~Third POV~
Somewhere within Baste Dungeon Ban, the Fox Sin of Greed managed to leave his cell till he met Jude the last remaining Holy Knight Order of the Weird Fang stopping him.
Jude using his Magical Powers of [Shadow Manipulation] pierced Ban in place coughing out blood using a spear. Jude gloating in his torture asked Ban in an arrogant tone, "Does it hurt? Didn't I tell you? Fox Sin of Greed, Ban, your role to lure the other sins is over. Soon your Captain and comrade shall fall to our mighty order."
Ban undeterred soon asked a question ignoring the pain of having his chest and heart pierced in place, "Do you know why… I got captured by you… 5 years ago?"
Jude grunted at Ban's claims believing in his superiority was due to their own strength and belief, "Hmph. You speak as though you let yourself get caught."
However choosing to ignore Jude's words Ban continued grinning with blood dripping down his face grabbing the spear that pierced him in the process, "Back then… I craved pain. I wanted the kind of suffering that would make me feel truly alive. But I've grown bored… of your pain."
*CRACK*
Grabbing the spear shocked Jude greatly stepped back in terror seeing the wound recover only for the same spear to pierce through his chest effortlessly killing him, "Plus I've learned that the cap'n's alive. With him around, all sorts of things are going to go down again. So, I've got no more reason to smolder in this dank old place. I mean every Holy Knight in the Kingdom will rise up to wage a full-scale war on us? How exciting."
*SPLAT*
*THUD*
Killing Jude effortlessly Ban scratches his head pondering out loud, "Now then… how the heck do I leave this place?"

Meliodas walks behind letting Mash take the lead explaining he got the layout from the Holy Knight Golgius's memory and asks in a neutral tone, "So where'd he say they're being kept?"
Mash nodded his head pointing at the building above them with Hawk by his side and Elizabeth with Diane's, "According to his memory it should be… inside that round building on the right."
Pointing in the direction Melidoas curtly nodded his head as Hawk asked Mash for a life there easily, "Hey Mash think you could magic us there?"
He nodded as he began to focus as Meliodas and Diane eyed him with a curious gaze as Mash announced his spell, "[Murak]."
*Shiii*
Suddenly the group was very light as the effects of gravity lessened with Meliodas chiming in with a neutral tone, "Oh? I feel so light."
Easily making their way to the right side of the building they all landed down seeing a corridor large enough for Diane to squeeze through but commented on the lack of guards, "Huh. It sure is empty in here."
Meliodas shrugged as he groped Elizabeth butt blushing in a neutral tone, "I guess they turned tail and ran after their boss got sent flying."
Hawk walking by Mash's side commented, "Cowards."
Mash merely nodded as his eyes were focused on something else using [Eyes of Mana] seeing the remaining forces of Knights that abandoned the Baste Dungeon…

"We have confirmation that Meliodas and Diane of the Seven Deadly Sins are inside!"
One of the Knights explained as Jericho wearing a new armor after hers got stolen by Ban leaving her in her underwear at the time talked to Golgius who recovered enough in time to witness the events unfolding, "What will our next move be, Golgius-sama?"
*Swf*
Taking out a sphere containing Magic Golgius explains in a curt tone recovering from his wounds in a serious voice, "I should have expected The Seven Deadly Sins… to defeat the entire Weird Fang troupe. But that same strength has provoked their own painful deaths!"
Revealing the sphere containing Magic Jericho recognized in a surprised tone, "That's a Spell Bead."
Reeling back grasping it on his arm Golgius soon launched the Spell Bead to the ground in an attempt to trap The Seven Deadly Sins explaining to Jericho, "Correct. It's a spell to set a trap. An [Eternal Seal] Spell!! A last resort for stopping The Seven Deadly Sins in case they got through. This magical containment barrier is so strong that 10 Tyrant Dragons couldn't break through it."
*Wooosh*
Seeing the Spell Bead being thrown was about to hit the ground but…
*Shiii*
It suddenly stopped in mid-air before it completely vanished from their eyes widening yelling out in shock, "WHAT?!! WHERE IS THE SPELL BEAD?!!!"

Returning to the group Mash smirked using his [Unseen Hand] at a distance grabbing the Spell Bead before it could be used mentally patting himself on the back, 'Heh. I was wondering where this went. This could come in handy. Better to hold on to it for a better use.'
Mash saw the item in his [Sub-Space] as he examined the contents of the spell bead withholding it for an emergency.

