Chapter 55: Welcome To Your Kingdom

As everyone went upstairs, Isaiah went to his room to clean up. He left Emerald floating in his room and went to take a shower. As the hot water hit his face, he thought back at the slight burst of emotion he had felt when he saw his father crying. He had known him for almost a year and the only time he saw him cry was when Tony first found him at Kamar-Taj. He remembered the heaving, the tightness of his chest and throat. He remembered the wet drop of a tear rolling down his chest. But for some reason, he couldn't remember the emotion itself.

*Sigh*

The boy sighed and looked at his hands. Suddenly sparks of familiar orange and gold arced around his fingers. He felt the familiar feeling of the Universal Energy coursing through him which he missed when he was in Michael's world. He did some minor energy manipulation in the shower to quickly refamiliarize himself before turning off the shower.

He went to grab a towel and dried himself. Looking into the mirror of the bathroom, he examined himself. He was now twelve and soon to be thirteen in a few months. If he had to guess, he was around 150 centimeters or five feet in height. He still had his mother's blue eyes and his father's black hair.

'Looks like I'm gonna need to cut them soon. Or maybe I can style it?' Isaiah thought as he saw his hair had almost reached his neck.

Looking at his body, he had a fit figure for his age. Not too thin and not too fat. There was nothing as impressive as six packs abs, but there were some clear muscle outlines all over his body reminding him of a very athletic swimmer or martial artist, which was not so far off since he was a Kamar-Taj sorcerer. His skin had also tanned a little due to the Peruvian sun.

He went to his wardrobe closet and put on a simple white T-shirt and black shorts.

"Hello, Isaiah. Welcome back. How was your trip?" Jarvis's voice was heard in his room.

Isaiah smiled,

"Hey, Jarvis, it was definitely a unique experience. You'll be able to hear it when I tell it to everyone."

"Very well. I have already informed everyone that you have finished showering. They are all waiting for you in the living room."

"Thanks, Jarvis. What time is it though?"

"It is currently 5:47 PM, sir."

"Thanks."

"I should also inform you that all your friends were worried and tried to find you in your absence. I advise you to call them as soon as possible to inform them of your well-being."

Isaiah nodded.

'I wonder how they'll react?' thought Isaiah.

"I'll be sure to do that."

Once Isaiah finished wearing his clothes, he walked out of the large wardrobe closet and saw Emerald floating above his bed.

"Let's go, Emerald. I'm pretty sure we have a lot of explaining to do."

The wand morphed into her compact mode and nodded,

"Sure, but who's that other guy? The one who didn't know what was going on?"

Isaiah left the room and put on his indoor shoes before walking toward where the adults were.

"That's Colonel Rhodes. He's my father's best friend. Although, because of his connections with the military, I didn't want to let him on the secret so soon."

Isaiah shrugged,

"But that's useless now since he's here now. I could always put a geis on him so that he won't reveal any information about me until it's time."

"Military?"

Isaiah nodded,

"Yeah, Dad has many contracts with the military to provide weapons. Colonel Rhodes is also the liaison between Dad and the army since their friends."

Isaiah continued to walk toward the living room and heard the voices. His father and Rhodes were arguing.

"Why didn't you tell me about this, Tony!?"

"Look, I told you last time and I'll tell you again. The situation is much more complicated than you think."

"A child, Tony! You had a godamn child and you didn't see fit to at least tell your best friend for years?"

"Don't you go there, Rhodey!"

"Now now, men. Let's all calm down before we do anything rash."

It was his teacher's voice.

"And who the hell are you? I've never seen you before. Are you one of those mutants?"

"All will be explained in due time, Mr. Rhodes. Besides, it seems like the star of this conversation has finally arrived.

They all turned toward Isaiah who finally arrived in the room along with Emerald floating behind him.

"Shit! He really does look like you." Rhodes said when he properly observed Isaiah.

Isaiah smirked and nodded,

"Hello, Colonel Rhodes. It's nice to finally meet you. My dad has talked a lot about you. My name is Isaiah Sharpe which will soon be Sharpe-Stark and I'm twelve years old." the boy said.

Rhodes was taken aback, this is his first time interacting with a child, and a child of his best friend no less.

"I-huh-yeah. Nice to meet you, Isaiah. Although, this is the first time I'm hearing about you."

Isaiah nodded,

"Yeah, about that. I'm the one who told Dad not to tell you about me."

The military man raised an eyebrow in surprise,

"You did? Why?"

