"Life isn't just sunshine and rainbows." Cassandra Williams knows it better than most people. Sure she once had everything a typical teenager could ask for, a loving pair of parents, status, money, looks and an annoying but lovable older brother to go along with it.

But when a horrible accident takes her brother's life away and turns her life upside down quite literally, Cassy is shattered to her core. Her once picture perfect life was now a broken mess. Her parents who fussed over her when she got the slightest cold now ignored her like she doesn't exist. Completely engrossing themselves in work they chose to forget their remaining child who was attending mental health sessions to cope with the trauma and depression.

Cassy was still very rich and to others she had gotten over the incident and living a luxurious, happy life. But to Cassy it's all a facade. And the sad thing about facade is that there is always something beyond. Behind Cassy's mask is a past that she is unable to let go and in her mind the accident is fresh as ever. Like a wound that refuses to heal, it stings and burns her, haunting her day and night with the memories of that fateful day.

The only thing that provides her momentarily relief is fighting. Yes she is a street fighter and a damn good one too. Trained under her uncle's supervision, she is an experienced MMA fighter and the champion of the illegal streets of NY. She is Silent Death (S.D), the mysterious fighter whose identity is a secret. In the ring she is the undefeated champion but in her high school she is the awkward, bullied red head who reds more then she breathes.

But behind those glasses and fake stutter is not the undefeated champion but a broken teenager who is desperate to numb her emotional pain. All she needs is someone to be simply there for her. To catch her if she fell. To piece her broken self together. To protect her from herself. Just make her feel that she isn't alone.

When Ace is sent to spy on the headquarters of a rival gang in NY he doesn't expect to get meddled in the life of a certain red haired black eyed fighter who turns out to be the only one who defeated the notorious gang leader in a fight, unfortunately capturing his attention.

Watch as Cassy and Ace's lives get twisted together to form a beautiful disaster. Add in the hassle of protecting identities and the bickering wars between the duo and you get : who knows what?

Danger will lurk in every shadow and enemies on every bend of the road Cassy and Ace are riding. Guns will be fired, Bodies will fly, hearts will be torn open and past would recruit in it's worst form.
