106 Growing Obsession

Dassen had no idea what he was going to do with his sudden complete obsession, and if he thought it was bad before... It was horrible now, he really should have declined that dance she offered, but he couldn't help it. He wanted it, and he wanted it again and more. Just before that phone had gone off, he had the incredible urge to pull her right up against him. Because he wanted to, because it felt like he needed to, and now he was starting to wonder if something had inadvertently happened even more.

He knew what his curse was, and he knew what he'd been told but this felt really intense. No matter where she was, he seemed to watch her. He could smell her, and it drove him insane, even after she left. It just lingered there, and it was so agreeable and soft, that lilac scent.