Isaiah turned to his teacher,

"Teacher?"

"Mr. Rhodes, I want you to swear that from now on, nothing, said in this room, leaves this room. I need you to swear with your full name."

The latter looked at the sorcerer Supreme weirdly,

"Huh, why?"

It was then Tony interjected,

"Just do it, Rhodey. You'll understand everything after that. You're probably gonna need a drink too."

The man looked at Tony in surprise before turning to Pepper,

"Potts?"

The woman nodded,

"He's right. You'll understand everything."

The military man nodded before turning to the Ancient One,

"I, James Rhodes, swear that nothing, said in this room today, leaves this room." the man swore.

Fiona nodded and snapped his fingers; sparks could be seen at the snap.

Rhodes quirked an eyebrow,

"Neat trick."

"And you'll be seeing a lot more from now on."

Isaiah turned to his father,

"Dad?"

The man looked at the boy and nodded,

"Alright then. I'll start."

"Wait."

Rhodes stopped him before pointing at Emerald.

"What the hell is that?"

"Oi! I'm Emerald the greatest wand in existence created by Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg to bring an era of Magical Girls and fight evil!"

Rhodes was stunned,

"Huh?"

Tony decided to speak,

"Rhode, I want you to listen very carefully. If you have questions, ask them in the end."

The colonel nodded and Tony began telling their stories while Isaiah went to sit beside his father.

It took almost an hour before the stories ended. In the end, Rhodey was almost on the verge of a breakdown. It didn't help that Isaiah proved all the stories' supernatural aspects.

Rhodes remained silent for a moment before looking up,

"You're right. I do need a drink," he said and poured himself a glass of scotch already placed on the table on downed it in one shot.

"If what you say is true, then why haven't I seen all these monsters?"

"Because you can't see through the Mist," Tony said.

"The Mist?" asked his friend.

Tony nodded,

"Some sort of supernatural veil hiding the Greek Pantheon's world from the mundane."

Isaiah produced a pair of glasses and gave them to the man.

"Here."

"What's this?"

"Anti-Mist glasses. It'll help you see through the Mist."

"I... Huh... Okay."

The room remained silent as everyone watched Rhodes for his reaction,

"You know. It's better if you go home and digest this information. I really understand how you feel since I went through the same thing when they told me." Virginia said.

"Good Idea. Go home and rest Rhodey. We can talk more later." Tony said before turning to Isaiah with a frown,

"For now, I need to have a talk with my son. Pepper would you?"

The woman looked at Isaiah sympathetically before nodding,

"Sure. Let me walk you to the entrance, Colonel." the woman said.

The colonel, still confused and perturbed, slowly nodded.

They both got up before making their way.

"Bye Colonel Rhodes!" Isaiah said.

The man looked back before smiling,

"You can just call me James or Rhodes, kid."

"Okay!"

James then turned to Tony,

"You know this is not finished right? I wanna talk some more about all this."

Tony nodded,

"Yeah. I know."

James smirked,

"Alright then." he turned around and chuckled, "The great Tony Stark has a kid. It would have happened one way or another," he said before walking out of the mansion.

As they saw the man leave, there were only Isaiah, Tony and Fiona left in the room. Both adults looked at the boy with a frown.

"So, who's going to start? You or me?" Tony asked the Sorcerer Supreme.

"Start what?" asked Isaiah.

"Discussion about the stunt you pulled. But first, tell us what happened to your trip that was supposed to take only one week which took almost a whole month and why it took so long."

Isaiah nodded and began his tale.

It took another forty-five minutes to tell his story. At one point, Pepper came back and sat next to Tony and listened to Isaiah. The latter had even shown pictures he had taken there to them. However, when he told them about Hatch, Tony exclaimed.

"WHAT!? YOU KILLED SOMEONE!?"

Isaiah looked at his father in confusion,

"Huh, yeah."

The man sighed and grabbed his head. Pepper looked out of dept as this was too much for her. She was still an ordinary human with no connections to the supernatural except for the fact her boss's son is a sorcerer.

"And what gave you the right to kill him, Isaiah?" Tony asked.

Fiona remained silent.

"He was too dangerous to be left alone. I had a talk with him, and I read his mind. He was planning on destroying that world's humanity and rebuilding it with the one he controls. He was already controlling one country. Since I read his mind, I also know all of his crimes and plans, which is why I killed him."

The boy said with a smile.

