Tojiro nodded at his own reasoning as he started walked upstairs going towards his mom's room, the reason that he is going to his mother's room in the first place is in order to check if she is asleep and if she is than all her thoughts of what has just happened will sum up to it being a dream and he'll avoid the trouble of her calling the cops or something thinking that her son is possessed or something similar which isn't out the realm of possibility to be honest.

As this is the world of dragon ball! Dinosaurs exist in this version of earth, So as he checked on his mother's room he found out that she is soundly asleep just as he needed as he started to move out from the house into the open city.

Tojiro started walking around this city and found that the central city looked so beautiful and overall better than his time back in his old city,and this gave Tojiro great joy because of this,as he walked around the sidewalk as some passersby looked at him with confused and surprised looks well of course they will be confused or even shocked as they're basically seeing an newborn infant walking around the road some even taken pictures while Tojiro ignored them as more important things is required in order for him to learn how to fly he must find the crane school and make Master Shen teach him the sky dance art.

Though why can't Tojiro do the same process as Videl and Goten back in the Buu Saga when Gohan taught her how to fly, well there is a key problem of him trying to do this, he doesn't know how to release his inner ki.

Tojiro did try to release his inner ki before going out into the street but when he tried to sense his inner ki he felt nothing in his body. Though the M.P System immediately explain this before he went to an outrage cause of this and told him that due to the fact he was originally from a world without foregin energies such as Ki, Tojiro wouldn't be able to comprehend what Ki is in his new body causing his mind to be tricked into thinking he has none.

This made a lot of sense in Tojiro's mind which is why he decided to go find the crane school to learn how to fly except on his own as it would be killing two birds with one stone not only would he learn how to fly but comprehend what Ki is supposed to be.
