95 The Unexpected Happened part 2: Chapter 93

As the group of terrorist came back to pick up a member from the back of the training center, they expected that once they returned, they would see the fight between their comrade and the boy who came to intrude be over as easy as it should have been…

But instead, what they came to find was the corpse of a crushed body under the fist of a menacing golem and the boy that was covered in all black.

"W-what happened…?" the voice of the man who carried an artifact, broke in disbelief.

"Hmm…judging by how it looks, he failed and for some reason the entrance is blocked." said the arsonist who quickly readied himself to attack by bringing out his fire element.

"How can he fail!? He was facing off against a student of the school! It is nonsense to suggest that he lost against a child!" said the man who carried the artifact.

"...It is nonsense, but to find a golem in front of us can only suggest that this boy is not normal…" said the Arsonist.

"...Golems…you say that a boy of his age can conjure a Golem!?" the man with the artifact was screaming with a furious tone…not believing for even a second that the boy in front of them was capable of such a feat.

"...Either that the boy is quite a gift to the world or he used a magical item to conjure the golem. There is no other explanation!" said the man with the artifact, as he denied the boy's talents.

The rest of the terrorist group remained silent but shocked as the body of their comrade lay in the floor, surrounded by the fiery flames of the building.

For each second that passed, smoke was continuously gathering inside the building and with only a small number of windows as a ventilation, it was getting harder to breath.

"The smoke is getting thicker and thicker each minute so we should find a way out of this building fast." said the woman who carried two short sword on her back.

"But we should at least deal with the boy first…" said the Arsonist.

"Agreed, he has seen our faces and as such we must kill any witnesses." said the other member of the terrorist group who carried a staff on his hands. This member was the one who they came to get from clerical office of the training center.

"We should end this quick." said the woman.

But as she spoke, the room began to shake yet again and this time, mounts of rocks started popping out of the floor and began blocking each and every exit and ventilation there was in the training center. And as such a choice of skill was made from Hamil, the situation about the smoke was getting dangerous by the second.

His choice to block off any chance of escape made the smoke in the environment adapt to the scene. The smoke made it hard for both Hamil and the Terrorist hard to look at each other.

"...No one is getting out of this alive." said Hamil as he looked to their direction with an unrelenting bloodlust.

"!!" the Arsonist was a bit taken aback by the bloodlust to a point that it made him step a feet back. Despite him being a demon worshipper, he felt fear for a quick second from the boy's threat and that fear only assured the Arsonist that it was probably reasonable enough that their comrade was killed by such a person.

'He was a B-rank hunter…for him to die by the hands of a teenager…' the thought of preparing himself to fight off against a boy made him feel a bit over the top, yet he was certain to not take this situation carelessly like how it must have happened to his comrade.

*Cough* *Cough* *Cough*

Soon the fire and smoke was starting to affect the terrorist and Hamil. Hamil could hardly breath well with the smoke yet his persistence for taking down the terrorist made it possible for him to stand his ground.

The first to move ahead was the arsonist as he didn't want to make this situation last any longer and along with him followed the woman who carried two short swords.

The two went and charged at Hamil with the intent to kill him, thinking that it would probably take less than a minute to take him down. The Arsonist went and created a wave of fire from his palm down to Hamil but Hamil used his skill to create a sturdy shield upfront to block off the fire.

'Shield's Copy!'

As the fire struck Hamil's shield, the shield was able to protect Hamil but that didn't stop the woman from attacking down below the shield.

*Grin* the woman was seen with a grin as she approached Hamil from a lower angle, expecting that she would reach him with her sword. Yet to her surprise, her face was only meet with a kick from Hamil's feet.

"!!"

The force of his kick was so strong that it buried her face straight down to the floor. In doing so, Hamil locked her down with his feet.

"!!" The Arsonist was shocked by this, as a second ago, he clearly saw that Hamil was looking at him eye to eye while he was forcing his flames as a distraction. He thought that his comrade would be able to take down the boy in one quick attack yet to his surprise, the boy was able to take down the woman without her sword being able to reach him.