To be honest, it was the first time Tony looked at his son's smile and felt shivers. He knew his son was different. He just didn't know how different. Besides, he knew his son was also right. If what Isaiah described this Hatch is true, then he would have a lot of power. He could never go to jail or atone for his crimes since the guy is a sociopath with a severe god complex.

However, he felt conflicted. His son shouldn't be killing people just like that. Listening to his son killing Hatch was just like listening to a child completing his homework. There was no remorse nor guilt. He had heard his story about killing demons, but that was different... right?"

"If I may, Isaiah?" Fiona's voice was heard.

Both males looked at her.

"Usually, I do not condone killing. If you have another way to subdue an enemy. you should always try it. Unless they start using lethal means or are too dangerous to be left alive. This is why I won't scold you for killing this Dr. Hatch. I'm glad you followed my teachings and followed what you felt was wrong or right."

"Bu-" Tony began to say but Fiona raised her hand,

"However, please do not make this a habit. Just like I said, always find a way to subdue the enemy. Because once you start, there is no going back. Do you understand?" Fiona said with extreme seriousness.

Isaiah nodded. This was one of the rare times he saw his teacher like this.

"You had us really worried, Isaiah. We know we let you explore the new world, but I think you shouldn't do that anymore for the time being. If you want to continue doing that, you must first further your research in spatial manipulation. Second, you must ask for my approval for any extra-dimensional experiment. Am I clear?"

Isaiah nodded,

"Yes, Teacher."

The woman then smiled before standing up.

"Come here," she said.

Isaiah stood up and approached her. She then surprised him with a hug.

"You really had us worried, Isaiah. I know you are strong. Incredibly strong, but we will still worry for you, you know. It's our job to worry since I'm your mentor and Mr. Stark is your father."

Isaiah nodded. He felt weird. He kept remembering the spark of feeling he felt when he saw his father cry in the basement. This was one of those rare annoying times he wished for his emotions back just so he could feel what the other people are feeling.

The woman patted his head and let him go,

"Now, I must return. I can't leave Kamar-Taj for too long since I still have much to do. I will see you next time. Okay, Isaiah?"

"Okay."

"And always remember what we discussed today, alright?"

"Hn."

"Good."

A portal opened behind Fiona,

"Goodbye, everyone. And I'm glad you returned safe and sound, Isaiah. Apart from being gone too long, it seems like you've had a fun time."

"Bye Teacher," Isaiah replied.

"See you later, Teach," Tony said.

"Goodbye, Teacher," added Pepper.

The bald woman nodded and stepped through the portal before closing it leaving only Isaiah, Tony, and Pepper in the living room.

Tony looked at Isaiah and the latter did the same.

"I don't know what to say, Isaiah. I really don't. You know this parenting thing is new to me. Jesus, for almost a month I was losing my mind thinking about where you've been."

The man pinched the bridge of his nose,

"At this point, it feels like I'm just repeating myself, but you had us really worried. I know it was a mistake. You and Emerald didn't know how your mana would affect the spell. I told you before Isaiah, always experiment before concluding. This time you were beyond reckless. I'm no expert in magic or the extra-dimensional field of science, but what would have happened if the spell instead of taking you into another Multiverse, simply killed you or something?"

Isaiah remained silent.

"So just like your teacher said, tell us before you do anything dangerous. And I don't care if you are strong or not, you're still a twelve-year-old kid."

The man leaned back on the couch,

"I'm also part of the blame since I encouraged you to explore the other world so I'm sorry about that too."

He took a deep breath,

"Holy shit. I'm not used to this, and I hate it. Reminds me of my dad. Anyways, you're grounded, no extra-dimensional research of experiments for you and no books nor movies for at least two weeks."

He turned to Pepper,

"Is that how it works? Is that enough?"

Pepper gave a wry smile,

"I know a lot of things Tony, but grounding kids is not one of them."

Tony sighed,

"Anyway, go to your room and call your friends. They're worried sick."

"I need a drink," he whispered.

"Sure dad. Can't wait to tell them about my trip." the boy smiled and ran to his room.

Tony and Pepper watched him go to his room,

"Doesn't feel one bit sorry, doesn't he?"

Pepper looked at Tony,

"I don't know, but it's probably not his fault since you said he lost most of his negative emotions."

"Should I get him a therapist?"

"And how are you going to explain it to the therapist his story."

Tony stayed silent,

"But it's not like he's a lost cause."

Tony looked at her,

"Hm? What do you mean?"

"Did you not see? When you hugged him in the basement, he had a tear drop roll down his face."

