Pleasure in Stealing

Even though most of "Klein's" memory were lost, Klein still has the knowledge about mysticism. He has the knowledge about Spirit and Astral World as well as most of the mysticism knowledge that belonged to Marauder And Seer Pathway.

He knew that being a dual pathway angel isn't something that is common, specially if it's both a neighboring pathways. However, this still remain as a mystery to him.

As far as he can remember, he was once a student of a university. However, it is unknown what type of university it is and where it's located.

Klein grabbed into the air as he summoned his past self a few minutes ago.

He wants to create a few avatars and marionettes to gather knowledge and as well to "gather characteristic". But Klein knew that he can't make too many marionettes and avatar, this might gather unnecessary attentions from divine beings in this world, as well as cause him to have mental problem.

He have to be careful. With that thought, Klein hides into the fog of history.

Inside an apartment in the capital the country Loen, Backlund.

A woman with a slightly wavy brown hair and light blue eyes was sitting lazily in the bed.

She stared blankly in the ceiling, recalling his conversation with the man a few minutes earlier.

Although she act like she didn't noticed anything, she definitely knew that he wasn't a relative of the owner of the room.

After all, the owner was a woman, not a man.

She was about to confront him but then she sensed using her spiritual perception that the presence that the other party gave is that of a high ranking beyonder.

She— as a sequence 4 of the door pathway is someone who wouldn't rashly moved if she still didn't knew what the sequence of the other party is, as well as his pathway.

Yes, this is definitely the reason. It's not like she's lazy or something.

She sighed deeply as she stood up and grabbed the bag in the desk.

She took out the phone from her bag and open the messaging application. She wanted to contact the high ranking beyonder of Church of Evernight.

Although she was lazy, this didn't mean that she was a bad person.

She was a teacher of a school that is specially made to nurture beyonders.

Klein look into the grayish white fog in front of him, there were some points that were lit up, but only a few of them are.

This is comparable to the knowledge of a human regarding history. Am I the only Seer beyonder to become an angel without even digesting the potion...Klein lampooned inwardly.

This scene in front of him was like a huge fuck you for him. Although this won't affect his summoning of historical projection, this will definitely affect the types of things he can summon.

At the level of an angel, summoning from the Historical Void is no longer limited to items and people. Scenes Klein is familiar with is also included.

This ability is limited to a total of 9 items/people/scenes, with only 3 at Angel-level. In a sense, as long as someone is at the same Sequence as him, Klein can definitely overpowered them.

This is because he is a dual pathway beyonder of Marauder and Seer. Klein knew that if he utilizes his powers to it's fullest, then he'll be an unstoppable force roaming the world.

However, Klein also knew that he shouldn't be cocky or overconfident, something unexpected might happens if he did so.

Of course, as an Angel of Marauder, Klein can naturally see his own fate. So as long as the other party has no means to counter this, Klein is confident in escaping.

And if he couldn't escape, what could the other party do to prevent him from reviving?

"My current goal is to gather knowledge as well as accumulate marionettes and avatars, next I'll expand the accumulated wishes that I have."

Yes, the currently wish that Klein can grant if limited only into destroying building, creating an entire city, suppressing the godhood within an entire area, as well as concealing an area for a limited span of time.

With his thoughts set into the future, Klein left the fog of history.

Klein arrived entered a nearby store without a care in the world. Although most of Klein's memories were still a mystery, this doesn't mean that Klein can't "steal" knowledge from others.

Rather than Klein himself, it was his avatar that did every work. Although the level of his avatar were mostly at sequence 9 and even some of them are not a beyonder, they can still use some of Klein's power, as long as Klein gave them a worm of time and worm of spirit.

After grabbing almost everything he wanted to eat, Klein was about to head into the counter when he realized something

Klein halted his movement as he looked into the ground. He felt as though what he is about to do is nothing special. As though he doesn't understand what morality is.

However, why should he care?

With a single thought, he arrived in front of the exit.

Caught of guard by what Klein did, the guard of the grocery store failed to react for a few seconds.

When he realized what's happening in front of him, it was already too late!

Klein made a run for it!

The guard made a warning shot, but Klein showed no sign of faltering, as he keep on running.

The guard and staff tried to chase him but all of them failed.

Although it was more safer for Klein to just used his avatar, what's the thrill to it?

He doesn't understand some things even if he had the knowledge to it. Why does he want to steal so much if he can just used his influence in fate to become rich and have everything he wanted?

Why does seeing the expression of everyone brings a smile into his face?

Klein never understood them

But after doing this "little" act of stealing, Klein felt that he was in euphoria.

He continues to run, not using any powers from both of his pathway and just using his physical abilities.

The items he stole were long gone yet he didn't even felt a single hint of regret.

He felt that he was in cloudnine. As if he just smoked what humans called as gate-away drugs.

Klein ran until he was satisfied.

Only then did he regained his clarity. And he found out that he just got lost.
