Wait For Me

Opening my eyes was something I never thought I'd struggle with. But as soon as I opened them, my mind was in disbelief.

Thousands upon thousands of soldiers wearing black armor were kneeling in front of me. Their eyes glowed a bright orange hue. Upon a closer look, a breath of golden mist escaped their lips. Although they appeared alive, their breaths were empty and lifeless.

A short distance away from the dark army were Large beasts stationed, their posture seemingly unchanged. Each beast I looked at were different, some had large torsos with 2 pairs of arms and while others have their lower body part like a horse with six legs.

Despite the massive army in front of me, what caught my attention the most was a massive black dragon, its size about 1,000 meters high. Its scales were dark and impenetrable, its wings beautiful and ethereal, but its eyes, its eyes were shining brightly like a lone star in the night.

Besides the titan-sized being was a small legion of dragons. Although few, I can feel the absolute pressure they're emitting from here.

I pondered to myself for a moment how terrifying the army in front of me would have been if they were to attack Earth, but as I slowly come to realize who they were kneeling to, a voice rang pleasantly in my ear.

"My love, are you okay?"

As I turned toward the owner of that voice, emotions deep within me, emotions I thought I never had, erupted all at once.

"Lilith…"

I whispered a name that came into my head, and the look of the woman next to me opened her eyes in slight surprise.

"It's been a while since you last called me that fufu~"

Her voice was like silk in my ears, soothing my worries and fears.

"Hey, what's wrong? You seem pale."

"Nyx…"

"Yes?"

Another name came into mind, and my chest couldn't help but ache when I look at her.

In the back of my mind, a feeling of just hugging this woman and forgetting everything in the world came to me.

I looked at her lovingly and gave in to my desire. I walked toward her my pace steady but wary. Her figure was ingrained in my head, her voluptuous body covered simply by a midnight-colored dress, enticing me to caress her curves with no care. Her luscious wavy black hair beautifully cascaded down to her buttocks. Her tantalizing bosom tempted me to fondle them while suckling on her nipples. But, most of all having my rod deeply inside her sacred cave.

She looked at me as if reading my mind, her lips shaped into a smile.

"Fufu~ dear, we're kind of in the middle of something."

Her words instantly cut me from my reverie as I remembered the thousands of soldiers kneeling, beckoning for my command.

"I-I, just want to hold you."

I couldn't help but stutter in front of her. I feel like everything about me can be seen through her.

A cute chuckle came out of her lips leaving me slightly stunned.

"I know, I was just teasing."

feeling slightly embarrassed, I couldn't help but scoop her off her feet.

"Kyaa~"

I lifted her toward my chest, holding her body in a princess carry. Her forehead pressed to the left side of my neck. I looked into her eyes and she looked back, our feelings mutually entwined eternally in that mere moment. Nothing mattered to us, everything disappeared, only we remained in our little world.

Our faces leaned closer, my lips begging for me to kiss hers. But as our lips were about to touch, her finger pressed at the bottom of my lip.

"I'm sorry my love… But I can't."

I looked at her worriedly, my heart begging me to alleviate the situation.

"Nyx… Why, is there something wrong."

Her eyes looked at me, a gaze filled with eons of longing.

"Not now… at least."

"What do you mean?"

"The 'you' now… Is not the 'you' I fell in love with."

Her words nearly made me drop to my knees.

"What do you mean? This feeling, I know I love you."

She cupped my face with both of her hands and placed her forehead on mine.

"I know… But you'll soon understand."

"…"

"But for now… please wait. Wait for me…"

I looked at her face, tears forming in her eyes. Rage, sadness, and fear boiled within me. Seeing tears in her eyes left me nothing but wrath, but melancholy soon came over me.

"I'll… wait. I'll wait."

Her lips formed a warm smile.

She leaned her forehead once more.

"Close your eyes."

I hesitated… I didn't want to see her not in front of me. But, I gave in.

"Thank you…"

"Just be patient… I'll be with you soon."

Those were the last words I heard when I opened my eyes.

Tears began to fall on my face, and a feeling of loss and sadness overwhelmed me. My knees felt weak and my chest felt empty.

I just want to sleep.

"…ke-"

"…Luke."

"…LUKE!"

Waking me up from my stupor was Laura standing in front of me. Her eyes filled with tears. She held my arms before pulling me into her embrace. I unconsciously wrapped my arms around her body, my grip tightening each second.

Laura shook in surprise, not expecting me to hug her, and to my surprise as well. Feeling her head move around my navel made me reminisce about when we were younger. The way she would come to me in fear every time something scared her. I couldn't help but keep her within my embrace. Now instead of her hugging me, the roles have reversed.

Finally losing her breath, Laura began to shake around in my arms.

"Oh, my bad…"

Laura pushed me slightly but instantly pulled me back. Her hands were tightly gripping the hems of my shirt.

"Sorry, I was just surprised."

Seeing her being normal again my mind began to calm down. Like a fire in a storm, she's keeping my head in the light.

I reciprocated her back but not as tightly as before.

"Sorry… I wasn't feeling like myself."

She buried her face on my shirt, so I can feel her lips move up and down my stomach. This somehow turned me on, as I feel blood start to rush down my pants. Luckily Laura didn't seem to notice.

Having to finally recollect myself I finally had a glimpse of where we are. I looked around to realize that there were other people with us. My classmates were all together, but what surprised me, even more, was other people were there too.

I quickly counted the number around us, And I can estimate about 500 people in total including me. I looked more attentively at their features and concluded.

"Everyone here is a college student."

Hearing my voice Laura looked up at me, her face slightly red.

"It seems we weren't the only ones transported here."

Laura let go of my shirt and stepped out, her eyes quickly surveying the people around us.

"They're all also in different ethnicities."

It seems this was a global event. People from China, France, and Africa were grouped up into specific numbers meaning each one are a set of college classes.

I looked at Laura and grabbed her hand alongside a small yelp from her lips.

"Hold my hand… We need to stick together. For now, let's stick with our classmates."

Laura's usual teasing manner and hot headed-ness were nowhere to be seen as she held my hand tightly. We walked toward our classmates in hopes that they'd have an explanation. But looking at their faces, I'd assume they know just as much as I do.

"L-Luke…"

The large glasses girl Yoimiya called out to me.

"Hey, I'm glad you're okay."

"Mm… me too."

I looked at her blushed face and then at the group behind her.

"Luke, do you know what's going on?"

The girl with an indifferent look walked toward me, a slight worry on her face.

"Sorry Eve, I'm not sure either."

Their expressions darkened upon hearing my answer.

"If even Luke doesn't know, then I guess we just have to wait…"

A guy with brown hair voiced out loud. My other classmates heard what he said, and they began to get nervous.

"Everyone, I know you are all worried. But worrying won't get us anywhere. Remember what our professor always said, never keep your head down, no matter the situation."

"So let's gather around and focus up."

I told everyone to recall the lessons our professor told us, we've all known each other for years. We may have our differences, but we all trust each other.

"Yeah, worrying won't get us anywhere."

"Un."

"Hahh, alright."

I nodded my head toward them as we all sat down on the ground. I began to look around us to see where we are, maybe I can deduce our location based on the ecology and fauna.

As I began to observe our surroundings, I can't help but make a weird look on my face.

"Luke, are you okay?"

"…"

I looked at our surroundings more thoroughly. Weird plants and the material in the walls around us, none are from Earth.

"Luke?"

I looked at them seriously.

"We're in a different world."
