——Commentary———

Alex and Haley were seen on the couch

Alex:"I can't believe mom knows now."

Haley:"Relax, if you want her to get used to it then just make out with Will in front of her, oo!, make sure to jump on him and then wrap your legs and then-"

Alex:"Okay you can stop!"

Haley smiled at the camera as Alex only had her mouth wide open

While Alex was thinking about that, Phil was holding a camera as he started to film the bouncy castle.

Phil:"If this tape is found in the future, this is how we humans celebrated birthdays."

Luke:"Hey dad!"

Phil turned around as he heard Luke call his name, only seeing Luke zip lining forward to him

Phil: Yeah, there's my boy. Zipline, extreme-Oof! I'm okay, I'm good, I'm good. Lesson learned don't stand… don't stand there. Let's go and rope this area off. Excellent, thank you!"

Getting knocked down, He gets up as he saw the zip line instructor take Luke off

Phil:"Hey buddy. You having fun?"

Luke:"Yeah! And I love my new belt."

They were interrupted by Claire who had her small station of arts and craft, with no one accompanying her.

Claire:"Hey Luke! Luke, do you wanna make a comb sheath?"

Luke:"A what?"

Claire:"It's a cool leather holder for your comb, and you can decorate it. I've got beads and, and all kinds of stuff. Do you want to?"

Luke:"Nah. I'm gonna do rock wall."

Claire:"Okay honey. It's your day!"

Phil:"Honey, let me know if you get low on supplies; I'll make a quick round back to the 1950s for you-Again?! Seriously! Zipline guys, just… some ropes"

Phil was once again knocked down by a girl riding the zip line as he stood up and walked off. Claire just started to mess around with her supplies as she saw a very familiar car with a black out truck following behind it.

She also saw that in the back of the truck, there was already a present for Luke as it was wrapped with a bow on the top, and it was slightly larger than Alex, well the box was.

Like she knew, Will got out wearing some casual clothes as he slit back his hair while the a person in the truck came out, and carrying down the box from the back

Claire:"Hi Will I was expecting you"

Claire came up with Phil right behind her as he looked at the box and at Will who was smiling

Will:"Hey Claire. I hope you don't mind but I brought Luke his present that I may or may not know he might enjoy."

Claire had a strained smile and was controlling herself but the same could not be said for Phil as he came upfront of the box as he looked around and saw it was perfectly wrapped.

Phil:"What's in here WillZ?"

Will:"Luke's go-cart"

Phil:"Awesome! always wanted-Luke wanted one last Christmas. Thanks"

Phil was chuckling and acting all giddy as he took the men and showed them were to put the present, and Will was about to leave until Claire called out his name

Will:"Yes?"

Claire:"Mind joining me to make a comb sheath"

Will:"With all due respect Claire i um, well, Alex wanted-"

Claire:"I don't remember asking in a questioning manner"

She just smiled, Will chuckled nervously as he followed Claire to the station as he took a seat with Claire putting some supply's in front of him as well pointing to the box.

Claire:"So how's your relationship/chemistry with Alex?"

Claire started to make some small talk as Alex saw this from living room window with a worried face. Unexpectedly she got caught by her mom as she turned around quickly and giving her a small menacing smile as she jerked her head to the table, indicating that Alex better come here.

Alex just took a breath as she came out of the house with a pair of jeans and long sleeve shirt as Will got up to hug her, which was awkward for Alex but not for Will as he didn't know what was going on.

As usual, he complimented her with Alex just blushing while denying it.

While that was happening Manny, Jay and Gloria just arrived. Manny was quick to spot Bianca because of him intending to find her.

Manny:"That's her. Bianca Douglas."

Gloria:"She's so cute."

Manny:"She has good handwriting. She's the complete package. Wish me luck."

Jay smiled while holding his crossbow wrapped up.

Jay:"You don't need luck. You just remember those jokes I told you."

Manny:"We have to stop meeting like this."

Bianca:"What?"

Manny:"We go to school together."

Bianca:"Oh, yeah!"