This time Tony sat up; he didn't know about this!

"What? When? How?"

Pepper smiled,

"It was very brief, but the boy looked apologetic before it disappeared. Even he looked confused by that burst of emotions."

"I should tell this to Fiona. Maybe she can help him regain his emotions."

"She most likely knows, but you can probably ask her."

Tony nodded and they both remained quiet. The tense atmosphere had started to relax and, for the first time in almost a month, Tony let himself relax. This whole time worrying about Isaiah really was not good for him, but he was happy his son was back.

Tony looked at Pepper while the latter looked at him. As they maintained eye contact, the atmosphere between them was starting to change. To be honest, ever since his son returned to his life almost a year ago, Tony Stark vowed to stop seeing other women. He vowed to change himself and be a better role model for his child. A child with literal magic. The father of a magical child. The media was also confused by his change, but they couldn't find what was the cause. Hell, some paparazzi even tried to scout in front of his house, but Happy was there to stop them. Even his board members were confused especially, Obadiah. When the latter asked why he had changed, Tony simply said that he had a new outlook on life and decided to change himself.

However, saying and doing are two different things. And changing oneself is an extremely difficult task, especially if it was a habit that spanned years. But he was getting there. And this woman, Virginia "Pepper" Potts, was there all the way. When she saw him trying to change, she was there to help him. It was only now he realized how much of a jerk he was to her, but the latter didn't quit on him.

Both adults stared at each other. Tony saw her green eyes looking into his own. He saw the cute freckles on her cheeks. It was as if an artist had individually added the freckles which added to her beauty. He saw the serene smile resting on her face.

"Gorgeous."

Pepper's face morphed into one of surprise,

"What?"

"What?"

Pepper sat up,

"You just said something.

It was then Tony realized what he said and flustered,

"I didn't say anything."

"Yes, you did."

Tony stood up and went to the bar,

"I didn't say anything. I'm gonna get me a drink before heading downstairs." the man said before escaping the room.

"Wai-" Pepper was about to say something, but the man was already gone.

She had clearly heard him. Crystal clear. She leaned back on the sofa in a daze,

'Gorgeous. Was that for me?'

She could feel her face heat up a little as a rosy tint made itself known on her cheeks. She couldn't help but giggle a little. Looking at the time, it was already time to go home. As she left the house, the smile on her face remained unchanging.

Meanwhile, Tony kept replaying that particular bit in his mind. He couldn't help but groan at the way he had left Pepper.

'Damn it, Tony! What the hell was that!? You're supposed to be Tony Stark. You are a playboy genius who is able to swoon any lady off her feet and one word makes you flustered. What the hell happened to you?'

He shook his head and went downstairs, to his workshop, to tinker with something as he tried to get rid of that embarrassing moment.

***

"Yeah, let's meet over at your place... Alright... Yeah... I know... I'll explain everything when we meet up... Alright. See you guys in half an hour." Isaiah ended the call.

*Sigh*

True to his words, his friends were quite upset it seems. Therefore, he decided to meet them at Percy's house since he was the only one who didn't know any teleportation. It would be Percy, Bianca, Nico, and Percy's mom since they're the only ones who are the most familiar with his history the most. For his other friends such as Beckendorf, Thalia, Grover, and Annabeth, he just gave them a brief story about a mission with Kamar-Taj.

He went inside his wardrobe closet and changed into dark-blue jeans and a black H&M T-shirt. He then wore a winter coat.

"Emerald, you're coming with me."

"Really?"

"Yeah. I haven't introduced you to my friends. Am I going to meet this Bianca girl?"

Isaiah smirked,

"Yeah. You can judge her for yourself."

"AWESOME!"

The boy then turned to the ceiling,

"Jarvis, can you tell dad that I'm going to Percy's to meet my friends?"

"Certainly. One moment, sir."

A minute later, Jarvis's voice was heard,

"Your father has granted you permission. He wanted to wish you good luck, sir."

"Good luck? Why would I need that?" Isaiah replied confused.

"I don't know, sir. I believe it would be due to you meeting your very upset friends, Isaiah."

Isaiah remained confused, before shrugging.

"Oh well. Come here, Emerald. Hide inside my coat. I don't want you floating outside where everyone can see you."

"Sure!"

The boy went to grab his winter boots at the entrance of the mansion and opened a portal in an empty valley covered in snow close to Percy's house. This alley was one of those where no security cameras are pointing it making it safe to open a portal. It would have been easier to open a portal right into Percy's house, but his teacher had taught him that it was rude to do so. Plus, he wanted to get some fresh air after traveling to the tropical forest of Peru.

