"Mr. President, this is the report on the Arcadian Empire of what we were able to gather during the Chinese Civil War" Reported the Defense Minister as he placed down a document in front of the newly elected President Johnson.

"First Mr. President let's talk about their heli-carrier which is something that is possible to make with our current technology, but the cost and amount of research it would take could be years before we have one fully operational.

We don't know the exact amount of aircraft that they could hold within one heli-carrier but it should be estimated to be well over 100 aircraft making the total crew for the heli-carrier well over 12k people" Reported the Secretary of Defense.

President Johnson reviewed the report's and wondered what they should do to deal with this problem. In all honesty the threat of expansion by the Arcadia Empire was a threat to the US interests abroad.

But he has more reports to hear so he just listened to the next one "As for the next one Mr. President we will talk about their Naval power. 

So far we have not been able to gather enough intelligence on the amount of ship's that they have but they have reported to public news on around military Naval Vessels with an unknown amount of civilian, and support vessels.

We do have combat data on their destroyer, carriers, and cruisers from their naval invasions on the coasts of China showing that their weaponry is far advanced than anything we have seen Sir" Reported the Secretary of Defense.

"How advanced are we talking" Asked President Johnson

"When the Arcadian Empire announced their commitment to the war effort, a small Japanese task force of six or eight vessels had noticed enemy ships on the horizon. They positioned themselves to return fire, but before they could launch a volley, they were attacked by the incoming forces. According to our vessels, the Arcadian ships fired from an impossible distance" Said the Secretary of defense pulling out another document that showed the estimated range that the Arcadian ships fired their volley.

Upon looking at the document the President hands started to shake "Impossible, this range is something for missiles not for simple naval batteries" Said President Ford as he read over the document.

"Well sir this is all just estimations since they could have tricked our sensor's or something but from what we got from Naval intelligence that information is what we got" President Ford looked down again and shook his head since if the world wanted to compete with this naval power then they would need to advance their own technology.

"Next Mr. President we will get into their Ground forces, From our intelligence and from what the world already knows the people of Arcadia use Magic in their daily lives and even their soldier's use magic.

It's like something straight out of a book sir with these report's that we have, But so far they have not abused that power nor have we seen them use a powerful magical ability like from the tv shows, books or movies.

But it is predicted that they have many abilities that can turn the tide of a battle with just a few soldier's"

President Johnson read through the document handed to him about the various type of soldier's of the Arcadian Empire.

Once he was done he was handed another document labeled top secret classified data "In response to this sir we are requesting funding for a super soldier program to enhance our soldier's to be able to fight these soldier's who wield magical abilities"

President Johnson read through the super soldier document which would cost a total budget of 50 billion dollars to fund the entire project.

"I agree with this program but how long would it take" Asked President Johnson

"Well sir we have a little bit of knowledge since recently the British Minister of science as shared with us data on their research into human biology which reveals that advanced cloning and biological enhancements are possible so about 3-4 years" Reported the Secretary of Defense.

"That time frame is good so I will approve this project to begun immediately so that we can get ahead" The Secretary nodded as they went over the rest of the documents about the Arcadian Empire's military, government, and civilian intelligence.

Meanwhile General Marx of the UAN had begun his attack on the Nigerian forces. Videos of UAN troops marching with their Arcadian designed battle armor and advanced weapons were posted on the UAN created website as a form of propaganda to improve their standing.

Images of them helping people, and liberating cities were also published as they pushed the Nigerian forces back.

Jarvis who was at his Palace was looking through a data pad revealing information on the Civil War that has just started in Syria with them being attacked by a Religious terrorist organization who want to oust the old Governments and create a new religious' Government.

Many of the Major powers started to offer their support and send equipment in order to gain a useful ally in the middle east and hopefully establish a foothold.

Jarvis didn't really care about what happened but he also wanted to get involved just to mess with the other power's, so he sent a diplomat to Syria to improve relations and get closer with the small country.

This was just one of many diplomatic moves that he would make in the next few years in order to get back at the other Major power's.
