring at the creature's shoulder that has the Project logo tattooed in black, he scanned the creature's body for a couple of seconds and suddenly stopped his eyes as he reached the creature's large feet "Be happy my baby! Today is the day you will RUN!"

Deus turned around and laughed loudly while walking up the metal staircase, he went back into his laboratory and quickly walked towards the middle of his laboratory that has a gigantic tube that was filled with light green liquid.

Inside the tube, there was a creature that has a small body as small as a baby which was floating right in the middle of the large tube, with a couple of wires stuck to it holding it up. Its skin was colored dark purple and it was headless. Right above it, twenty adult-sized brains were floating using a couple of wires, and all of them were connected to the small body underneath it using large wires that were connected to the top of its neck.

He walked up to the tube and instantly hugged the tube while smiling widely "Thank you so much Brain! Thank you for finding the perfect building to test my first ever completed Merge."

"Emma uploads the coordinated to merge number three and release him into tunnel number six," Deus said while walking back to his table with a wide smile on his face. He sat down on his table and grabbed a light brown file from the pile on his table that has confidential stamped across it.

CHK! CHK! CHK! Emma quickly works on her computer and followed what Deus had told her. Down on the platform, the tube that has Merge number three inside of it slowly moved around the long and winding rails.

CHSSSSSSH! CRRRK! CRRRK! The tube suddenly stopped and slowly moved downwards with a large metal circle that has a large red number six painted on top of it. The tube connected with the large metal circle and a bright red tab suddenly appeared on Deus's computer, he smiled and clicked on the release tab.

PSSSSSSSSSH! DROOP! The bottom of the tube instantly opened wide and merge number three dropped down with the red liquid that it was submerged in. Merge number three landed on its feet on the concrete ground and was standing straight up while the hole above it closed on its own.

Merge number three suddenly opened its wide eyes and quickly looked around the large tunnel that it was in using its bright yellow pair of eyes that has a red spiral in the middle of it. It looked straight ahead and instantly bends its knees.

SWOOOOOSH! Merge number three launched itself forwards at a very high speed and quickly ran through the long tunnel. After roughly half an hour merge number three reached the end of the tunnel that was on the side of a river in the middle of a forest.

SWOOOOSH! Moonlight shines on merge number three's skin as it jumped from one pine tree to another. It suddenly pulled the tree that it was on and launched itself towards the tallest tree that was in the forest.

SKRSCH! SKRSCH! It landed on the top of the tallest tree and looked straight ahead while its eyes glow bright yellow. In its eyes, a tall building that was outlined bright red suddenly appeared as it stares towards it. The building was in the middle of a large city that was a couple of thousand meters in front of it and a bright red line suddenly appeared right in front of merge number three.

GRAAKCHAAAAA! It screamed a monstrous and deep roar while standing on the top of the tree while all the wildlife around it ran away. It suddenly jumped from the tree unto another tree and followed the path that its eyes showed.