Emerald peaked from inside,

"So, this is the Big Apple, huh?"

Isaiah nodded,

"Yup! We still have half an hour before heading to Percy's. Let's just walk around. I can show you some of my favorite places."

"Sure!"

And so, for the next half-hour, Isaiah simply walked around. He went to Times Square where a large number of people walking could be seen. He also got some of his favorite desserts for himself and his friends.

Soon the half-hour was up, and it was time to head to Percy's apartment. He went up to the building and pressed the buzzer.

*Bzzzzzz*

[Who is it?] Sally's voice could be heard.

"Hey, Sally. It's me, Isaiah."

[Isaiah! Come in, Come in!]

*Bzzzzz*

The door unlocked and Isaiah went inside. He walked up the stairs and arrived in front of his friend's apartment door.

As he knocked on the door, it flew open, and the boy saw Percy looking at him with wide eyes and relief.

"Hi-"

Before Isaiah could say anything, he was wrapped in a bear hug by the demigod. Hell, he almost had to use Reinforcement on himself just to survive the hug. Even with all his power, Isaiah still had the body of an ordinary human while Percy had his demi-god strength.

"Thank the gods you're alright man!"

Percy let him go,

"Everyone was freaking out since we didn't know where you went."

Isaiah gave a wry smile,

"Yeah, it's a long story."

Percy nodded,

"Come in. Fair warning though. Bianca is really pissed at you. So, you better be careful."

Isaiah nodded. Percy turned back,

"Everyone! Isaiah's here."

"Isaiah!"

Both boys entered the apartment after Isaiah took off his boots. At that moment, something barreled into the sorcerer's stomach.

"Ouf!"

He looked down and saw Nico with tears streaming down his cheeks.

"Isaiah!"

"Hey, Nico."

He then heard stomping and looked up. He saw Bianca furiously stomping her way to the boy. Nico looked at her and let out an "Uh-Oh" and moved out of the way.

"Hey Bi-OUF!"

Before he could speak, the girl punched his chest.

Hard.

And it hurt.

"Ow!" Isaiah let out in pain

"It better hurt." the girl snarled, "You scared the living shit out of us!"

"Language, young lady," Sally said from behind.

"Sorry Sally." the girl replied not feeling sorry at all.

"Well?" the girl asked, "What do you have to say for yourself?"

"I have... an explanation," Isaiah replied.

The girl looked at him silently before pulling him into a hug.

"What this for?"

"Welcome back, you idiot."

Isaiah felt her shuddering breath as tears also brimmed her eyes.

This girl really confused him. Even his (Intuitive Aptitude) wasn't helping.

"Now Now, everyone. Give Isaiah some space and let's take this to the living room. Isaiah has a lot of explaining to do. By the way, we will be having one more person joining us."

Isaiah perked up as Bianca released him.

"Really? Who?"

Sally smiled and pulled someone from behind the wall. It was Paul,

"My fiancé."

"Fiancé! Paul!?" Isaiah couldn't help but exclaim.

The man nervously chuckled,

"Hey there Isaiah. Good to see you again."

Isaiah pointed at him before pointing at Sally,

"Fiancé?"

Both adults chuckled and showed off their rings,

"Fiancé," they said at the same time.

"Huh, well... Congrats, I think?"

They chuckled some more,

"Thank you, Isaiah. Now let's have a seat. I already baked some of your favorite cookies."

Isaiah turned to Percy,

"So does he know about..."

The older boy nodded,

"Yeah. He knows about the Greek world. I also told him that you were a sorcerer, but that's it."

"So he doesn't know anything about my father?"

Percy shook his head,

"Nothing."

"And you trust him?"

Percy nodded,

"He's nothing like Smelly Gabe. So yeah."

Isaiah nodded. He had heard about Smelly Gabe from Percy. hey made their way to the leaving room.

When everyone sat down, Isaiah took a cookie already placed on the table.

"It's tasty as always, Sally."

"Oh, you. You don't have to tell me every time." the woman replied with a chuckle.

"It's my honest opinion."

He ate the cookie and looked at everyone.

"I know I owe an explanation to everyone. Paul, things are going to get confusing, but I'm sure it will clear up after Sally and Percy tell you about me in detail. Including my family."

"You want Paul to know, Isaiah?" Sally asked.

"Sure, why not."

