You are mine now

Surprised, Aga Wilson had nothing to say about her favor. He never thought Martina would ask his help to forget someone else named, Blue Dobinson.

His head was filled with what-ifs, fears, and worries of possible consequences. A wise man must choose the best way to save himself in the war. To survive and fulfill his dreams, Aga must be wiser.

Grinning, he embraced Martina tightly as an answer. Aga was blinded by selfish love that he had sacrificed himself for the woman he loved.

One of his dreams had finally come true. The woman he was admiring secretly was finally in his arms. The long wait was over, his heart was on fire and he won't let anyone interfere with their relationship anymore.

Despite everything he feared, he agreed to Martina's heartbreaking favor. She didn't notice that she gave another false hope to him, and in the end, it would only break his heart once again.

"S–say it again, Martina. I don't have any misunderstanding anymore." He whispered as he loosened up his grip on her waist.

He waited for an answer, a confirmation from her before he jumped onto irrational conclusions.

Martina's face suddenly brightened. Her eyes were still wet and weary, but she had managed to smile shortly after what had happened.

"You heard everything, am I right?" She replied as she looked away from his deep gaze.

"I want to forget him, Aga. I know this is too much to ask from you, but you are the only man I trusted all through these years."

Martina didn't hesitate to hold his hands. She was desperate. There was no other way, but to ask help from the man she knew that would help her until the very end.

She suffered too much. She lived in regret her whole life, but at this moment, Martina had bravely decided to live her life to the fullest.

To live with freedom and someone who would never turn his back on her whatever happened in the future.

"A–are you sure about this? There's no turning back, Martina. You will be tied into commitment until you get tired and withdraw from your decisions!" Gasping, Aga caressed his temple out of frustration.

He had never seen Martina this way before. She was a tough, independent woman who would choose to handle things by herself. She didn't need someone's help regardless of the results.

But things had changed. Martina became desperate, only because of Blue Dobinson.

One, last moment, Martina reminisced the memory of him. She had never wanted to forget small details, but the longer it remained in her memory, the more it became outrageous.

The longing she had felt was turning into a monster, a soul-eating monster that would never let her sleep every night.

To step forward once again, Martina had decided to throw away those memories. It was for her sake, and before it crumpled her heart, it must be prevented.

"There's no doubt, I am willing to be your everything! But, help me to forget him, Aga. Help me to get over from the man I shouldn't admire from the very beginning." She said in a deep tone.

Aga Wilson became the happiest man alive in the universe. He could finally touch, talk, and stare at her with no hesitation and fear.

He would no longer watch Martina from distance and it was the best thing he'd been wishing for.

Excitement showed on his face. He quickly bowed his head and knelt in front of Martina.

"I–I'm sorry for having myself as a symbol of love, but–"

"Yes! Yes! You don't have to kneel." She said and helped him to stand.

"T–that means we are now officially in a relationship, am I right, Martina?"

He was desperate to be her boyfriend. It was obvious, the way he looked and spoke with her. Aga Wilson was completely into Martina Green who had become his first girlfriend after twenty–four years of existence.

However, at some point, Martina felt guilty about everything she said. She knew it would only cause troubles and chaos in the future, but she only wanted to get rid of Blue Dobinson.

Not only from her mind, heart, and soul but from her life. She wanted to live again as she had never met him before.

She would bury his name on the ground, until one day when she woke up, she would realize that her decision was right.

"Come with me! Let's go back inside and pretend as nothing happened! We have to keep our relationship private as much as possible. Is that okay with you?" Aga asked her. He wanted to complete the sentence, but he didn't want to hurt her feelings.

In a short period of time, Aga felt how to love and to be seen as a man by someone. Every time he looked into her eyes, there were both happiness and sadness he'd never understand.

He was hoping that in the next life, he would be a creature who could read anyone's mind and feelings. Aga wanted to know a person's thoughts and hidden emotions that an ordinary human being could not.

And to be Martina's only lover.

"Do we have to go back? I... I badly wanted to breathe some fresh air. I've been caught up in the office a lot of work lately." Frustrated, Martina took a deep breath and released the heaviness beneath her chest.

She had been longing for nature's beauty since the last time she witnessed it.

Her face was covered with dullness. The smile on her lips had vanished, but he won't let her be unhappy. While he was breathing, he would do everything, he would sacrifice himself for the sake of love.

At the moment where he needed to choose between career and love, Aga Wilson had chosen the second option. He didn't know there was someone who heard their conversation from a distance.

Someone who had been there for Martina since they were young. But at the end of the day, she was abandoned by her so-called best friend.

She thought it was the sorriest scenery, but she was mistaken. Aga Wilson suddenly grabbed Martina's wrist, pulling her closer and he didn't flinch to kiss her passionately at the back door.

"You are mine now, Martina. I will never let go of your hand even the man you loved came back!"
