Chapter 4. start of his new life

As Xua Yan settled into his new home in the forest, he noticed that he was experiencing some discomfort in his body. He felt an itchiness and a sudden heat rising from within him. He could feel his breath becoming irregular and he knew that he needed to take action quickly to fix these small problems.

He remembered from his past life that meditation was a powerful tool to control the body and the mind. He had learned how to use meditation to control his breathing and to focus his mind from the old man who taught him martial arts. He decided to use this technique to help him deal with the discomfort he was feeling.

Xua Yan sat down in a comfortable position and closed his eyes. He started by taking a deep breath in, and then exhaling slowly. He focused on his breath, trying to make it as smooth and steady as possible. He could feel the itchiness and heat slowly start to dissipate as he continued to meditate. He also felt his breath becoming more orderly and controlled. As he continued to meditate, he could feel his body becoming more relaxed and at ease.

As Xua Yan sat into a meditative state and trained in his martial arts and circulated his internal energy, he noticed that his wounds were starting to heal. He could feel the pain subsiding and his energy levels increasing. He knew that this was a positive sign and that his training was having a positive effect on his body.

He remembered that in his past life, he had learned that the circulation of internal energy could help to heal injuries and improve overall health. He realized that by training in his martial arts and circulating his internal energy, he was not only getting stronger physically, but also healing his body at the same time. As he continued to train, he could feel himself becoming more energetic. He knew that this was a direct result of his training and the circulation of his internal energy.

As Xua Yan continued to train and improve his health, he felt more energetic and ready to explore his surroundings. He knew that it was important to have a good understanding of his environment in order to be able to make a plan in case of any emergency. He remembered from his past life that one of the most important survival skills was to know the terrain and the environment.

Therefore, he started to stealthily scout the surrounding area in the jungle, being careful not to be seen or heard by any wild animals or spirit beasts. He used the skills he had learned in his past life to move quietly and to track animals and other signs of life. He mapped out the area, noting the locations of rivers, streams, and other sources of water. He also marked the location of potential food sources and possible dangers. As he explored, he could feel his senses becoming more attuned to the environment.

After some time as Xua Yan finished his scouting mission, he realized that the sun was starting to set and night was beginning to fall. He knew that he needed to find food before it got too dark. However, it was his bad luck that no wild animals had been caught in his traps. He had set out traps in strategic locations, but it seemed that he had not been successful in catching any animals. He had no other option but to eat grass and sleep with a half-filled stomach. He knew that it wouldn't be enough to sustain him for long, but it would have to do for now. He also knew that he needed to find a proper food source soon, or he would not survive. As he lay down to sleep, he could feel his stomach rumbling with hunger. He knew that it would be a long and difficult journey, but he was lucky enough to get a second chance to live and determined to survive in this world. He knew that he had to be patient and to keep trying, even when things seemed difficult. He fell asleep with this thought, knowing that he had to rise again to face the challenges ahead of him.

After Xua Yan woke up the next day, he felt good about his body condition, despite the hunger he had felt the night before. He took a moment to carefully observe his body and he noticed a sudden increase in strength. He didn't think much about it, as he had faced many strange things by coming to a whole new world so far. He got up and started checking the traps that he had set up the day before to catch wild animals.

To his surprise, he found that 4 out of the 6 traps were broken. He knew that this meant that there were other predators in the area, possibly stronger than the small animals he was trying to catch. He also knew that he needed to be more careful and make sure his traps were more secure, so that he could catch more wild animals in the future. However after searching the remaining 2 traps, he found a rabbit and a pig. This was a relief as it would provide him with enough food to sustain him for a few days. He felt grateful for the food and knew that this would help him to survive and get stronger.

He decided to take advantage of this opportunity and while carrying those trapped animals to his shelter, he also plucked some fruits from the trees. He knew that these fruits were not only a good source of nutrition but also a good source of water. He could feel his stomach rumbling with hunger and thirst. After he returned to his shelter he started preparing for food. He remembered from his past life, that he knew how to skin and prepare the animal for cooking. He skinned and cleaned the rabbit and pig, and set them to cook on the fire pit. He felt a sense of satisfaction as the aroma of the cooking meat filled the air. He knew that this would be a good meal and would give him the energy he needed to survive for some time.

