Chapter five

When she got to school the next morning she avoided Asher like a plague. Asher didn't bother talking to her either. Lily only talked With Aiden which made Asher burn with rage but he didn't say anything. Scarlett noticed the closeness between her boyfriend and Lily and decided to do something about it 

   So Scarlett and Britney followed lily everywhere until she went to the library. No one was there at the time and they decided to play a prank on her. At least that is what Scarlett thought but little did she know Britney was planning to push one of the book shelf on lily. Lily was looking through the bookshelf to find a history book for her assignment.

      Britney and Scarlett hid behind that particular shelf. Britney was about to push it when Scarlet stopped her. She asked Britney what she was about to do and she said" What do you think I'm trying to push this shelf on that blind witch so that next time she would think twice before talking to Aiden that is if there will be in next time". Then scarlett replied "I knew you had anger issues but this is too much I know you can be a psycho sometimes but this is just too much. If you want to commit murder fine but I'm not gonna be part of it. Scarlett left after that but that didn't stop Britney from pushing the shelf. She gathered all her strength and pushed the shelf. When she did she expected a scream but she heard nothing. She went to check and saw that the shelf fell on Asher her own boyfriend instead of Lily. It seemed like he pushed lily out of the way  and he became the victim .Britney ran way but Karma would soon catch up with her. Lily ran to the principal to get help. He called the ambulance to take him to the hospital. Why he was being taken to the hospital The principal played the CCTV cameras footage taken in the library. There were CCTV cameras everywhere but no one thought they'll be any in the  library because they couldn't see the camera. When he played it,he was astonished. He called  Scarlett, Lily, Britney,Asher and Aiden's parents. They all came and he also called scarlett, lily and Britney. Lily and Scarlett came abut Britney  was nowhere to be seen but that didn't stop him from taking his decision. He sent lily to the nurse's office, gave scarlett two weeks suspension and expelled Britney from the school. Britney and scarlett  also gave them their punishments. Britney was sent to a military boarding school and was also given therapy while scarlett's punishment was to do all the chores that their domestic staffs do  like cleaning, washing dishes, gardening, and so on.
