21 CHAPTER TWENTY ONE: FIND HER!

Christie had to go wash up after Jason left her hotel room. She actually still can't believe that Anna hasn't come here to throw up a trauma as always.

But that is the list of her worries right now because she knew deep down in her heart that Avianna Queen will definitely come for her.

Christie was done getting ready to retire to her bed for the day when she heard a soft knock on her door.

she wondered who it might be this time though.

She went to the door and opened it only to see the one person she didn't wish to face right now standing in front of her with his hands fond against his chest.

"Oh my gosh, brother it's been such a long night for me, can't you just go and come back in the morning and I promise to give you an explanation" Christie said to the young man that was standing at her door staring at her with no emotions on his face.

Christie knew for sure that Cain was angry because she wasn't sticking to the plans.

"What are you doing here T?" he asked in a very calm manner as he found his way into the room leaving her behind.

"Cain I don't believe you of all people will ask me this same stupid question and moreover this is a lifetime opportunity can't you see? The answer of everything I have worked hard for just came to me" Christie tried to explain.

"I told you I would take care of this my way, right? I told you to trust me and wait T" Cain growled, messing up his hair with his hand out of frustration.

"I know brother but your plans were taking such a long time and I was waiting for an eternity, do you know how much it hurts watching Avianna win every single day? Getting in possession with things that are might to be mine and you expect me to do nothing and just trust you and wait? how absurd" Christie blurted.

"I came to give you some piece of advice sister and I think you should take it, go back to country x and keep a low profile and I will take care of this mess you created here because lorenzo Cauley is not someone to mess around with" Cain warned.

"Am not leaving Cain, am done running, am done being a coward, Avianna stole the contract I was supposed to sign with the MSG entertainment and now look at her doing so well for herself in a position that was supposed to be mine and you still think I should leave? No brother I'm staying and you will help me take back what belongs to me" Christie said with finality in her tone.

Cain knew that his sister can be very stubborn but now isn't the right time to prove her right or wrong. Enzo will never spare their life if he ever finds out that he is in any way related to Christie and is keeping it a secret from him.

"Am sorry T but am not involving myself in this mess with you, is dangerous don't you get it?" Cain said as he held both her hands in his trying to make her understand what she was trying to get herself into.

"I don't care anymore Cain, shut the door behind you if you are not in this with me and I hope mom understands this stupid decision of yours"Christie said getting all emotional.

Cain was so confused on what to do.

Was he to leave the only family he has left? Or keep lying and pretending that he was loyal to his boss. Cain found himself trapped in a very difficult situation.

Christie still has that soft spot in her. Maybe she just needs to rest for the night and calm down and he would come back in the morning to talk to her again, Cain thought to himself.

"I'm leaving T, but I will come back in the morning. By then I hope you must have thought it over very well, I know you will make a good decision princess"Cain said, emotionally touching her cheeks to wipe out the tears that were flowing down as he left the room without turning back.

Avianna got to her apartment not minding the stupid securities that was following her around.

She went straight to her room after instructing Stacy on things to do. She went to the bathroom and filled her bathtub ready to take her bath.

Anna entered the bathtub and she felt like most of her stress was carried away she inhaled the nice smell of her shampoo as she closed her eyes to relax more but only to be stuck with the memories of what happened between her and Christie in the past she could still remember how painful it was for her trying to keep up with the two people that literally stabbed her in the back and still pretend to be her friends. The way they laughed and played with her without any signs of guilt or even felt remorseful like nothing happened.

She couldn't bear the pain knowing that she was carrying Jason's child and didn't want her child to be raised by someone like Jason. She needed to come up with an escape plan as soon as possible before her tummy started growing and she couldn't return to her parents that way. She was sure her mother wasn't going to accept her like that.

She thought luck was on her side when she found the email letter sent by MSG entertainment for Christie in the email box.

She didn't think twice to run away with the letter she needed to survive with her child; she saw it as paying Christie back for banging her boyfriend.

Avianna opened her eyes and shakes her head like she was trying to shake off the whole memories. She stepped out of the bathtub went to her closet and wore something more comfortable.

She needs to do something about Christie before it is too late, she can't allow Christie to be a threat to her career.

Never!!

She picked up her phone from the couch and dialed a number.

It didn't take long before the person from the other line picked the call.

"Hello" Avianna heard the male cold voice say.

"Christie is currently in the country, find her!" She said and hung up the call immediately.
