The Showdown: The Thunder God Dragon Vs. Caterpillar (2)

"Shield magic: Absolute barrier!" I instantly cast the tough offensive barrier I have when Zeus finally lost his rationality and wanted me extinct using his skill: [Thunder God Roar].

"Arghh!!" I cried as I put all my strength to my feet to withstand this overwhelming skill and to not be blown away.

And when the skill is finally over. I release my ability: [Absolute Barrier] that is almost broken by that attack of his. I heaved panting.

'Fuck! If I know that I can be killed by only one of his abilities I will not push him to his beyond. But now is not the time for reconciliation, it is what it is. And this damn jackass dragon whose mouth is smoking due to the aftermath effect of his previous ability really wants me dead now. So it is either, be dead or be his killer. Right!'

"You're a tough one, from a vermin. But can you still be on your knees, if I get serious? Because that is only my warning. So choose. Submit or die, vermin." His golden-predatorial eyes became dark as he said those words to me.

And maybe if I am still the old me. That is on his front, I would obediently choose the 'submit option' and become a slave of his just like I used to in my past life after seeing his destructive strength that can really obliterate me. But—that is not the case anymore though, I am not Ash Eastwood anymore. I am Raylight Chronas now. I am much stronger than before and even though I can't compare my present power to this God-like beast in my front. I know in myself that I will no longer choose to submit to anyone. Because now, I am gladly choosing the second option, which is to 'die' in his hand rather than be his lap dog here in this forsaken prison of his.

I plastered a sarcastic grin on my face and fixed my pose, "Submit or die?" I recollect the option he give before I stare at him strongly, "Fuck you. There. That is my answer."

His face grew darker and more dangerous after that strong statement of mine. "Then, die a pitiful insect. I hold my kindness long enough for a low-being like you," his baritone with a full authority voice became cold and deadly. And after that, the whole sailing of the large floor filled with dark blue magic circles.

'Fuck, what now?! What is happening?!'

[Alert! The Thunder God Dragon, Zeus, is trying to cast a large and powerful AOE attack. Suggesting to the host to take an offensive mode. Kai!]

My mind get numb as that warning from the system came, "Fuck! He can cast an ability without chanting?!" I groan as I frustratedly gaze at my enemy whose eyes are glowing blue while directly staring at me.

[Alert! The ability will casted in three-seconds. Suggesting to the host to make his offensive strategy. Kai!]

"Shit, there is no time for me to rattle. I must survive this! And see the world after I killed him!" I yell to myself and go back to my rational self so I can think properly what abilities I have in my sleeve I can use to survive my enemies attack.

And since I trained hard at studying and understanding my abilities on the 45th floor. It doesn't consume me a second to activate all the necessary skills I have.

"Activate buff magic: [berserker]!"

"Activate shield magic: [Absolute barrier]!"

"Activate a unique skill: [Future sight]!"

And when I am done finally casting my abilities for my offensive. It is already the time when Zeus' preparation to attack me on a large scale is done.

I look up at the sailing of the floor as the hundred dark-blue magi circles glow.

"Repent and die, vermin. Take this. Thunder God Dragon Magic: [Ten-Thousands Thunder Strike]!" I didn't have any ample time to look at the jackass, as when he had already activated his ability, it also started to rain in this large floor lightning everywhere.

I also used the other unique skill I have which is: [Gravity Manipulation] so I can jump in the air to dodge the lightning strike that came from the blue-dark magic circles from above. And thanks to my buff magic: [Berserker]. I am haste enough to dodge any single lightning that can be lethal damage if I get hitted. And also, I am using my unique skill: [future sight] to predict if lightning will come in the way that I choose or not to avoid it. I also covered myself by: [absolute barrier] in case of emergency if I get hit.

And it is really hard enough to multitask my abilities and also to dodge the endless lightning strike with a light speed. The next situation became even harder as my system notified something to me again.

"Alert! The system detected that the Thunder God Dragon, Zeus, is casting another ability again. Prepare for a sudden attack. Kai!]

'Fuck! Why can he cast so many at the same time?! Is he even a being?! At this rate, I will not be able to land him even a hit and die pitifully just like what he said. This is frustrating!' I groaned in my mind as I kept my focus on dodging and predicting the upcoming lightning strikes. 

[Alert! The system detected a sudden upcoming attack. Dodge! Kai!]

"Fuck! That fast?!" I groaned again and looked behind me. And my eyes automatically wide open as a large ball of lightning is in my way and ready to eradicate me.

"Die, caterpillar! Thunder God Magic: [Ball Of Death]!" I heard Zeus mockering. Though I didn't let myself focus on him more. I used one of my ability: [Blink]. To dodge the ball of lightning. But as I am so focused on that attack, I didn't even realize the lightning strikes above me. And when I realized it already, it was already too late as three lightning strikes from above instructed me. 

[Alert! The host takes a critical hit. Activating innate ability: [Self Regeneration]. Kai!] 

The pain from getting instructed by lightning lessened and gone in a second when the system activated my self-regeneration. Though, I got down on the ground as my [absolute barrier] got destroyed and my [berserker] buff gone.

And as I tried to recover, my enemy didn't allow that as he cast another destructive and powerful ability in my lowest.

"Thunder God Dragon Magic: [Thunder God Roar]!"

As I see the dark-blue lightning beam that is directly at me. I realize one thing: and that is that Zeus, Thunder God Dragon, is really a God and an opponent that cannot be challenged by just anyone. He has no openings and flaws in battle. He keeps his enemy on edge using his endless casting ability that will make you go insane and take an offensive during all the battle.

And for that, I have no chances of winning. But good thing though, because I can create an opening in every battle.

I lowered my head and smirked. And within a mili-second, the dark-blue lightning beam that is already one-meter away from me. Stop. As I froze the time using one of my trump card.

"Unique skill: [Time Manipulation]."

Now, let's overturn the tide that this jackass is reigning! Time for a comeback!
