['I'll move as fast as I can,'] Lex answered.

He too could feel the changes in his strength and abilities. Before he could only teleport 7 to 9 times in a day before feeling exhausted, now he felt that he could way beyond that and still not feel tired at all. And not only that, Lex could tell with his spirit sense that the limit of how far he could teleport had changed. Just with his spirit sense, Lex was sure that the farthest he could travel through teleportation was over 7 kilometers.

Now that might not seem like much, but one should take into consideration the time it took to teleport. It could be done in a second or less than a second, if it is then done continuously, it would be hard for anyone to catch up to Lex.
