1 Chapter 1: JESS

There you go. At least I was able to tell what's on my mind right now as I write down my thoughts. I slowly walked in the hallway smiling trying to convince myself that I'm okay, I have moved on, but deep inside me I know that I'm still in pain. Alright, enough of the drama let's get back to business.

I'm Jellaine Elise Shontelle Soriano, JESS for short. I'm an account specialist in a BPO company for 3 years now. Yup, all your thoughts are right I am one of those night heroes who never sleeps.

"Hi Jess, are you on Lunch?"

"Yeah"

"By the way, how are you and Clyde?"

"Huh? Ehh we're fine. we're civil. I gotta go I might be on over Lunch already"

Actually I still have 30 minutes left before I log back in I just want to talk about Clyde and our relationship cause I haven't move on and the pain is still fresh . It's already 3am, I just went to the wash room to slightly freshen up my sleepy mind. After another 4 hours of eating escalations,here I am preparing to go home. Oh how I miss my bed! I just walked for a couple of minutes before I reached the park where I used to hang out with myself, the park is somehow elevated and it overlooks the whole city which makes it beautiful and relaxing. As I arrived home,I can loudly hear my bed and pillows calling my name. I decided to grab some instant noodles for dinner before going to bed. To some people like who lived in an opposite timezone, instant food is what really keeps us full. Just like the usual, I just grab a Chili Mansi and took a half bath after eating. I checked my phone,it's 9am- The most crucial time to sleep. I laid down on my bed, I still remember him. I still dream of him. I still love him. Well, 2 years of relationship isn't that easy to let go.
