24 Failed Negotiations

Once they arrived at the Japanese Imperial Palace, A meeting room was already set up for them to talk.

Now in that meeting room the Japanese Emperor was sitting on one side of the table with his Minister's while Jarvis was on the other side with both Ova and Kingsley next to him.

"So Emperor Jarvis shall we get started with what does the Arcadia Empire want in order to come to a peaceful resolution to this conflict" Asked Emperor Asano

"My Chancellor here has prepared all of the documents for what we want" Said Jarvis as Kingsley opened the folder he was carrying and pulled out some documents.

Emperor Asano grabbed the papers and started looking over them along with his ministers.

The First thing on the paper was the Recognition of the Independence of the Manchukuo Empire, which was to be expected since it was the cause of the war.

The second was that Japan had to pay reparation's to the Manchukuo Empire for the years of the abuse of power by the Japanese Empire. The total amount was 50 Billion in Japanese Currency.

Third and Final is that the Japanese Empire has to release it's hold on the other Chinese Countries. This would greatly diminish the Japanese Influence in Asia and weaken it's economy and military slightly.

Seeing this the Japanese Emperor Asano held his composure since obviously this had to be a joke right. There was no way that they were going to release their hold on China which would jeopardize their interests in the region and make them appear weak.

The Japanese have been in this would for thousands of years yet the Arcadian Empire has only been in this world for a few years. Who are they to make such great demands?

The Emperor put the paper down and looked at Jarvis with a serious expression.

"These demands cannot be met, The Japanese Empire has ruled the Chinese for over 50 years now and we will continue to do so with the exception of Manchukuo since we will accept the first demand that you have made but the second and third will not be put into action at all" Said the Emperor as he watched to see Jarvis's reaction to what he just said.

"Is that so?" Questioned Jarvis

"It is so and will remain so" Answered the Emperor.

Jarvis sat up and looked the Emperor in his eyes "If these demands are not met then I will unleash the full might of the arcadian Empire against the Japanese Empire and I will force these demands upon you"

"Are you threatening me young Emperor" Said Emperor Asano "I Have ruled this country for over thirty years and I will not allow it to be defeated by a brand new country one of which could even be considered to be aliens for all we know" The Emperor had began to raised his voice as he spoke.

"Well Emperor Asano it seems that you are not willing to negotiate so I will leave here and in two weeks will resume the war against you so be prepared or be destroyed. Either way we will emerge victorious" Said Jarvis

"Guards escort the young Emperor out and back to his plane. He has 12 hours to leave the city or else he will be captured and put into chains" Ordered the Emperor

The Guards had came to grab Jarvis but their hands were chopped off by Ova. "Don't touch his majesty or else I will obliterate this entire city off the map"

"You dare" Said the Emperor as they just attacked them on their soil.

The Minister's who were next to him had all got up and started to run while a dozen more guards ran into the room. The Emperor pressed his panic button and had locked down the entire Palace.

"Now young Emperor you will die and nobody will be here to save you" Said Emperor Asano as he ordered his men to this time kill Jarvis

Jarvis didn't do anything and just let Ova do the work since he could tell that she was angry at this time.

Ova had unleashed a powerful lightning attack that instantly killed all the Guards.

Meanwhile Kingsley had pulled out a hologram device and contacted the Arcadian Military High Command.

"High Command the Emperor has been attacked by the Japanese Emperor and now we are being held inside of the Palace send in the troops now" Ordered Kingsley.

Although Kingsley was the Chancellor he held a lot more power than any other position only second to Jarvis. He also wasn't a normal person as he too had abilities for combat.

Once the High Command got this message the Arcadian Forces that were stationed at the Korean Port of Busan had been put on condition black.

Condition Black was a response used for if the Emperor was attacked while in a foreign country and as such the Military forces that were nearby would be dispatched not just to protect the Emperor but to also attack the nation that attacked the Emperor as well.

At the Port of Busan was the Arcadian Empire's Heli-carrier and a force of 50k soldier's. At the airbase in Busan there were also 50 SFJ-10 Imperial multi-role fighter's.

All these forces were immediately mobilized and sent across the Sea of Japanese to invade Kyoto. While this was going on High Command had already started a plan to invade the rest of Japan.

Troops that were stationed more inland in Korea had began to be moved to the Port of Busan in order to prepare for an Invasion of the Japanese Mainland.

Meanwhile the Arcadian Empire Fleet was dispatched to the Sea of Japan in order to take control of the area and escort the transport's across the sea.

All accross Japan the military forces had been put on high alert and the Japanese Fleet had began to patrol the coastlines to prevent any Arcadian troops from getting in.

But these troops were under special orders 'To protect the Emperor no matter the costs' and they would not stop for anything in their way.
