This day begins like any other. Waking up to the sound of my alarm going off at 4 am. Reaching over and grabbing my phone I dismiss the alarm and lye in my bed an extra minute or two reminding my self that I have to get up and go to work. Dragging my butt out of bed I wander to the kitchen of my two bedroom apartment, I start the kettle waiting for it to whistle as I go about getting myself ready for the day. After brushing my teeth and fangs, the kettle sings its annoying song as i flip the lid and begin pouring my tea. Pouring the water into my cup adding the half and half and sugar after I let the tea steep. Stirring the cup I sit at my table sipping my caffeine for the day. I turn on my TV and watch as my longtime crush begins her morning news report my member immediately begins twitching as I envision her and I sleeping together, her soft white fur brushing against mine her voluptuous breasts grazing my skin. As her silky voice erupts from the flat-screen, "In today's news there have been reports of more and more cat-folk going missing, from their homes in the night. The police still have zero leads. Is this a repeat of the incident in the early 90s where most of Pemcaster disappeared before the famous heroine Jenabarth tracked down the cultists and annihilated them with her magic and skills. We may never know." She concludes her piece as I finish my 3rd cup if tea and head out the door fully ready for another day as a junior detective of the Pemcaster Magical Police Department, or PMPD for short. Stepping into the street, I inhale and my nostrils are met with the scent of wet concrete and stale air, with my umbrella I walk the 18 blocks to the station, my slate grey tail flicking back and forth behind me just as unhappy with the rain as I am. I hate getting wet unless it's a shower. An uneventful walk later I arrive at the department greeted by the bubbly receptionist Chloe. Her emerald green eyes filled with joy and mischief as her orange and white fur gleams with health. Her bosom is more exposed today than usual. She's wearing her normal charcoal gray suit jacket and knee length skirt black heels and her blouse is grey and very low cut just barely covering her chest causing more friction to press against my constantly erect pole. The doors slide open "Morning Detective." her cheery voice grating into my skull. "Morning Chloe, is the captain in yet. " She shakes her head "No she isn't, not surprising though since what happened last night." She says coyly. My ears perked up. " Wait what happened last night. " My body tensing up as I imagine a thousand different scenarios with the worst possible outcomes. Her and I may not be together anymore since she got promoted but I still care very deeply for her. "Nothing to horrible we just we to the bar had a few drinks and she left with a most handsome black catfolk." A pang of jealousy and anger rushes through me as well as a sense of relief as I make my way to my office, sitting at my desk I fire up the ancient computer as I begin scrolling through the files of the Missing persons. Combing over every inch for the third time this week hoping to find the one clue I missed. Zoning into my work, I jump as the phone on my desk rings.