"...Predictable bastards." said Hamil as he stared down at the woman with a cold gaze.

For days, he has fought against a demon that had a similar nature as these group of terrorist, it would only be common sense that Hamil would be able to pick up on the choices of moves that these people with act out on. Funny enough, these moves were similar to almost any battle that he would come across. Some were arrogant in their choices, some were careful and some were straightforward…in the end, all of these battles will come to a point of who was more experienced. And hamil had that experience…

"..." The second he caught the woman with his foot, he proceeded to increase his power mainly at his foot using his five circle mana capacity and increased his leg strength to that of a A-rank hunter. By this choice, he then went and crushed the head of the woman who carelessly took him head on without hesitation.

*Thud!*

And with that, the terrorist were left with only three members.

When Hamil looked to their direction, he was meet with the same straight expression as they would have. They weren't surprised by his action to quickly put down one of their members yet they were a bit shocked to find such a cold killer just like them in this school.

"Hehehehe…this is quite a predicament." said the man who carried a weird artifact on his hand.

"I am a bit awed to see that such a gifted person is in such a blasphamous school…would you like to come with us?" said the man who carried a staff on hand as he invited the boy to their cult.

"Once you join us, all will be forgiven in your acts that you have done." He added.

"This isn't the time for that Lou, we have to kill him." said the Arsonist as he suddenly stops on his attacks to the boy and backed a few step away from the boy.

"Fine, we've already wasted enough time as it is, so we'll make this quick." said the man who carried an artifact. As such, he began use a bit of magic to cast a spell.

The Arsonist followed by pulling out one of is strongest and sharpest skill in his arsenal. The man with the stuff on the other hand, buffed the two with his skill to increase the damage for the attack.

Judging from Hamil's outlook, all that remained in the group were magic based users. An Arsonist, a person who carries an Artifact and a person who carries a magic staff. Hamil thought that with their choice to attack from a distance, it could only mean that they weren't confident with their physical prowess. So they planned to take him down with magic instead. They were about to attack to what seemed to be a dangerous skill, so Hamil had to counter it before they could proceed.

"...Golem."

The Golem responded by walking forward ahead of Hamil and acted as a shield for him. Despite its slow movement, it made up for its strong offense and great defense. But the Terrorist knew of their capabilities…they were sure to blast a hole out of the Golem's chest and straight to Hamil.

"Come, O Great Demon of the Wind; Tarnish My Path and all Nature of Living; Blow your Breath Down to these Mortals." as the man with the artifact spoke his chant, the artifact in his hand began to react in a glowing green neon color.

A great ball of wind began to form above him and judging by the force it was bringing in its circulation, it was probably strong enough to even wipeout the whole building.

Having seen this move be created, Hamil knew of this person…the person who was casting the spell. He knew of him to be one of the many villains that will fight Arthur…or he should have been the one to fight Arthur in the coming terrorist attack. With his nature as a Wind elemental, it could have been one of those encounters in the novel where Arthur had to push through his own power against one enemy of a similar nature as him. In the novel, Arthur was able to beat this man in front of him, proving his strength during his time when he trained with the elemental wind King inside the Hero's Gate.

But now, this man won't have the chance to even meet Arthur…and Hamil will make sure of it.

It may be a small change in interaction where Arthur can't have a small growth of power, but the situation has changed too much for Hamil to even comprehend what was happening today in school.

"Hell Fire!" the Arsonist on the other hand, only chanted a quick spell that had an intense fire power that could probably rival that of the fires of hell. And with the additional support of buff from their comrade, their firepower has increased three times and usual.

As they fired their attack to Hamil, the Golem reacted as quick as it could to block off the two attacks. The first to strike was the ball of wind and came next was the Hell fire. At the moment the two struck the golem, they expected for the golem to crumble as easy as paper would but to their surprise, the Golem was able to hold on against their strike.

"I-impossible!" shouted the man who carried the artifact.

he could see it as clear as day.

The Golem was able to grab hold of the two attacks with its giant fist like they were simply a ball of magic.

