424 Not How It Was Supposed To Go

"Did you enjoy yourself this evening Tuya?" Carter asked to distract and take the silence away. He reached and gently got a hold of her arm. Tuya nearly moaned at the contact. His fingers felt like they caressed her skin. She was feeling sensitive, she wasn't out of her mind, but she sure was not herself.

"I did, I wish you could have come sooner. I would have enjoyed it more if you were there," Tuya said seriously. Carter looked up meeting her hazel gaze. The green was a little brighter in it. Carter felt a good feeling rise up in him hearing her say that.

"To be honest after you left, I regretted telling Janti I would stay here to work." He gave her a half smile having tied off high on her arm. Tuya glanced down seeing him slide in the needle.
