The Monstrous King and his sweet Evil Queen

In the mysterious realm of Kalvon, where shadows whispered tales of Kings and Queens, none were as infamous as King Jetaime. Whispers echoed through the cobblestone corridors and darkened chambers of the palace, painting a macabre portrait of a heartless sovereign scarred by the cruelty of fate. His legs, so the tales spun, were lifeless appendages, and his face, a grotesque canvas of boils. His was a visage that struck terror into the hearts of those who dared imagine it. Yet, destiny took an unforeseen turn on the eve of a grand wedding night. Princess Jaelyn, cursed and hidden away within the confines of Malavon Castle, was the unwilling pawn in a malevolent game of power. Her name, synonymous with evil, and her every step marked by the devil's touch. However, as she stepped into the grand hall to meet her monstrous groom, a man emerged before her, shattering the grotesque image painted by gossip. King Jetaime stood not as the rumored monster, but as a vision of unexpected sweetness, love, and undeniable handsomeness. The discrepancy between the tales and the reality sparked a whispered question in the minds of those who witnessed this surreal union — had she unwittingly married an imposter, or were the rumors nothing more than twisted fragments of a darker imagination? As King Jetaime and Princess Jaelyn embarked on their tumultuous journey, the chessboard of power and revenge unfolded. Locked in a dance of secrets and hidden motives, the two found themselves entangled in a love that defied the expectations set by the world. The King, who had never allowed anyone close, now placed his heart willingly in her hands. Princess Jaelyn, driven by the flames of vengeance, found an unexpected ally in the man she was supposed to despise. Together, they navigated the treacherous waters of courtly politics, facing a power struggle fueled by conspiracies that threatened to tear them apart. In the battle between love and destiny, the question lingered like an ethereal mist — was their connection a mere human maneuver or a divinely fated love? As the story unfolded, the narrative wove a tapestry of twists and turns, challenging the very essence of their existence. Could love truly conquer all things, or were some cases destined to be eternally hopeless? Two empty hearts, two lives devoid of love, collided in a dance of darkness and light. A monster king and an evil queen united to become one, their journey unfurling like a forbidden scroll. The world watched with bated breath as the saga unfolded — a tale of love, betrayal, and the relentless pursuit of a destiny that defied the predetermined life. Cover by Java graphics.

As soon as the light went out Jaelyn started screaming at the top of her voice, Jetaime covers her mouth with his hand. Jetaime remain still for a while when he realized everyone had already left the door he releases Jaelyn's hand and mouth.

"Arhhhhh! You pervert! How dare you touch me?" she yells sitting at the corner of the bed with her hand covering her chest. Jetaime walks close to the door to confirm if no one was there, he then lit the candles then after.

He turns his back and slowly takes off his mask and his royal robe. "Hey! Why are you taking off your clothes huh? Don't you even think about it," Jaelyn warns using her hands as some kind of protective shield that will protect her from Jetaime.

Once he was done he walks back to the bed taking his time, Jaelyn was speechless when she saw his real face for the first time, his face was divine and gracious, and his beautiful blues shines even brighter than the lights in the room Jaelyn thought, staring at him with her mouth wide open.

He has an interesting and rather handsome face compared to the rumors. He was the most handsome man she had ever seen well among the few men she has ever come across.

He is easy on the eyes, she was lost in his eyes for a second or two.

"Stop!"

Jaelyn mumbles shaking her head and blinking her eyes continuously in an attempt to be sure she wasn't seeing things, she rubs her eyes a few times in the process.

"Is your hand still hurting? I just want to have a look," Jetaime said in the most charming and suave voice ever, the nicest he has been to her since she got into the palace.

"Who are you? You are an imposter?" Jaelyn said since it was the only thing she could come up with. "It's just you and me here, there is no one at the door now. Let me have a look at your finger once and you can go to sleep,"

Jetaime said concerned trying to take off Jaelyn's hand that was glued to her chest.

"Stay away!"

she said jumping from the bed and keeping a distance from him, Jetaime was confused. "Okay relax, I'm not going to hurt you. I just want to check your wounds before they get infected, you really bleed out," he said taking small steps closer to her.

Even his steps are magical and divine, is he some kind of god or something? Jaelyn thought trying hard to keep her thoughts focused.

"I will have you to thank for that, you intentionally press on wounded hand now you are concerned?" Jaelyn grumbles taking steps back as he approaches her.

"I shouldn't have listened to Byron, I didn't have a choice. I had to make them believe we were you know," he mumbles yet Jaelyn didn't care, she was still guided against him.

"But wait you weren't scared of me when I was in that ugly face mask but now you are scared of my real face calling me an imposter. wow Princess Oaklyn you're really interesting."

Jetaime hissed going to put his face mask back on. "No it's fine, so it's really you? How much will you pay me to safeguard your secret?"

Jaelyn ask in a sweet voice and a wide smile even when she was blackmailing him.

"What?"

Jateime asked surprised still holding the mask in his hands, as she raises her eyebrow and then look at him lovely with an innocent smile, he couldn't help but feel confused and dumbfounded at the same time.

she is one person who Jetaime is unable to read. "Your secret is safe with me, it must be tiring wearing that all the time. I guess I have to stop believing in rumors. You're the most handsome man I have ever seen," Jaelyn whispered swallowing her last words.

Jetaime heard her but pretended he didn't. "Did you say something, Princess Oaklyn?" Jetaime asked with a smile teasing her.

"Huh! Arhh Lyn. Please call me Lyn and I said nothing," Jaelyn said sharply feeling shy, her ears burning red.

"Okay Lyn, can I see your hand now," Jetaime asked politely, as of now he has managed to close the gap between them.

"My hand is fine don't worry, it's not hurting at all," Jaelyn said stepping backward when she realized he was standing next to her but stumbled.
