Power Level(Harry Potter world)

This is fanfiction and power levels are increased so that it can match the different dimensions after the end of the 1st arc.

Wizards have Magical core

Tier 1 - 

Destruction Level: Can break a Log

Example: Average Human

Tier 2

Destruction Level: Wall Level 

Example: Peak human, wizard before any magical training (accidental magic)

Tier 3

Destruction Level: building to a small village level 

Example: Average adult wizard - Top students after passing Hogwarts/ Grunts from death eaters

Tier 4

Destruction Level: Large Village level (Hogsmeade) 

Example: Aurors low/ death eaters low 

Tier 5

Destruction Level: small city level

Example: Aurors high/ death eaters high, 

Tier 6

Destruction Level: Large city level

Example: Auror caption, inner circle(Death eaters), Heads of Noble houses, Combat-oriented Hogward teachers

Tier 7

Destruction Level: Mountain level 

Example: Snape, Bellatrix, etc

Tier 8

Destruction Level: Island Level

Example: Founders, Flamels (?), Dumbledore, Voldemort, Grindelwald

Tier 9

Destruction Level: Sub-continent Level 

Example: Merlin, Morgana

Some world knowledge

Governments worldwide are aware of wizards, thanks to past world wars and cooperation with monarchies like British royalty. They work hard to keep a balance between magical and non-magical communities because they fear mass hysteria and chaos that could ensue if the truth were to be exposed to the wider populace. They know wizards like Dumbledore that can destroy countries.

Within magical communities, powerful leaders exist, Among their ranks are heads of vampire covens and werewolf packs, whose prowess matches even Dumbledore in his old age. They keep order and safety.

Governments fear that if wizards start a war, they might use creatures like Dementors or dragons, and they're scared of magical plagues. War seems far off, though, since wizards are outnumbered by non-magical people and lack a proper army. Most wizards aren't super powerful, and there's no military in the wizarding world. Dumbledore wants things to stay calm and won't let anything disrupt the balance of power.
