Spoken with Ease

"Yes...Bai," she almost bit her tongue, trying to correct herself in how she addressed him.
He helped her clean up. They left the room and walked to the car. Once inside the car, she starts writing an email to the people Bai was supposed to meet in the evening to let them know that he wanted to reschedule their meeting to an earlier time.
She picked up the telephone when they arrived at Nero Incorporated and were in their office. She dialled the number of the company he wanted to meet with earlier. When the phone was picked up, a male voice answered.
"Hello?" the male voice spoke.

"Good afternoon," she said, "I am Mr Ying's PA from Nero Incorporated. I'm calling regarding the meeting scheduled at six PM."
"Oh, yes," the male voice replied, "Is there a problem, ma'am?"
"Mr Ying would like to have the meeting earlier, at 4 PM instead of 6," she told him.
