He saw how annoyed Christie was and she would keep talking if he didn't end the conversation the way he did.

Immediately Cain stepped into his room, made sure the door was locked before he brought out his phone.

He dailed the unknown number again and this time there was a response.

"Hello," Cain said in his deep, cold voice.

"Mrs Macann is dead" he heard the voice say.