But despite this ease of form, to Hamil, he could clearly see that the Golem was getting pushed back from those attacks.

He remembered well to what this golem was to him…to what it was made of.

Back when he was still inside Gordeseus Domain and when he still had a small amount of mana capacity, he tried practicing all manners of creation using genesis. From potions to armor and even weapons, he could create them all.

"Hmm, from the looks of it, it seems as though you are getting used to this." said Dubbfrey as he sat upon the piles of armor and weapon on site.

" My body is adapting to the memory of using genesis…but with how limited my mana is, I can't go further beyond from making any useful items." said Hamil as he sat with a complex expression.

"If you want to have a useful item in use even with your current mana capacity, why not create a golem instead." suggested Dubbfrey.

"...A Golem?" asked Hamil.

"Yes, with your compatibility to the earth element, I think it's possible to create a golem." said Dubbfrey.

"I thought Golems were hard to create?" Asked Hamil, knowing that to even make a golem, one had to be quite knowledgeable in the arts of using the earth elemental.

"Hmm, that may be true to most mortals, but you aren't a simple mortal yourself…you are a King." said Dubbfrey.

"...Then, can you teach me?" asked Hamil.

"It would be my pleasure." said Dubbfrey as he bowed to Hamil.

{If you plan to create a Golem, one must know the characteristics for its creation. Are you simply going to create the Golem from simple rocks?} asked Gord as he watched the training that Hamil had to do inside his Domain.

"My lord is right, all matters of Golems that could be created are based off of what you plan to make of it. Earth Golems are the basics of creating a Golem, but there are also a different variations of Golems that one could create depending on what material you use." said Dubbfrey.

He began to show Hamil all types of variations of Golems there were for him to create.

From a simple earth golem, a fiery golem that was a mixture of fire and earth, an ice Golem, a tree golem to even a flying golem, all matters of golem could be created and they could be created in all shapes and sizes. There could be a tanky golem which was the basic form of a golem, a mid Golem to even a slim and Agile golem. The form of a golem depends on how skilled and strong willed a person was in creating one.

With Hamil's strong will, Dubbfrey was sure that Hamil could create a golem in just a day of continuously training even though if it was just a basic weak golem.

The first process to creating a golem was its form. And because of Hamil's idea towards what Golem looked like, he had no issues bending the earth into the shape of a giant man-shaped rock.

The next process was to create a core for the golem. Having a core for the golem is what makes the golem move in the first place, so to create a core, Hamil had to study the very process of making a core. He had to look into the samples that were given by Dubbfrey as a reference…

And by the eighteenth hour, Hamil had successfully created his first core with the help of using genesis for materials and his mana. He created the very basics of what a Golem core was capable of, and those capabilities were as basic as simple orders like move, protect, attack amd a lot of others.

The last process of creating a golem was to ensure the placement of the core down to the golem. To make sure that the placement was successful, Hamil had to follow every instruction that came from Dubbfrey's experience in making golems. It was similar to how Dr. Frankenstien was creating his monster by applying electricity in a stormy night, Hamil had to apply all of his mana down to the core. The absorption rate for the core was intense that it felt like Hamil was being consumed by the core itself. But luckily, after the core was fully fueled up, Hamil had successfully created a golem.

"...So this is my first golem?" said Hamil as he stared at the golem with a smile on his face.

The golem reacted back and turned to Hamil with an infant-like reaction by tilting its head in confusion.

"The Golem is now aware of your existence and its link to you…with your mana as its link and fuel, he will follow every order you make." said Dubbfrey.

"...So if I think 'walk'…" as Hamil said this, the golem reacted by taking a step forward.

"...Ohh~" excited by this, Hamil had shown his inner childish reaction towards the golem.

"Well, this is just the basics of creating the golem, so with a more structured and complex core, you can possibly create more advanced and powerful golem than this thing."

"Still…its amazing that I made this." said Hamil.

"All with my help of course." said Dubbfrey with a egotistic smug on his face.

"...you said that golems can be made differently depending on what material they're made of, does that mean I can improve this golem?" asked Hamil.

"Yes you can." said Dubbfrey.