Manny:"Do you like jokes?"

Bianca:"Sure."

Manny: "Great. Okay, so a grasshopper named Gary walks into a bar- ugh, no! You're not supposed to know his name. Let me try another one. Knock knock."

Bianca:"Who's there?"

Manny:"Interrupting cow."

Bianca:"Interrupting cow who?"

Manny:"Moo. Oh, crap."

Bianca felt awkward, Manny just put his head down as he walked away from the jokes he ruined and knowing he wasn't the funny guy. He went into the bouncy castle as he sat with the other children looking at him weirdly and then leaving.

Gloria seeing how dejected her son was decided to join him as Phil went to watch Luke climb the rock wall.

While all of that was happening, there was an awkward silence between Claire, Alex and Will as he was the only one not knowing what was going on.

Alex:"Mom-"

Claire:"So Will, how's school?"

Will:"It's great so far, good grades, it's basketball season so, I'm already made the team with a game 3 days from now on."

Claire nodded as she saw Alex fidgeting with some beads as Will was almost done.

Claire:"That's good, how's your parents"

Will:"Good, Mom is staying more frequently while my dad is finishing stuff overseas"

Alex and Claire nodded

Claire:"There's no way to sugarcoat this but have you Will, kissed, more…passionately? Is that even the right word?"

Will dropped what he was holding as he looked at Claire weirdly while Alex just smiled awkwardly.

Will:"I wanna say no but…"

Claire:"But I know. Now while I'm not against you dating my daughter because your a good partner it doesn't mean I can just sit still, I know you guys are growing and with that comes curiosity but can we tone it down a bit?"

Will and Alex nodded quickly as Claire smiled and told them they can go with them happily doing it. It was weird knowing Claire only said that

Alex:"Do you think she's gonna give up?"

Will:"Oh please, I bet we're gonna be watched from now"

Will chuckled as he entered the house while holding her hand. Alex only just shook her head.

(AN:All I gotta say is sorry?????? Love is different to each couple and people. ALSO it's not that big a of deal them saying "I love you" because there are instance where a middle school or highschool couple gets married and last, while it is rare it does happen…and that's all I have to say)

Will:"But don't worry it will give her the chance to see how much I love you"

Alex smiled from ear to ear as she looked up and showed those cute dimples.

Alex:"I love you to"

Will:"God those are some cute dimples"

Alex only giggled as she heard a cough in the door way as they saw Claire there with her arms crossed as they backed away but still held hands. Arriving in the animal display part for Luke, they spotted Haley and her boyfriend, Dylan.

Tanya:"Alright, let's all give Luke a big hand for being so brave."

Dylan and Will shook hands as they went back to see Luke with a lizard on his head with multiple children the same age as him standing and sitting around.

Luke:"It feels so weird. What does it eat."

Tanya:"Oh, just little boy brains!"

Alex:"Well, at least Luke's got nothing to worry about."

Will laughed a bit as he coughed and calmed down

Will:"Don't be like that"

Alex only rolled her eyes

Tanya:"So, does anyone wanna pet the iguana?"

Dylan:"Hells yes!Ah, me. I love lizards. What's his name?"

Dylan went to the front of the room as he started to play with a lizard. Meanwhile Will was going to get a cold soda from their fridge but that's when Will was suddenly turned around with Phil who had both of his hands on each of Will shoulders.

Phil:"I thought you told him"

Will:"Uh what?"

Phil:"Why is cam here dressed….like a…clown"

Phil took deep breaths as he looked back over his shoulder and then looked back to Will

Phil:"Did you tell him?"

Will:"Well sort of, I did tell him you guys didn't get a clown"

Phil:"And?"

Will:"That's it believe me, I wouldn't say your fear you trusted me with"

Phil just shook his head and used Will as a human shield once he heard Cam laughing like a clown.

Phil:"We're gonna need to fix this"

Will:"What do you mean by that?"

