Each family's legacy was tied to one of the four natural Paranormal Abilities: Terrene for Earth Manipulation, Blaze for Fire Manipulation, Zephyr for Wind Manipulation, and Aqua for Water Manipulation.

The commercial district, was were extravagancy stands as a testament to wealth and influence of noble families.

In contrast, the residential district life moved at a different pace, where inhabitants strive for survival in communities that flourish by facing challenges.

[6 years later.....]

In a room that seemed to have almost translucent walls, appearing to be made of some kind of advanced metal that changes colors with the slightest touch.

The center of the room was dominated by a small floating bed. Egon himself laid on the bed.

The room was silent, with the only sounds of Mega his Bot.

Mega's calm, monotone could be heard,

"Good morning, Egon! Good morning, Egon! Good morning Egon! Time to wake up and start your day." The voice was authoritative, yet somehow soothing.

It cut through the silence of the room and instantly woke up Egon from his deep slumber. Egon opened his eyes and squinted in the bright light of the room.

"Shut the fuck up! "Why do you have to call my name numerous times to wake me up?" he said, squeezing his pillow and using it to press his face.

He couldn't fall asleep; he turned left and right but just couldn't.

"I guess you are happy now," he looked at Mega angrily.

"Egon, it's my routine to wake you up early.

I was programmed to never make you slack," Mega emphasized.

"OK! OK! I don't want your silly lectures."

Egon looked tired and disenchanted as he sat up in his bed, rubbing his eyes in an attempt to shake off the boredom he felt.

The room around him was dimly lit, with the early rays of sunlight that filtered through the window just beginning to illuminate the corners.

He heaved a sigh of frustration, his hands gripping the edges of his blankets tightly as he stepped out of his bed,

"Time never ceases to stop running. Just a freaking loop of this boring life. When will the day be interesting?" Egon questioned himself.

Egon got down from his bed to perform his early morning routine—his morning exercise. He often jogs from the residential district to the commercial district every day.

But before he does that, he always finished his home workouts first, such as decline push-ups, sit-ups, and many more.

But the most crucial part was that his Uncle always made him practice martial arts from 7pm to 12 am, he barely had 5 hours to rest.

But it became his normal routine.

Egon opened the door of his room and went down the stairs.

Egon arrived at the lobby. He walked towards the door leading right to the kitchen.

Staring right into the kitchen, he saw his uncle preparing breakfast.

Entering the kitchen he walked towards where the refrigerator was located.

He opened the refrigerator and collected two C-ranking nutrient drinks.

"Good morning, Uncle Rex!" Egon greeted cheerfully, his eyes scanning the dining table with excitement.

As he took in the sight of the delicious meal laid out before him - a bowl of crunchy cornflakes and a freshly baked focaccia bread - his mouth watered in anticipation. "Mmm! This food looks absolutely divine. I can't wait to savor it when I get back," he exclaimed, his stomach grumbling in agreement.

Turning his gaze away from the sumptuous spread, Egon started to search for his cousin Tracy.

"Tracy! Tracy! Where are you?" he called out, his voice echoing in the room.

Tracy, his cousin and the only child of his uncle, was sitting right in front of him at the dining table. She was just 8 years old and was a bright and intelligent girl with a striking resemblance to her beautiful mother. But it was quite unfortunate that her Mom was dead. She died during childbirth.

"Hey, what's your problem? I'm right here in front of you, yet you call my name out like I'm missing," Tracy retorted, a playful smirk on her lips.

Egon chuckled at her response, his eyes sparkling mischievously.

"Oh, sorry, I forgot you're extremely small," he teased, as he used his fingers tickling her hair.

"I'm not small, I'm just petite for my age," Tracy protested, her face scrunched up in a pout.

"Small or short, what's the difference?" Egon said, his fingers now tickling her all over.

Tracy burst into fits of laughter, her body wriggling and squirming under Egon's playful assault. "Egon, stop it!" she gasped, trying to catch her breath.

But Egon only grinned in response, tickling her even more until she was laughing so hard, tears streamed down her face.

"No, I won't stop until you laugh out your eyeballs," he declared, his own laughter filling the room as they continued to playfully tease each other.

"Egon! Stop it." She laughed due to how he tingled.

"No, I won't stop until you laugh out your eyeballs", he answered her, as much as he continued tingling her, but this time, he did it all over the body.

"Daddy, I can't take it anymore. Egon, stop it," Tracy giggled uncontrollably, her body shaking with laughter as Egon tickled her all over.

Uncle Rex, who was busy cooking up a storm in the kitchen, had to intervene. "Enough, Egon! She's going to choke if you continue," he warned, his tone stern yet amused.