"Alright."

"But before I begin, I want to introduce you guys to someone. You can come out now."

The coat hung in the closet shook before Emerald shot out of it and flew to the center of the living room.

"Hello everyone! I'm Emerald, the first Kaleidostick in existence!" she exclaimed and transformed into her wand form.

"What the hell is that!?" shouted Paul.

The others expressed surprise, but not as much as the man due to being used to the supernatural.

"Woah." let out Nico. "Is that a wand?"

"That's right, kid! I'm the stick that will bring an era of magical girls."

She then turned to Bianca.

"Ho! Ho! Ho! Who do we have here?"

The wand floated to Bianca and began to fly around her all the while examining her.

"Good. Good. Excellent."

The wand turned to Bianca,

"She's perfect!" the wand shouted.

"Time out! Perfect for what?" Bianca asked.

"Being a Magical girl!"

"Magical girl? Like Sailor Moon?"

"Exactly! c"

"No."

"Eh?"

"No way! I'm not going to fight crimes in some frilly dress!"

"Why not! I can give you cool abilities!"

"Oh yeah? Like what?"

"The ability to wield mana. I heard it's really rare in this world."

"Mana? Like Isaiah?"

"Not like Isaiah since he's unique. Although something very similar."

Now Bianca looked intrigued. She had seen some of Isaiah's stunts and they were impressive."

"What else?"

"How about a high-level magical and physical resistance barrier able to stop almost any magical and physical attack?"

"A barrier that covers my body?

" That's right and much more. And it's only for a low price of a drop of your blood."

"Now you sound like a door-to-door salesman," Isaiah interjected.

"Oi!"

"It's nice and all, but what are the cons?"

Before Emerald could say anything, Isaiah replied.

"You're gonna have to wear a magical girl outfit."

"ISAIAH!"

Bianca looked pensive while the others watched in amusement. Well except for Paul who was still stunned.

"Look, Bianca. Emerald will be of great help for the upcoming war against the Titans. If you accept, you can drastically change the course of the war. That's how powerful that wand is." the boy said.

Percy whistled,

"Damn Isaiah. Where the Hades did you get this wand?"

"An interdimensional vampire prone to mischief gave Emerald to me after finding this world."

"Huh?"

"A story for another time."

Bianca looked up and made her decision,

"Are you sure, Isaiah?"

The latter nodded,

"I'm sure. Besides, I have no intention of becoming a magical girl."

Bianca looked at the boy before looking at Emerald.

"Alright Emerald. I accept."

"Awesome. Just let a drop of blood on me."

Bianca nodded before making a small knife out of the darkness which she poke her thumb with a hiss.

She then swiped the thumb on Emerald and saw the blood disappear. It seems like the contract works even if the person does not possess magic circuits.

'It will probably use the same mystical channel as her divine energy,' Isaiah speculated.

"Yeah! My new master is Bianca di Angelo and I will bring her to new heights as a magical girl! Let's transform!"

"Why don't we do it later, Emerald? I still need to hear Isaiah's story of why he disappeared for so long."

Nico turned to Isaiah,

"That's so cool, Isaiah. Can I have a wand?"

"Sorry, Nico. There was only one and I don't know how to build another one."

"Awe."

"Anyway, here's how my story goes..."

He then told his story in the other world with Emerald interjected from time to time. He didn't tell them about Hatch since he didn't want another reaction like his father.

"I see. You've had quite the adventure."

Percy whistled in amazement.

Bianca however scowled at Emerald,

"So it's your fault."

"What no! It's not just my fault. Isaiah's the one who didn't tell me about his true Ether!"

"You should've already known about it. You're the one who was doing the calculations."

"Ugh!"

"Was there really a guy named Zeus?" Percy asked amused.

Isaiah smiled,

"Yeah and he was able to throw lightning. Although, he shocks himself badly when he touches the water with his skin."

The teenager laughed,

"Hahaha! If he were here, the king of Gods would have fried him for taking his name." the latter said.

It was then Paul interjected,

"So the Multiverse is real?" Paul asks in awe.

Isaiah nodded.

"Yup."

"Amazing."

The group talked some more. They also ate super that Sally made.

Extremely tasty.

And before long, it was already time to go.

"Alright, I'm gonna have to leave guys." the young sorcerer said, "Once again. Congratulations on your engagement."

Sally and Paul smiled. Thr latter had an arm around her waist.

"Thank you, Isaiah. We'll be sure to send the invitations to you and your family whoever they are."

