55 Cooperation between members

After a few days India had officially joined the PIS and secured the support of the people by ensuring the independence of India. Arcadia made a public announcement that India would remain independent and not be influenced by any other member within the Alliance.

In addition to that India invested about 10 Billion Indian Rupee into a joint effort by both Indian companies and the Arcadian Empire to improve the infrastructure throughout India.

The first city which would be affected is New Delhi, the capital city of India. While it's already beautiful in it's own way it was still not up to the standards of a modern city and had a lot of problems due to the lack of investment and the millions of people who lived within the city.

It would undergo a massive reconstruction lasting 8 Months which would look to modernize the city and fix housing issues for the people.

The project, ambitiously named the "New Dawn Initiative", was set to be one of the most substantial infrastructure rejuvenations in India's history. As cranes rose against the skyline and workers donned their hard hats, New Delhi began its transformation.

First on the agenda were the roads and public transportation systems; these were in a dire state due to years of neglect. Lanes were widened and modernized; new buses, trams and taxi fleets were introduced. And while not on the level of Arcadian transportation they were more than good enough to match some of the best transportation systems around the world.

Cycle lanes snaked through the cityscape encouraging sustainable travel. The once congested city now boasted state-of-the-art traffic management systems ensuring efficient travel.

Next came revamping the dilapidated housing units; architects sought inspiration from both India's rich history and Arcadia's progressive designs marrying tradition with innovation seamlessly. The result was breathtaking: high-rises that maintained cultural significance while offering the amenities of a 21st-century dwelling.

Emphasis was also placed on public spaces like parks and plazas, intending to foster a sense of community amongst the residents. Spaces were designed to be not only beautiful but also functional; catering for events, social gatherings, or simply leisurely strolls.

Energy efficiency became a priority, integrating solar panels into many structures while also exploring wind and hydroelectric options. New Delhi was being reshaped into an eco-friendly city that could sustain itself without compromising its citizens' quality of life.

By month eight, as promised, New Delhi stood transformed—an embodiment of old-world charm cocooned in modern sensibilities. The people gazed in awe at the familiar skyline now punctuated with buildings that were both functional and visually stunning.

Infrastructure improvements extended to water and sanitation systems too, ensuring safe water supply and effective waste management, addressing long-standing health concerns.

The New Delhi residents found themselves navigating not just cleaner, wider roads but also a city whose soul had been polished and made ready for the future. Their living conditions had improved significantly overnight: from waking up to the view of the newly constructed high-rises to commuting via modern transport systems to their workplaces.

Thanks to the revolutionary Arcadian Construction technology, cities can now be built in a completely different way. By utilizing both human construction workers and unmanned drones, the speed of building has greatly increased. None of this would have been possible without this groundbreaking technology.

The results of this massive project was broadcasted over various news stations around the world, inviting even more tourists to come and see the city.

A few weeks after the completion of the rebuild a wave of tourists brought a flurry of economic activity; cafes, restaurants, and shops thrived as they catered to the diverse tastes of global visitors.

The revival didn't end at New Delhi. Taking inspiration from its success, other Indian cities planned their similar transformations. Mumbai was next on the list, aiming to transform its chaotic charm into organized beauty while maintaining its vibrant ethos.

The 'New Dawn Initiative' had proven its worth beyond just infrastructure improvements. It had empowered the people and instilled a sense of pride in their culture, heritage, and identity.

At first while the Indian people did show support for joining the Alliance and reaping the benefits that came with it, they were still skeptical since the beginning.

But with the reconstruction turning out to be successful their minds were completely changed and they now celebrated the the brand new Capital city which would make even New York look small when compared to it.

Meanwhile, in Arcadia, the Empire watched this unfold with satisfaction. Their joint effort had not only modernized an ally but also consolidated their position on the global stage. They had demonstrated a successful model of cooperation that could be replicated in different parts of the world.

And India wasn't the only one getting this attention, the same thing was going on with China and South Korea. And let's not forget about Cuba which has been receiving a lot of tourists as of late.

Despite the recent end of a war, people continued to show interest and pay for flights to visit some of the country's significant historical landmarks.

This had gathered the attention of a lot of other countries who saw the benefits and economical value of such massive projects.

Already the Arcadian Empire had the best Medical equipment in the world and now they just proved their capability in the construction sector as well.

Meanwhile, back in India, the workers continued to toil under the blazing sun, their spirits lifted by the knowledge that their efforts were not only transforming their homeland but also shaping the future for generations to come. And as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the bustling city, a sense of pride and determination filled the air – a promise of even greater wonders yet to come.