Reading the effects Mash made a mental note to have Beatrice examine the spell deciphering it later. Soon his attention returned to the group seeing Diane couldn't proceed further with the corridor entrance becoming human size pouting, "It's too small for me to go any farther."
Before they could go any further the group soon heard steps coming from the entrance to reveal a half-naked Ban with Meliodas muttering surprised, "Oh. Ban!"
Ban noticing the entrance out of the Baste Dungeon greeted Meliodas equally surprised, "Oh. Cap'n."
Elizabeth's eyes widen in surprise seeing another member of the Seven Deadly Sins, "That's Ban! One of the Seven Deadly Sins, right?"
Diane curtly nodded her head confirming Elizabeth's words taking a sit down, "Yup. Better you guys might want to stay behind me."
Hawk and Elizabeth were confused but Mash immediately hid behind. Hawk immediately noticed the tension in the air in a confused tone, "Uh… what's with all the tension? I've got a bad feeling about this…"
Soon enough both Ban and Meliodas started to run towards each other playing patty cake in a happy tone, "BAAAAAN!!/CAP'N!!"
*PAT*
"HUP!"

Seeing the friendly attitude as Mash grabbed Elizabeth to hide behind Hawk commented on their friendliness in a happy tone, "Would you look at that! They're best pals!"
*BOOOOM*
However, in the next few seconds Ban slapped Meliodas so hard that his body was sent hurdling and crashing into multiple walls of the Baste Dungeon, "HUP! Now you, Cap'n!"

*DOOMF*
*BLAAAAAST*
Rising from the debris he crashed into Meliodas and soon returned the favor rocking towards Ban with a headbutt with enough force to send him blasting through multiple walls of the building that no ordinary man would survive.
Elizabeth with wide eyes asked in a very shocked tone witnessing the destruction peeking on the side of Diane's body, "What's going on here?!"
Diane merely replied in a calm tone closing her eyes, "Haaa… just watch."
Rising from the rubble they caused Ban stood back up readying their reunion with an arm-wrestling contest, "Kahkah! Here I was thinking you might've gone soft."
Dusting off the debris on his clothes Meliodas followed suit with a cheeky grin getting into a position of arm wrestling, "You seem well! Ready… GO!!"
*THOOM*
*KRRRRSSSHHH*
With the two beginning to start their arm wrestling with enough force and strength the Baste Dungeon was barely able to hold on as Hawk soon rushed towards the trio in a worried tone, "The floor! The walls! Ack, the ceiling! It's all coming down!!"
Diane ignoring Hawk's words calmly took the situation in stride seeing Ban and Meliodas playing around as if enjoying a fond memory flashback, "These two have always been like this. Men can be such boys. Not to say I don't like seeing the captain like this. And the Captain when he's being serious is adorable too."
*RRRRRRUMBLE*
Clenching his fist trying to force Meliodas to lose bearing a casual happy grin Ban said, "I won 361 out of 720 matches against you, right, Cap'n?"
Meliodas clenching his fist tightly grinned at Ban's claims answering in a cheerful tone, "Are you still half asleep, Ban?"
Mash and Elizabeth both held onto Diane's back with Hawk crying out loud holding onto her hair, "I don't want to be pulverized pork!"
Mash taking the chance to jab at Hawk's misfortune chimed in with a curious tone, "Hmm… pulverized pork chops huh…"
Hawk sent a glare toward Mash yelling angrily at his idea offended, "Don't even think about it bastard!"
*BOOOOM*
The Baste Dungeon was soon crumbling down under the intensity of the arm-wrestling match between Ban and Meliodas bringing it into ruin. The Knights outside with enough fear and common sense straight up ran away knowing they didn't want to be next.

Outside alive from the remains of the Baste Dungeon in ruins letting the people falsely captured out and startled.
Diane returning to reality realized the sky changed into nightfall and pointed out soon asking Mash to make them something to eat getting his attention, "Oh. It's already nightfall. No wonder I'm starting to get hungry! Hey Mash can you cook us something when we return to the Boar Hat."
He curtly nodded dusting the debris and dirt off his body and giving Diane a thumbs up confirming her words, "Got it. I'll be sure to whip something up that isn't from the Bossman. At the very least we're out of this alive right guys?"
Hawk grew a tick mark eye darting towards Ban and Meliodas lying on the rubble remains of the prison with Elizabeth shyly sweating at the boy's actions, "You guys are a complete mess!!"
Ban soon opened his mouth having a grin looking up to Meliodas above him on the rubble wearing a grin plastered on his face, "But I gotta say, you know… I'm happy to see you again, Cap'n."
Meliodas shot him a genuine smile returning the favor. With everything occuring the Townspeople of Dalmary Town soon looked to see who destroyed Baste Dungeon, "Some people are coming this way! Is that… here come men who were resisting the Holy Knights!"
Seeing this chance Mash stretched his body going over to Meliodas and Diane making do with his promise of healing them with his [Healing Magic], "Alright you two! Be amazed at my specialty of [Healing Magic] coming up!"
In an instant Mash began to heal Meliodas and Diane of their wounds eventually returning to the Boar Hat with Ban to not cause any more trouble for the Dalmary Town with their appearance.