"Oh, you'll be surprised," Sally said.

"Why? Are they good?" the man asked.

Sally shook her head,

"No, but he's rather famous. That's why Isaiah has kept it a secret until now."

"Really? Who is it?"

Isaiah smirked,

"My father is Tony Stark."

"I'm sorry what?"

Everyone burst into laughter at his reaction.

Paul looked around before turning to Isaiah,

"Are you serious?"

Isaiah nodded,

"Well, I'll be damned."

"Yeah. The public doesn't even know Tony has a son yet."

Paul nodded,

"Yes, if you did, the public would be hounding you. But you can't remain hidden forever right?"

"Yeah. We're just finding the right opportunity to announce it. Besides, I like the way everything is right now."

"Good for you."

"We'll also be going guys!" Bianca said, "Chiron told us not to be out too late."

Nico nodded,

"Yeah!"

"And I can't wait to see the camp for the children of the gods!" Emerald said.

"Anyways, we're just glad Isaiah returned safely," Sally said.

It was then Percy grabbed Isaiah's shoulder and dragged him toward a corner.

"Hey man, I have a favor to ask."

"Sure. What can I do for you?"

"Could you maybe spar with me sometimes?"

"Spar?"

"I have seen you fight and you are a very skilled fighter. Due to the upcoming war, I need all the training I can get."

Isaiah nodded,

"Sure. We'll do it this Sunday. Alright?"

"Thanks. And another thing."

"Hm?"

Percy then lowered his voice,

"You know. In the time you were missing. You kinda missed Nico and Bianca's birthday."

Isaiah's eyes opened wide in surprise,

"Really? But they never told me when their birthday was."

Percy gave a wry smile,

"Yeah, I figured. Almost no one knew. Heck, we only knew because Bianca and Nico looked gloomier those days."

"When were their birthdays?"

"Well Bianca's was the 12th of January and Nico's was the 28th."

"Quite the coincidence."

"I know," Percy replied with a chuckle.

"What are you guys talking about over there?" Nico asked.

Both boys turned around,

"I was just asking Isaiah if we could train together from time to time."

"Ooh. Me too! I want to train too!" the youngest said.

"Sure!" Isiah said before turning to Bianca,

"Bianca?"

The girl looked at him,

"I'll join too."

"I'll get back to you guys when I have everything set up. We could do it at my place."

"Your place?" asked Percy, "Is that okay?"

But Isaiah dismissed his concerns,

"It's fine, I already upgrade the mansion's defense so it could withstand my experiments. Although, I do need my own workshop."

"Anyways, I'll be going guys." the young sorcerer said.

"Us too!"

They all bid their farewells and Isaiah, Bianca and Nico left the apartment.

As they walked the streets of New York, Isaiah suddenly spoke,

"I'm sorry I scared you guys. I didn't exactly mean it to happen."

Bianca sighed,

"I know. But it still happened. Please don't be so reckless next time, hm?"

"Yeah! Who's going to play Mythomagic with me if you're not there anymore?" Nico interjected.

Isaiah chuckled. They soon arrived at the same alley where Isaiah had come from.

Before they could leave Isaiah spoke,

"I know I'm late, but happy birthday you guys."

Both children looked at him in surprise,

"How did you- Percy." Bianca was about to ask before figuring it out.

Isaiah nodded,

"Yeah, although I don't know why have you never told me."

The siblings cringed,

"Well, we never actually celebrated our birthdays. It just never came up." Bianca answered.

Isaiah shook his head,

"Well, that won't do. Just like when you helped with my birthday, I'm going to throw one for you."

The siblings quickly shook their heads,

"Nononono! We don't want that!" Nico exclaimed.

"Why not? Are birthdays not to be celebrated?"

"It's not that. We just don't want to make a huge deal out of it." Bianca replied.

Isaiah looked at them both before sighing.

"Alright. But I want to get you presents. And I'm not taking no for an answer!" the boy quickly said before the siblings could protest.

Bianca and Nico looked at each other before sighing too,

"Fine."

Isaiah beamed at the notion of getting them presents.

"Alright! I'll see you guys later."

He turned to emerald who was floating beside them now that no bystanders were looking.

"Take care of Bianca, Emerald."

"No problem, Isaiah! I'll turn her into the best Magical girl ever."

"I'm not going to be a magical girl."

"It's okay. Sooner or later, they all turn. Hehehehe." She let out a weird laugh.

"Anyway, bye guys!"

