Emma's jaw almost dropped to the floor at the news. 

This was the best news she had heard all day. Of course, she hadn't heard anything but bad news the whole day, excluding this news, so it wasn't much of a shock.

"Tell me EVERYTHING," Emma said excitedly, trying not to seem too eager.

Lily smiled once she saw how happy her best friend was about this. 

She had no choice but to continue and explain. 

"Well, at first, I was a mess. I kept on joking and trying to make the situation more humorous," Lily explained. 

"Then afterwards, I realized that I wasn't the only one that was nervous, it was just that me and Connor displayed our nervousness in two completely different ways," Lily continued explaining. 

Emma tilted her head to the side.

"How did you find out? Knowing you, you'd be too nervous to notice," Emma remarked jokingly.

Lily narrowed her eyes as she looked at her best friend questioningly.
