1 the system part 1

alex woke up from his bed and sat up, then he started to get ready for school today, as he was learning about how to fight a monster so he decided to wear some protective gear which was provided by the school and cost about 1,000 dollars.

the protective gear was the most expensive item in his house as his family was poor. they were only alive because of how hard his mum was working at work. he then decided to head to school.

when he got there, there was already a line outside of his school as the teachers had to check all of their identities before they could go in so he lined up.

after he got into school he went straight to his classroom as he did not want to be late he then went to sit in his seat and waited five minutes for the teacher.

as the teacher walked in she said to follow her to a arena.

as the group got to the arena they could see multiple metal cages with slimes inside.

the teacher then shouted "today we are going to do a practical lesson about fighting slimes, as a slime is the weakest monster you should not have much trouble against them.

the teacher then got a slime out of the cage and all the students were staring at it, the slime was a bright green with a dark green ball in it.

the teacher then demonstrated that when you hit the core with enough power the slime will die and it will drop a tier 1 core which you get to keep or sell to the school then the students walked to different parts of the arena with a caged slime alex then let the slime out of the cage to fight it.

each of the students was given a knife to kill the slime with so alex drew his knife and tried slashing at the slime but it moved backwards out of his reach and hit him with a arm made out of the slime in its body.

then alex was knocked onto a wall and pretended to be knocked out so the slime approached and when it was in his reach he slashed again and hit the core the slime then melted into the floor and left behind a ball shaped core the core was glowing a dark green colour signifying it was the lowest tier of cores you can get.

alex then stood up and picked up the core. the teacher then came over and asked him if he wanted to sell the core to the school but he refused as he was going to absorb it later.

alex then got up and left as he could leave once he killed the slime.

once he got home his mum was still not home from work as she worked late, he then went into his room and sat cross legged on the floor with the core in front of him, he then focused on absorbing the core into his body.

he then felt a wave of power come over him and his vision started to black out.

he then woke up and looked at the clock and saw he was asleep for 2 hours. (Ding.. welcome to the necromancer system) a blue box popped up in the middle of his vision saying that and he said "am I dreaming or am I dead" he then tried pinching himself and felt the pain and knew instantly he was not dreaming.
