Chapter seven

Asher called lily and told her to meet him at the park closest to their school. When she got there, she saw him sitting on a bench with a lot of bruises. She sat beside him and he was holding a bouquet of roses and chocolates in a heart shaped box. He gave it to her and said " lily l have  only known you for three months but my heart ❤ has fallen in love with you. I wish I could have you but i can't. We are both in separate worlds that can't merge. You live in this bright and shiny world while I live in world where only the strong could survive. I am sure you still remember what happened that in library where my eyes turned red. Well the thing is I am vampire and I don't want to involve you in the cold stone world that I live in and just like that he dropped the flowers and chocolates and left disappearing in the darkness. Lily sat there speechless, she couldn't believe what she just heard. She had so many things going through her head. She sat sitting at the ground absent-mindedly when Someone stood in front of her. She didn't noticed that someone was in front of her until the person said her name. She snapped back into reality. She saw that Aiden had bruises on his face and was wondering what had happened to him and asher. He sat beside her and there was an awkward silence but aiden broke it. He said Lily I have like you since the first day I saw you but I forced myself to kill that feeling because I had a girlfriend. But now that scarlett and I are no longer dating I want to date you but Asher has his eyes on you but he can't date you but he really likes you and i can't date you either i really want to. We have a huge fight because apparently he saw when I kissed you and he was flaming mad. I have never seen Asher so mad before and I know that you are wondering about the golden eyes. Well that is because I am a wolf. My dad is vampire while my mom is a wolf. Lily was dumbfounded at that revelation. She looked so pale and Alden knew that it was alot for her to take in at once so he offered to drive her home. When they got there lily thanked aiden and enter her house. She couldn't say a word to her family. She went straight to bed. She couldn't sleep either. She had so much going through her mind and this affected her sleeping and eating and it also affected her academically. Mid term holiday came after so she had two weeks to clear up her head and get back on track. All this time Asher and Aiden were on a  under cover mission to get close to Lily to get know her parents because they were mafias and lily's parents were mafias a long time but they stopped and moved to another country to start a fresh beginning. Before leaving they made up a story that they were bankrupted so that none of their past enemies would track them down but I guess that is not the case. This was so long that lily was just 2 years old when they moved. They were actually rich but they acted as if they were average people to avoid attention. But one of their greatest enemy succeeded in tracking them down and they were spying on them without them knowing. Lily's family was unaware of this until one day Asher decided to visit lily in the middle of the night. And he entered her home  through the window and found his way to her room. Lily heard noises and woke up seeing a figure standing in front of her. She was about scream when asher covered her mouth and Identified himself. He told the whole truth because the guilt was killing him and he didn't want to see the girl he truly loves get wiped out by his family. He told her that his family is planning to raid her house in two days time and they were planning to set the house on fire. In the morning lily's parents were awake and Asher explained everything to them.