After eating the rabbit and pig that he had caught in the traps, Xua Yan felt more energized and ready to continue his journey. He also realized that he needed to set up more traps near his shelter in order to catch more wild animals.

He remembered from his past life that stealth and patience were key when it came to hunting. He also knew that he had to use his knowledge and experience to come up with a new strategy that would work. He set out to scout the surrounding area again, this time focusing on the areas near his shelter. He looked for signs of animal tracks and other indications of potential food sources.

As he scouted, he also set up more traps in strategic locations. He used branches, leaves, and other natural materials to make the traps, knowing that they would be less noticeable to the animals. He also made sure to camouflage the traps so that they would blend in with the surrounding environment.

As Xua Yan set up more traps near his shelter, he heard a loud roar from deep inside the forest. The roar was so loud and fierce that it startled him and caused him to freeze for a moment. After the roar, the forest became deathly silent. He could feel his heart beating fast as he wondered what could have caused such a loud noise.

He remembered from the memories he received from his new body that this could be the sound of a spirit beast. Spirit beasts were wild animals that, like humans, cultivated their martial arts and had the ability to control their internal energy. He knew that these beasts were powerful and dangerous and if he encountered one then he had no way of surviving.

He had heard stories of spirit beasts that could also take the form of humans and were able to use martial arts. These beasts were known to be extremely powerful, more powerful than most humans, only strong human martial warriors can fight hand to hand with them. Xua Yan realized that this world was more dangerous than he had thought. He knew that he needed to be more careful and to be always prepared to face any challenges. He also knew that he needed to become stronger as soon as possible, if he wanted to survive in this new world. He continued to set up the traps, but he was more alert and cautious, knowing that there could be very powerful creatures out there that could pose a threat to him.

After Xua Yan finished setting up the traps, he waited patiently for something to be caught. He remained alert and cautious, listening for any sounds that might indicate that something had been caught in his traps. After some time, he heard a noise that caught his attention. He immediately knew that something had been caught in one of his traps.

He quickly made his way to the trap, his heart beating fast with excitement. As he approached, he saw that a wild goat had been caught in the trap. He knew that this was a good sign, and that his traps were working as they should. He carefully released the animal from the trap, making sure that the goat didn't pose any threat to him.

He took the wild goat back to his shelter and prepared it for cooking. He skinned and cleaned the goat and set it to cook on the fire pit. After sometime the aroma of the cooking meat filled the air. He knew that this would be a good meal and would give him the energy he needed to continue his martial arts training and help him fix his wounds faster.

After completing his meal, Xua Yan felt a sudden heat rising from his body. He could feel that this heat carried some kind of energy with it. He immediately knew that it was something special, something that he had never felt before. He remembered from his past life that he had heard of a legendary spiritual qi that could be used to train martial arts, and the person who trained with it became extremely powerful.

He knew that many masters from ancient times on earth were said to have had the ability to move mountains and rivers, destroy stars, and walk unhindered throughout the galaxy. In order to gain these kinds of powers, one had to train martial arts to an extreme level. However, many people were not able to feel spiritual qi, which is why they were not able to become extremely powerful.

He quickly realised that this heat he was feeling was spiritual qi and that this was a rare and precious opportunity for him that his new body could feel the spiritual qi because according to new memories he got from his new body he knew that out of thousand people only few can feel it. He immediately started circulating his inner qi and began to practise his martial arts and train his body. As he trained and thought about the heat, he felt a sense of excitement and determination. He knew that this was the key to unlocking his true potential and becoming extremely powerful.

As Xua Yan was training and focusing on circulating the spiritual qi, he started to feel his wounds itching. He knew that this was a sign that his wounds were healing. He remembered from his past life that this was a normal process of healing and that it meant that his body was repairing itself.

His new body was injured and the boy it belonged to was beaten to death by that young master. After Xua Yan woke up in this new body, he had been taking care of his wounds while he was settling in and surviving in the forest. He knew that the spiritual qi he was now cultivating was also helping his wounds to heal faster.