Phil:"It would be a shame if the clown went home early if you know what I mean"

Will mouth was wide open as he looked at Phil while shaking his head. But he didn't get to argue as Phil dragged him along to the back of the house to escape from seeing Cam.

Once outside Phil started to try and not freak out but he was panicking. Walking back and forth, Phil was thinking as Will just stood still waiting.

Will:"You know it won't be so bad if we-"

Phil:"I am not talking to that thing, now, what do you think about a clown accidentally falling off a rock wall or-Will! Where you going!"

Will:"trying to not become of this!"

Phil:"Come on, I thought we were in this together"

Will went back inside the house, leaving Phill outside as he saw Dylan with a snake around on his shoulders.

Will:"So what did I miss"

Alex:"If someone more prettier than me talked to you and flirted with you, would you flirt back?"

Will:"Well yeah, there's even a possibility I might kiss them"

Will teased but Alex didn't see it that way as she stormed off with the jungle lady warning everyone about a poison scorpion on the lose

Wi:"Oh come on Alex, I was just joking."

Alex:"Well I don't like those kind of jokes"

She kept walking away from Will as he just followed her with a grin which Alex did not like

Will:"Okay okay, I know I shouldn't have said that"

Alex:"Not enough, do you even-mphm…."

She turned around and was gonna give him an earful but what she did not expect was a surprised kiss that totally caught her off guard. Although it was only a kiss on the lips, it lasted for only 5 seconds as she pushed him away while holding onto the stair case rails.

Alex:"What was that for?"

Will:"Me apologizing, I know what I said was stupid and I'm sorry"

Alex:"Still not enough"

She crossed her arms and pouted as Will side hugged her and walked her outside seeing the lively atmosphere.

Will:"I should have not joked like that but it was a way for me to see if you cared"

Alex:"What do you mean? Of course I care, your my…first….love that I found outside the family. A person that understands me and sees the real me which you also like."

Will:"I know, and I'll keep reminding you that I'm sorry and that I only have my eyes for you."

Alex only hummed as they sat on a bench that was placed to watch the kids bouncing in the castle.

(AN:Uhhh I don't wanna say it again but….cringe…I don't know how to write ROMANCE GIVE ME A BREAK plzzzzz and it's especially hard writing romance or whatever it's called for 13 year olds but if they were in highschool or older than it wouldn't be a problem.)

Will:"There are millions and billions of beautiful girls all over the world, I could be chasing but my time will be wasting"

He recited a sentence from a very famous artist song that was kinda hard to forget. He sang that part in a low tone as he didn't want anyone to hear that

Alex:"Aww, you could sing? That was…the best thing anyone said to me, well aside from you always complimenting me and saying some encouraging words…."

Alex felt a warm sensation in her heart as she showed a warm smile. Will did the same thing and brought her closer as her head was rested on his chest and his head head resting on her head, while hugging her from the side.

Claire and Phil looked from the side as they just smiled. They didn't know what happened but it made them see a another side of Alex that she barely shows.

But that didn't last long as Cam started to scream while running away and pushing Claire arts and craft station to the side which made the supply's go all over the concrete.

The kids that were with Cam also ran following him while also screaming when they saw a scorpion not to far from them.

Will and Alex saw an arrow puncturing the side of the bouncy castle as more screams were heard. He grabbed Luke from Jay side as every kid went to their parents while looking at out in front.

The bouncy castle was deflated, the arts and craft supply's were spread out, a scorpion was on the lose. It was a disaster.

Luke just slowly walked as he looked around.

Claire:"Luke, honey, I'm so sorry"

Phil:"It's gonna be alright kiddo, we still have your cake"

Luke:"This…was…Awesome!"

Everyone looked at him surprised as surely getting your birthday party ruined wasn't technically an awesome thing.

Alex:"How is this awesome?"

Luke:"I got to try so many different stuff and sort of how to use my crossbow and there was chaos!"

He smiled as while giggling

Will:"Don't forget, you also have an go-kart!"

Phil:"Swe-"

Luke:"Sweet! Thanks Will"

Will:"No problem Luke, it should be in the garage I believe so?"

