1 Introduction

Helllooo, everyone! What a glorious.. day or night, or whatever the time is for you. I am Teegan, a young author whom has a dream to write, so why not start with Webnovel!

This story contains Fantasy- and love. Also known as romance, hah. This is my first story so please do not make fun of lack of details. Like how short the story may be. I haven't exactly planned out the story, but it will obviously have a man and a waitress.

Before we start, I want to give a background.

The man, named Harry Jester, is well known throughout the world for his magnificent looks and acting and singing. With his tanning skin and straight, dark red hair, he was every woman's dream husband. Little did everyone know, he was a creature many believed did not exist. He was a demon, but unlike every other love story, he is one who is unable to love and thinks of humans as a grain of sand which he could simply walk on, like at a beach. Also unlike every other love story, I said before he cannot love. He also doesn't age, which will become a very important part in the story afterwards. But as he cannot love, he cannot feel emotions besides the dark emotions; hatred and sadness. Obviously, those feelings will change when he meets a waitress which he believes will be like any other human who he will be able to walk all over on.

The waitress, named Jinny Ballaster, is not famous at all. She is only known for her job at the most expensive restaurant in the bustling city of Chicago, Illinois. But- like Harry, she is not human. Or demon. She is, in fact, the exact opposite of a demon. She's an Angel. Also immortal, she can never die (unless she is killed, which is difficult to do) She can feel almost every feeling in the galaxy, unlike Harry. The only feelings she cannot feel is hatred and sadness. Although being a astonishingly beautiful woman with her silky skin, jet black hair and eyes the color of the moon -and not to mention extremely talented- she chose not to be apart of the big life and settled down alone at a small hillside home.

The reason why both of these people are on Earth, is quite simple. They went against their own laws. The Demon, Harry, might be cold in the eyes and heart, but he has proven himself to be a kind person, although not feeling it. As a demon, he must not be kind to anything or anyone. He slipped up one day. He will explain what happened later on.

But for the angel, she went against a different law. Instead of being rude to other people (she is always supposed to be nice) she felt the feelings of hatred.. and sadness. She will also explain what happened later on.

Note: this story contains 3rd person point of view. The view will often change feelings. What I mean by that, the story will be on both of their sides, like what they are feeling.

Example: She was a good person, but she didn't know what to do.

In this, you will see what she is feeling in her character. Now, for the other example in another person eyes: She looked down, and he could not understand the look on her face.

You see now? Okay. Good. Ugh, this was tiring to write. Finally, into the story. I'm gonna surprise myself with this.
