72 Getting Things Right

Luckily, as said before, Connor had prepared all the arrangements for the date. 

He arrived at the spot he and Lily were supposed to meet. They met at the palace's lobby, where a limo was already waiting for their arrival to go to their destination. 

"Connor! Hi! You look lovely," Lily praised as she looked Connor up and down. 

She had changed once again into more suitable clothing, now wearing a pink floral dress that reached her knees, matching the dress with pastel pink toe pumps and some silver dangling earrings Emma had given her during her time at ZALE. 

Connor had to stop himself from drooling, or possibly staring at her for a couple minutes or so. 

It was lucky he made it to the vehicle without fainting, tripping or falling over. 

Once the two were seated, Lily turned to Connor, seemingly in a good mood. 

"So, where to?" She asked.