"So…I can have this golem be made into a metal golem if I wanted to?"

"Yes."

{Congratulations boy for making your first elemental creation…as a gift, I shall grant you one of my shell scales.} as Gord said this, a shell piece from his back suddenly comes off and levitates down to Hamil.

"Eh! Are you sure abut this?" asked Hamil.

{As it is your first creation, I would like it to be a memorable part of your journey…so please, use a part of myself into your golem.} said Gord.

"My Lord, are you sure about this?" asked Dubbfrey in a rather worried tone.

{I am…do not worry, a small piece of me is not enough to make me weak by the day.} said Gord.

So when Hamil received Gord's shell, he planned to merge the item to the Golem just like what Gord wanted him to do.

When he applied the shell to the golem, he could feel it be more resilient to magic…as not only was it the hardest material that Hamil had, but it also had to properties to fight off magic.

So with that, Hamil had created a golem that was impervious to magic and all forms of physical attacks.

***

'Impossible! How is the golem able to fend off against two of our strong attacks…' the man with the artifact argued.

Not before long, the golem simply held on to the magic attacks and crushed it with its bare hands.

*Boom!*

The magic attacks exploded yet no damage was made to the golem.

And during that time of confusion between the terrorist, Hamil came from above the golem to strike them down with his attack.

Having gripped his spear, he aimed accurately down at the terrorist one by one. With the two having been aimed straight at their head for the kill and the other who is only aimed at a non-vital part.

Hamil threw first his spear to take down the Arsonist.

~Woosh~

The hit was on target and it struck the arsonist down in a quick second, without having to make any sort of wild reaction…only a cold gaze of disbelief remained at its corpse.

Seeing this happen so quickly, the man with the artifact tried to defend himself and his last remaining comrade with a barrier, but to their shock, Hamil brought out a mana sword out of nowhere and struck down the barrier.

*Basic Downward Strike*

His sword clashed with the barrier and as quick as it was, he was able to break it with ease.

Having opened a striking path down to the two terrorist, he quickly thrusted his sword to the man who carried the artifact.

*Thud!*

The mana sword went through the man, killing him instantly while the other last terrorist remained fearful for what was to come.

"N-no!" he screamed for a plea, and in response, Hamil went and approach the man with a cold gaze.

"I have a few questions for you…" said Hamil.

"W-what is it? I'll answer anything, so please let me go."

"...Why are you doing this?"

"...t-to feed our king…and to grow our army.." said the man in a shaking tone.

'hmm, it's the same reason as what was written in the book…but why did they act so early on it?' thought Hamil.

"Who gave the order?"

"...The great father."

'As I thought…so all of the changes was because of him…but why?'

"What do you plan to do?

"...Steal the gifted and feed our king."

"By gifted, do you mean the students?"

"Y-yes!"

"Why did you attack now!?" asked Hamil in a more intense and voilent manner.

"EEkk!!! uh- the Great father told us to!"

"Why!!"

"I-I don't know!"

"How do you even plan to steal the students?"

"...I…I don't-"

Before he could finish his sentence, a loud thud started banging down from the entrance that was being blocked by a boulder wall.

*Boom!*

Before long, the wall was broken and in came President Ethea and her assistant Jo who was carrying secretary sherry.

Before they could even notice what was happening, Hamil quickly used his skill to make his golem disappear from their sights using 'Lights reflection.'

"Is anyone here!" President Ethea tried to call out inside the building, but because the smoke was so thick, they could barely see anyone inside.

Jo tried to take out as much fire as he could using his water element, and soon after, they saw a person walking out of the building.

It was Hamil.

""!!"" they were shocked to find him pulling out one other person out of the building.

"..." Hamil could only stare as they stood to find him covered in burned injuries.

"What happened?" asked Ethea in a concerned tone.

"...The building was attacked by terrorist." said Hamil straightforwardly.

"How do you know that?" asked Jo.

"It's because of this person right here…" he said as he throws the terrorist right down to the floor.

As they stood and stared at the man, the man could only look to Hamil with a furious gaze.
