1 Chapter one

Joseph's body spasmed and the various machines hooked up to his body and pumped various fluids in his body in a desperate attempt to keep him alive but Joseph didn't want to live anymore he had had a good life with his children and grandchildren, and he had long ago stopped fighting the ravenous cancer that tore through his very existence.

With his fading hearing, he listened as the heart monitor slowed and finally came to a stop as the blackness took over him

He felt light all of a sudden as his soul detached from his body and began wondering through the thick pulsating darkness

'So this is death" he mused to himself 'I really thought there'd be some form of light"

As if by his will a pinprick of light appeared in the darkness and it slowly grew bigger and bigger until it was the size of his soul

"Not another step!" The ball of light commanded harshly "your soul is not where it belongs, you are not yet welcome here"

"But I have died" he whined "I just want peace"

"You haven't died, you just shed off your human appearance, leave now! Your body awaits"

He ignores her and begins a frantic attempt to reach the end of the darkness

"No!" The light shouts

In an instant the darkness churns and swirls into a vortex and pulls Joseph in

"You don't belong here" the darkness chants

No! he tried to tell them, 'I am your kin please let me go' he pleaded mentally

The number of voices increased drowning out his every thought, it became so tumultuous that his entire frame pounded with pain, as he let put a loose scream

All of a sudden the noise stopped and Joseph felt chilly as he opened his eyes to the dirty alley, he felt groggy and tries to sit as the events of the last few minutes slowly receeded from his mind, one thing remained vivid though he had clearly died a few minutes ago

He managed to get on his feet as the wind blew on his body

"ARRRRRRH!!!!!!!" He let out a shill scream

His eyes bulged out as she stared at the reflective glass, this was a horrible mistake, the naked woman who stared back couldn't possibly or could it

He shakily raised his hands and the woman did the same, this was a blatant joke, all he wanted was to die in peace, this couldn't be right

Far up above, four gods laughed at his predicament, he had spent so long as a man he had forgotten his true form but one thing was for sure, he had come back to his natural form as a woman and he sure as hell was going to stay that way

"I refuse to marry her father" Samael says with finality

"You cannot ascend without a bride and you know it, I'm sick of you waiting for a mate that has not shown herself in a hundred years" his father snapped back

He desperately wanted to say something but the word stuck deep in his throat, his head bowed as his father took his silence as submission

"The wedding will take place on the next gibbous moon" he said "the sooner you acct it for the best, the better it will be for you"

"But father!" He whined

"Enough!, stop cowering behind the notion of a mate and accept the fact that you are bound to marry the

Dark fae princess, be more like your brother"

Father disappears in a flash and he hastily draw out his runes as he begin to prepare for the teleportation

Coming to earth was forbidden but he was desperate, he was not going to marry a woman who was ice cold all the time, if his father couldn't respect he wishes then he'd have to get put before it was too late

"Kanst ersto angun riverria" he chants as his blood and magic seeps to the rune

A ghastly black smoke billows form the rune as it burns to dust, the smoke swirls into a portal

His knees quake as the toll of the magic affects him and just as he nears the portal, his chamber doors are blown apart as his two brothers burst through

"We felt you through the link" Karel spits "this is the most foolish thing you have ever thought of, stop this now and father does not need to know"

He cursed himself mentally for forgetting to close up the triplet bond that they shared, it was to late to turn back now, he had put too much energy In this to be detailed by his two brothers

Sensing the rapid spike in his emotions, Karel makes a quick attempt to close the distance between them but he is faster, in the blink of an eye he jumps through the portal just as Karel grabs the hem of his shirt.

He lands with a thud in a dark alley way and the stench of pollution and decay hits his nose, he hastily tries to close up the portal but he was drained and in a !matter of second he was joined by his two very angry brothers

"You fucking cunt, father will have our heads for coming here!" Adriel says harshly

"Shhh!" Karel and Samael say at the same time shutting Adriel up as the sweetest smell hit their noses

In a realm of no magic and decay, where could such a delectable scent emanate from, Adriel must have gotten a whiff of it too because he began to groan in pure ecstasy

Letting their apt senses take over, they began to trail the scent with Samael in lead, the scent goes sweeter and stronger with each agonizing step they took, their bodies crazed with arousal as each of them broke into a sprint

The scent abruptly rested over a trashed and dirty alley, even over the various smells, the scent still dominated casting it's sweet whiff over the place

These guys could hardly care if they had to step in sewers though, they were way too strong headed to let this go, they ran through the trash and mud until they came to the most beautiful woman they'd ever gazed upon, she stared at their hitting bulges and fear and confusion danced in her eyes

"Mine!" The three of them growled instantly

Not being able to stay on control any longer, they broke into a run, with one thought in their minds

'MATE!'