"Bye Isaiah!" Bianca and Nico said before melting into the shadows.

Isaiah opened a portal back to the mansion. He went inside and saw the time.

7:00 PM.

"Welcome back, Isaiah," Jarvis said.

"Hey, Jarvis. Where's my dad?"

"Sir has fallen asleep in the workshop. Could you perhaps move him to his room? The way he is asleep is not good for him."

"Sure thing."

Isaiah went downstairs and saw his father at a table asleep. He seemed to be drawing something. Looking at it, it looked vaguely humanoid, but he didn't delve into it.

He opened a portal to his fathers too and levitated his father, without waking him up, to his bed. He then tucked him in,

"Good night, Dad," he said before leaving the room.

"Let's read something before heading to bed, I'm kinda tired.

That night, as soon as Isaiah fell asleep, he found himself in a familiar void.

"Again? What will the Root show me this time?"

Isaiah then heard his voice speak,

[I am Nothing]

[Yet I know Everything]

"Oh, this is not the Root. This is my Reality Marble. There has been no reaction since last year. What changed?"

[Falling into the never-ending Void]

[Only to lose Everything]

The void started to shift as colors were introduced.

[I have lost much, but I have gained much more.]

The colors shifted more and more

[For the infinite knowledge, I shall learn]

[For the infinite heroes, I shall seek]

The void had now turned into a kaleidoscope of colors.

[As they are in the timeless records]

'New lines!' Isaiah thought.

[Just as Nothingness is everlasting]

[So shall my kingdom, the kingdom of Mysteries]

And the world flashed before him.

Once he opened his eyes, he found himself on a familiar throne.

"What?"

He looked around and found himself in a large throne room.

"Welcome back, Lad. Long time no see, aye?" Isaiah looked down at the steps and saw a person he hadn't seen in a long time.

"Cú Chulainn!"

The man was standing in front of the steps leading to his elevated throne with his spear resting on the back of his neck.

"What's going on?" asked Isaiah.

"What do ye think, boyo? Look around ye."

And Isaiah did just that. That's when he noticed it, there was no fog. The throne room was much larger than he thought. It was a large room with a height of around 30 meters high and almost 50 meters in length and another 30 meters in width. There was a large red carpet leading his throne to the exit of the room. Three white pillars could be seen on the left and right walls. He could see many empty luxurious chairs for the king's advisors just like the ones seen in movies.

"Woah. This is amazing. Is this my Reality Marble?"

Cú chuckled,

"T'is nothing, lad."

"Where is everybody? The last time, I was here there were those shadows behind the fog talking to me."

At that moment, the large twin doors burst open. Isaiah and the Irish hero turned toward them and saw multiple people entering.

Isaiah saw many different types of people. One was a warrior with red hair and a beard. He was enormous! He wore armor with a large red mantle that flowed behind him. Another was an arrogant-looking man with golden hair and golden armor. Isaiah could feel the arrogance oozing out of him. Another was a woman in a red dress and golden hair skipping her way to him. Finally, the last one was a woman in a blue battle dress with a beautiful sword by her waist. With just a glance, Isaiah could see this was one of the most beautiful swords he had seen.

"So he has finally arrived. What a glorious day!" the red-haired man exclaimed before laughing out loud.

"Silence mongrel. Even if this is not my garden, you are still in my presence." the golden one said with a sneer.

"Umu! He looks so small This is going to be amazing! What a glorious day to showcase my art."

"The woman in the blue battle dress looked at Isaiah with a smile,

"Hello, Isaiah."

"Huh, hello?"

"I see you have finally completed it."

"Are you talking about my Reality Marble?"

"That's right. Which is why we have come to welcome you."

"Welcome me?"

The woman nodded,

"Come and let me show you." the woman said and held out a hand.

Isaiah sat up and walked down the stairs. The others made way for him while the woman led him toward the doors before following the duo. Isaiah opened them and saw a hallway on both sides. However, the woman pointed him in front where there was another set of doors.

Magically, the doors opened leading him to a large balcony.

As soon as he stepped on it, he was in awe. The kingdom spanned even further than the eye could see. There were roads below him leading to different types of lands or bodies of water. He could even see. He could see all sorts of people moving around. Some were fighting, some were fishing, and some were reading. However, there was one thing in common between them. Isaiah could feel it.

They were all extraordinary.

The boy was in awe and speechless.

The red-haired man placed his large hand on his shoulder,

"Welcome to your kingdom, O King of Mysteries."