Luke:"Oo! I'll go get it!"

Will:"Wait I don't-"

He was to late as Luke slipped on some beads, making him fall on the concrete on top of his arm. Claire and Phil got to him quickly while apologizing to him.

With this new problem, the party had to be canceled early as Claire told everyone can go and not worry about the mess.

The family didn't even wait for the guest to leave as they locked the doors and left in their own cars with Will following along and wondered why that happened.

All though he knew this was modern family universe, he didn't know every single detail or every single episode but he knew some as they were funny and hard to forget like the Hawaii episode.

He made sure to grab Luke before he could walk towards his mom and trip on some beads and he stopped that but it only delayed the inevitable.

After coming to known that, he spent a little bit of hours in the hospital with the Dunphy and the family's as Claire told him he could go but Will only wanted to stay and make sure Luke was okay due to it being partially his fault.

Although everyone said it was not, it kinda was as he knew it was gonna happen but they didn't know that and they didn't need to.

Gloria:"Oh, there he is!"

Luke enters wearing a blue cast with Phil by his side.

Luke:"Wow, everybody's here."

Jay:"Of course we are! How's that busted flipper?"

Luke:"Okay."

Phil:"Sorry about today, buddy. We'll try again next year."

Will:"Sorry Luke, I didn't mean for-"

Luke:"It's okay I forgive you, after all I'm going to be able to drive a go kart, and This was the best birthday ever."

Will gave Luke a fist bump as he did it with his casted arm which everyone chuckled a bit.

Luke:"I got a cast."

Claire:"You like the cast?"

Luke:"I've always wanted one. After a few weeks, they start to smell."

Gloria:"Ew."

Alex:"You are so weird, you know that?"

Manny:"Can I sign it?"

Luke:"Sure."

Alex:"Hey, me first."

Will:"No me."

Taking the pen from Alex, Will signed his name as well as 'a get well'. Alex only scoffed as she put her name a little above Will as she grinned.

Alex:"I'm not mad at you anymore but I hope you do remember, because I will and no more jokes like that got it?"

Will saluted making Alex giggle a bit and nodded as he went in for a hug that Alex did not back out as Manny started to sign the cast

Everyone was happy but Phil started to slowly back away as he saw a clown coming through the small windows on the door

Fizbo:"Fizbo delivery! I brought the cake!"

Phil:"I can't do this… Gotta go out."

He runs out and stumbles over wheelchair turning the corner, Phil was now gone and after a bit of a silence everyone just went back to celebrate Luke birthday.

Claire:"Cake!"

Family:"Yay!"

Gloria:"Blow the candle, blow the candle."

——Commentary———

For Once Will was seen sitting in the middle of the couch in the Dunpy house with Alex by his side, the camera focusing a little bit on Will and Alex, it zoomed out to reveal Claire and Gloria sitting on chairs of each side of Will as they smiled

Will:"I think what I said was meant to be taken as a joke, besides I acknowledge my mistake and apologized to my lovey girlfriend who forgave me right?"

Turning to Alex, she just looks at the camera

Alex:"It's true I do forgive him. Butttt"

She started to say as she got up and went behind Will with Gloria and Claire sitting beside Will now, and each one holding a sharp object

Alex:"It would be best to keep those kind of jokes in the no saying list, right?"

Alex smiled with the others as Will nervously chuckled and shook his head up and down.

Alex:"Oh good, I love it when you get me"

She kissed his cheek and went into the kitchen as Gloria made a gesture of slicing his neck while making a noise.

Claire only just looked at him as she stood up and went away.

Gloria:"We're not crazy. We're just looking out for her okay!"

Will:"Noted, is Alex even Yandere?"

Gloria:"What is this Yanderye you speak of?"

(AN:I totally forgot but umm——it's been 4 month or so since Will met the Dunphys, my math might be wrong due to me making some time skips but since I know episode 1 took on September 30th, and after Luke birthday it's December, i think 4 months is right. the next plot chapter being episode 12(Not in my house)