Tracy, who was small but mighty, flexed her tiny muscles, showing off her strength. "Ha-ha! You can barely do anything. You're forgetting I'm very strong," she boasted, raising her arms to show off her toned biceps.

Egon couldn't help but laugh at her display. "Ha-ha! No problem. I'm certain that I'm no match for the Almighty Tracy," he praised her, his eyes twinkling with amusement.

"OK, bye, Almighty Tracy," Egon said, waving goodbye as he headed towards the door.

"Bye, Little Egon," Tracy replied, her voice filled with affection.

"You barely even ate anything," he chided, scooping a spoonful of cornflakes into his mouth as Egon made his exit.

Egon's stomach growled with hunger as he made his way towards the exit of his uncle Rex's house. He could already taste the crispy eggs that awaited him, and he couldn't wait to sink his teeth into them.

"Uncle! I'll eat when I get back. I'm already salivating over how crunchy those eggs will be, but I haven't done my exercises," he said, looking back at his uncle.

"Ok, do whatever you live and lest I forget, don't tout the ladies with your so-called cuteness," Uncle Rex added with a chuckle, causing Tracy to burst out laughing with food still in her mouth.

Egon grinned, knowing his uncle was right. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. I hear you loud and clear. I can't guarantee I won't cause any trouble, but it's not my fault I was born cute," he replied playfully, giving Tracy a wink.

Tracy rolled her eyes, still chewing on her food. "Cute my foot," she scoffed, causing them to laugh.

Egon opened his arms wide and gave Tracy a sad expression. "Tracy, I wouldn't argue with you. I know you're more beautiful than I am, but at least give me the honor I deserve," eliciting more laughter

"Okay, bye, Uncle! I'll try my best not to get into trouble that involves you, but I can't make any promises," Egon said, waving goodbye as he headed towards the door.

Uncle Rex shook his head, still chuckling.

"You never learn, Egon. But okay, just be careful out there. You're just as hot-headed as Vladimir," he said absentmindedly, with food in his mouth.

Egon froze in his tracks, his heart racing. The mention of Vladimir sent shivers down his spine, and he felt a wave of unease wash over him. "What did you say, Uncle Rex?" he asked, with an angry tone.

Uncle Rex looked at him with concern. "Nothing, Egon. Just be careful, okay?" he replied, his tone serious.

As soon as Egon's uncle mentioned the name Vladimir, Tracy froze mid-spoonful, her eyes widening with surprise and concern. She knew that Egon despised that name with a fiery passion, but she had never known the reason behind his intense emotions towards it.

"Ok, just do whatever you like," his uncle muttered, realizing that he had crossed a boundary.

Without a word, Egon stormed out of the house, slamming the door behind him with a resounding "BANG." His face was twisted with anger, his fists clenched tightly at his sides. He couldn't believe that his uncle had mentioned that name, knowing how much it affected him.

As he jogged along the residential district towards the commercial area, Egon tried to calm himself down by tuning into his music with his AirPods. However, his anger only seemed to intensify with each pounding step he took.

"I will never be like that man," Egon seethed, his jaw clenched tightly. "He left me all alone, never cared that I existed."

The streets of Saintibul were a sight to behold, with towering buildings that seemed to stretch towards the sky, creating a majestic. This commercial district was vastly different from the residential area he had come from, not in terms of organization, but in the sheer technological superiority that it boasted.

Vladimir, Egon's father, was a name that he had only seen in pictures, never once having had the chance to meet him in real life.

The fact that his father had never made an effort to reach out to him or care about his well-being filled Egon with a deep sense of anger and resentment.

Despite his mother's assurances that Vladimir loved him, Egon couldn't help but feel abandoned and unwanted.

Egon had always felt that his mother's stories were nothing more than a way to fill the void left by her emotional breakdown. He couldn't shake the feeling that she was hiding something from him, something that was yet to be revealed even after her sudden disappearance.

As he jogged along the road, Egon found himself lost in the memories of that fateful day, six years ago. A flashback hit him like a ton of bricks, causing him to shout out in despair.

"Noooooooooo... Mom!" he cried out, staring in horror as her body was covered by beasts. He could only see her hands, dripping with blood, and the sight made him cry bitterly.

Desperate to escape, Egon tried to climb the ladder to the basement, only to find that it was moving down with alarming speed. The door slammed shut behind him, trapping him in the dark and terrifying space.

"Nooo! No! No!" he screamed, his heart pounding with fear and desperation. He tried to climb upward, but it seemed like an endless ladder, leading him nowhere.

But Egon refused to give up. He wiped away his tears and declared, "My mom can't die. No, she can't. I will get out of here and save her." .....
